I LOVED IT! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT FOOD! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! One word to sum up my visit: SUPER!

Im not the type to botch businesses on Google but customers should be aware. Definitely the worst and slowest delivery service in Rimouski. I have been disappointed a few times but this time it will be nice and good the last time. If by chance you receive your order, either the food is terrible, or its not the right order. For the good of everyone, and their restaurants, they should no longer offer delivery

Delicious and very courteous staff

I love the bar section because with its televisions and the decor it adds atmosphere. What can we say about the very excellent and efficient waitress Elizabeth Bonenfant who is always in a good mood and who always offers a most exemplary service. Bravo, it encourages you to go back and even ask for your schedule to be able to be served by this one.

Worse and worse on the service whether in delivery or to bring order error or even loss of order. No implementation of customer satisfaction and not always going to eat elsewhere. These are what we are going to do!!!

the food is not the problem but the delivery I didnt remember why I didnt recommend this place with the delivery service and I just understood! you order at 6:45 a.m. and 2 hours later your appetite is almost gone! called twice all the orders were out but never received my order I ordered my food elsewhere for the 2nd time I should have listened to myself and not recommended this place! received after 2h18 of waiting it would have been faster with doordash!

The service was not pleasant. The pizza was not cut (take-out service) and the employee sighed when we asked her to cut it. The pizza dough was so thin and undercooked that it was not possible to take it. I have eaten much better at other Normandins.

EXCELLENT. Good value for money. Not haute cuisine but very decent, affordable. Warm place, nice atmosphere. Varied menu. The staff was not the most cheerful but it must be said that the restaurant was full. Service when led fast.

Telephone call for order made. The first lady was very nice but the one who took the order spoke quickly and had a completely unpleasant attitude. I asked for information regarding promotions and regular prices, he became impatient, which made me want to hang up. I finished my order at plus christ, unable to endure this kind of service.

Le Normandin is a family-style restaurant. So I wasnt expecting great gastronomy. In this sense, I was very satisfied. When I arrived on a Wednesday evening at 6 p.m., I was immediately welcomed. She offered me a seat in the bistro or the dining room. The waiter asked me if I wanted to order a drink to start. He came back quickly with my beer. A few moments later, when my menu was closed, he took my order. I received my meal in more than normal time. The rest of the service was flawless. The meal was lobster mac. It was offered in a gratin bowl. It was very hot. The noodles were al dente. The sauce was up to par for this type of restaurant. There were pieces of lobster and shrimp, nothing to overflow. The portion was perfect. I would perhaps have liked a (free) roll on the side like in many restaurants where they serve pasta. This fairly large shop at the entrance is very nice with a few fridges where you can find pizza, sauces and others. Its tempting! Several bench-type spaces for sitting. Parking: Large free parking lot. Very easy to park and access. The entrance on the 132 is a little narrow, but it does it.

Excellent. I dont call it pizza, but portions of happiness. The atmosphere is family without the strange uncle. The workers are working. Im at a loss for words, except to say that if an apartment is to rent around this restaurant, Ill be there even for $10,000/month. The restaurant was more than clean. It seems strange but the sound insulation is incredibly successful, even next to the 132 no car noise can be heard, great. Best ice service received in a long time at Normandin Rimouski. The food was good except the potatoes served with the chicken skewer...it was so salty it was inedible.

Its a delivery and I didnt have any fries for $80, thats expensive for 1 leg and 1 breast. Theres nothing to pull yourself to the ground. Very bad at ordering on the net, its over for them

Very bad service. It took us more than 30min to have my daughters food plus another 10 min to have the adults food. When the plates arrive we dont even have water on the table. Food was barely ok. There are a lot of restaurants in this area. If you are in a rush or want some tasty food look elsewhere.

Pretty good experience overall. One thing is certain, I noticed that the one in Rimouski ranks above the one in Rivière-du-Loup, especially for the food!

I had the brunch lunch and everything was very good and the price was right.

Ordinary food and ordinary prices. The restaurant ran out of pancakes and sausages at 10 a.m.... apparently they had been running out of them since the day before... For a restaurant that serves lunch at all times, thats tough. The restaurant has difficulty serving all the people at the same table at the same time; to work. Due to a breakdown in town, the restaurant didnt even have water (no bathroom, no sink). I can understand that this is out of their control, but it was very disappointing.

The bbq chicken pizza was phenomenal, appears to be wood fire crust. The ribs were fall off thr bone devious. The green salad was super flavorful especially with the dressing. Very much enjoyed the coleslaw and normally I am not a big fan. The drinks were okay but a bit strong. Service was super friendly but a bit slow. However, considering how busy they were it was understandable.

I always take the quinoa-goat cheese meal bowl, its my favorite but now I order some and realize to my dismay that they had switched the mangoes for pineapples and they had removed the beets and grapes and Im not into it. agreement. Be warned! Not strong Normandin.

Alright. This is the second time we have eaten in a restaurant of this chain and nothing to complain about, the service is impeccable, the employees are smiling and the food is very good. Clean place.

Normandin used to have good pizza. The perronni was 100% fat balonné, the cheese was plastic... in short, Im never going back to a Normandin again. Paid 77 for a very poor quality meal for 2 people and then being sick and on top of that no limit.

what a surprise for me to find Normandin better than in my youth. I was hesitant to go in, but after this visit, I am not scared anymore to return and enjoy more of their food .
