Crappy drive-thru service. Wait for 10min and never service!!

My milk was out of date

I have often used their drive-thru service and never had a problem, but this evening (Vov. 28, 2024 around 8 p.m.) I went to the dining room with a friend and her 4 children. A real joke! I would never go again. 1- the game room is dirty. full of junk on the ground, the floor is dusty. 2-I order a deluxe crispy chicken trio from the machine with a medium fries and a small sprite. - No more paper in the printer. 3- Im going to wash my hands. a young employee with a cabaret, asks me if this is my order. How am I supposed to know? everything is packed! I tell her I dont know...she finally turns it on and reads me the order. 4-my fries are cold, I am served a small size and not a medium fries. 5- my crispy chicken is overcooked, the bacon is overcooked and really not the amount of sauce you find in a McDonalds sandwich... 6- It took the employee 5 minutes to understand that I wanted spicy sauce to add to my sanwich. 7- for the order of my friend and her children. They forgot my friends wrap. The order took at least 10 minutes to arrive and during that time, the rest of my food was getting cold... They also forgot the childrens 3 yop yogurts. They were full staff and there werent really any people at the drive-thru and 2 tables inside. I worked in the fast food industry for years. Whats happening McDonalds? Its really shameful anyway.

We had lunch before hitting the road to return to Montreal and the clerk at the cash register was simply kind and smiling.... I really like this fast restaurant

Very disappointed. Worst experience at McDonalds. The cashier was stupid. They were missing several items from our order and made errors. The toilets were dirty and there were fruit flies in the ketchup...

Wow what a success, 45 minutes of waiting between ordering at the counter and receiving the order in the cabaret to eat on site, we really came a long way from the ten minutes maximum of the 90s , the bins were overflowing. The only positive thing is the floor was clean (the cashier mopped the same place 4 times within 10 minutes), they should send it to the McDonalds in Rivière-du-Loup to show them wash the floors

Dry croquettes and reheat cold fried fillet of cold and dry fish by staff at the cash register the food was reheat well done for 24 dollars a shame not to recommend as MC do

Slow service more than 25 minutes at the drive-thru... Plus the coffee is not good the rest is cold the slow service a big 0

To avoid everyone took the service in the evening and incompetent Prefer to chat with their friends sitting in the dining room than to take your order or even give it to you 35 min for a junior and an MC double tbnk

My last 3 experiences at McDonalds in Nazareth were very disappointing. Either employees are poorly trained or they are treated poorly by their bosses. In both cases, it is up to McDonalds to resolve the problems. I will never be rude to exploited employees, the criticism here is towards the banner. For restaurants (2 orders on 2 different days, in the last few weeks). Errors in orders, products ordered at the terminals which are not available despite validation with an employee. Then being answered curtly without correcting the problems correctly, by an employee who does not want to hear the problem explained very politely. My most recent order by delivery: missing an item, I must get a refund, 2 calls necessary for this. I recommend the missing product, and I receive something else (happy feast burger vs happy feast croquettes...). Its not strong... Not the end of the world, but Im going to have to be in a lot of trouble to waste my time again.

Very disappointed with the experience... We arrived for dinner at McDonalds, I wont hide it from you, we had a large order. However, the lack of professionalism and the wait quickly discouraged us. We waited 20 minutes for our order and the waitress almost forgot our 20 croquettes (and a fork). I waited 5 more minutes for my fork. I could go on and on about the faults of the place, but I think it all boils down to: DONT COME HERE...

I never go to McDonalds in Sacre Coeur again. Cashier doesnt take my order and ignores me. My girlfriends order was cold and disgusting. Be careful who you hire and I dont advise anyone to go there in the evening.

2022. The quality of what we serve is increasingly deteriorating. Oily fries and Big Mac made very quickly. Cold food my croquette was cold my sons meat was black and dry the cold fries were not eatable..I could add more Then no straw fork and sauce The service is pitiful and in addition two employees had no hairnets...I would continue to return to Walmart at least they were warm and eatable

Opening hours are not OK. Its always closed at night.

It is a place located near Boulevard St Germain West. The drive-thru is very fast and the dishes are the same. I really liked their big one which tasted really very delicious.

Disappointed, my husband ordered a mango pineapple smoothie but never received it. The employees told him they were going to take it to him, but that never happened. They even said they didnt remember it.

The least you can do, the real minimum, is to make sure the coffee caps are installed before dumping them on your paying customers. more than once I have had to pay for a vehicle cleaning strictly because we are incapable of attaching a piece of plastic to a cup.

The restaurant of my youth, but still well stocked in the McDonalds franchise. All products are available there, which is not always the case elsewhere. Young and experienced team, but a little careless when it comes to the presentation of the products (jumbled burgers).

There was a fries missing from my order... The atmosphere is rather cold and seems tense. (Stress on the part of the staff.) (Background music could ease this palpable tension.) But, its still a McDonalds!

Every time I go there, the command contains errors. A missing item, even though it appears on the invoice. Or they dont give us the sauces, they forget the straws with the drinks... mistakes happen. When it happens every time, it becomes problematic and I doubt Im the only one to whom it happens.
