Clean restaurant. Delicious bread bar. We were in a hurry. We are not from the region. We were served in record time. It is very appreciated. The meat sauce for the spaghetti, however, is ordinary for the price. Pacini is part of the Quebec decor after all...

The atmosphere and service are very good. I like the bread bar idea. We took the package with the Navigateur hotel for dinner and lunch which is practical. I tried the pasta with cod, but it wasnt my favorite. The lasagna was good!

Very warm welcome, the restaurant was full but the waitress quickly found us a table for three, very well placed. A beautiful atmosphere, lots of space, spacious, we had excellent service and hearty dishes. Nothing to say. Concerning the bread bar, always a pleasure to be able to toast your slices of bread with its different butters and herbs. In short, a great experience. Ideal as a meal before our marathon.

The waitress Anne should learn to manage her time better. She runs like a chicken with no head compared to the other waitresses. His service is not very courteous and really leaves something to be desired. If I return to this establishment and she is my waitress, I will definitely eat elsewhere.

Lunch (Solo+) was very ordinary for the price. The egg was overcooked. The mini crepes were half dry. The rest was all beautiful. The waitress gave perfect service. Parking: Nice free parking. It is easy to access and park.

My favorite in town. The meals are great, the wine very good. Excellent service and well-deserved tips. Even the butter choices at the bread bar are super good. The only negative points are that we sometimes find ourselves very crowded at the bread bar, its a little stuffy, but not a big deal! And the fact that the last time I went there I was told that they didnt do a tono crudo salad starter even though I clearly remember eating it and simply loving this culinary marvel. They probably dont make them anymore, which is a shame.

once again history repeats itself ..,,. I arrive there excited for the bread bar. I order a $25 dish of dough which disappoints me, I eat 4-5 slices of bread that is way too buttered and I leave. if there are two of you, take your $50 and go to the iga next door to treat yourself for the week

I was there for lunch. The food was just okay: flavorless and lukewarm. The service was very good though.

Disappointed, the veal escalope is the worst I have eaten and yet the most expensive I have paid. For $43 Im not very impressed. The service is great but the food is really disappointing and the flavors are dull. Its so long that customers have left before having their dishes.

Good service, friendly employees, but just one small downside...if you want to take the rest of the lunch, they bring you an empty box and its the customer who empties their plate into the box and not the employee ...personally, this is the first time Ive seen this...is this a new practice?

A good mimosa served with an excellent AllItalianna egg benedict. It was really tasty, an explosion of flavor in the mouth. My partner opted for coffee, red smoothie and 2 eggs benedict with goat cheese and pesto. The smoothie was a little lacking in sugar and had a lot of small clumps, but otherwise everything was very good. We were served by Anthony, who listened to us and was very kind. Good service! Thank you for this good time.

Forget the steak at $44, it was dry in the bar and not even sauce to accompany it, as well as the wine doesnt make you have the waitress offers you a bottle on special and when I ask her the price she doesnt even know , we ended up with a bill for a bottle at $70 while others were much cheaper, and lets also talk about the seafood languine which has almost nothing apart from pasta, $34+tx for a handful of mussels and two or three shrimp and the rest of the pasta wow no there you have just lost several customers I would never recommend your restaurant, and I also add the brightness no one has ever told you that it was dark in C.

WOW! I still cant believe it. Being a big food lover, I have visited several restaurants (including Pacini) from the south shore of Montreal to those in Centre-du-Quebec, via Mauricie and the National Capital, they are good but... the Pacini of Rimouski has just set the bar very high. I have never had such wonderful service as the one that Émy and Anthony (the latter was in training by the way) offered us! The food was good, the atmosphere was warm, festive and relaxing at the same time. Our children loved it and appreciated the energy of the employees. To return to the service, honestly if you have the chance to go there, you will fall out of your chairs. Émy and Anthony will serve you with joy (huge smiles), they are warm and welcoming and have customer satisfaction at heart. On many occasions, they came to check that everything was fine, they were very friendly and attentive to needs. Also, I would like to highlight their dedication; They wanted us to have a pleasant time and it was brilliantly achieved thanks to their great professionalism and their skills. My congratulations to Pacini Rimouski for its smiling, courteous and friendly employees (a big nod to Émy and Anthony who made this evening more than perfect). We waited more than an hour for our meal even though we were with a 3 year old child... The food was passable but really too expensive for what it was. I strongly advise against it.

Frankly, this Pacini is the best visited and in 35 years, I have seen several! The service was beyond excellent and our waitress was extremely entertaining! The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, the background music also encouraged conversation, meaning we could hear ourselves talking unlike others I have been to. The food was excellent, especially the mushroom arrancini and the little sauce with it. Even the unordered fried squid that we finally devoured! Thank you and continue your exceptional work! Great company, we will return on our annual visits!

We were 5 adults and 2 children, our starters (soup) was lukewarm, we received our meals 1h30 later than the starter, the pasta was lukewarm, Caesar salad limp and the cold chicken very disappointed for my first and last time at this place we arrived at 6 p.m. it was not full at that time and sum distributed at 8:30 p.m. and this putting a little pressure. Maybe just a bad evening for the restaurant but very disappointed

good atmosphere and excellent food! however the service really leaves something to be desired! Sunday lunchtime restaurant almost empty 1 hour wait! Poor service, very hot plate, doesnt even bother to go around the table to serve directly! Instead, I was treated to a very contemptuous look and commented that its not hot because shes used to it. . accustomed to burns perhaps but too thick to take 2 more steps to serve properly yet she is the waitress, it is not the customer who has to take the plate but this stupid waitress who leaves it in front of the customers ! a woman of a certain age who should reconsider her career choice! I was a regular and loyal customer until today but this was my last visit! everything else was great but this lady should consider a career change! The rest of the staff are very cheerful, she should take an example from her colleagues!

It must have been 20 years since I last ate at a Pacini. At the time, I found the portions ridiculous considering the price. I tried it this time at the restaurant in Rimouski. I had linguini Alfredo with 7 veal meatballs. I felt like we had dropped a tablespoon of sauce on the pasta; it looked like there wasnt one. The meatballs...at the price it would have been nice to have something fresh and not what looked like frozen meatballs bought at the M&M a few blocks away. The minestrone soup as a starter was at least very good and the apple crisp too. But once again and as at the time, the quality/price ratio is incredibly ridiculous. I dont even understand why this channel still exists. For $55, there are so many better options without even having to force yourself. No more Pacini.

Disappointment for my part, quantity wise what concerns your lasagna and what to say about these famous Carbonnara pasta which was so doughy, for the price, the ratio is not there at all. Too bad I love pasta, but unfortunately, not anymore for me.

I dont recommend flat pizza (not cheese, but rocket...) alfredo pasta with as many flavors as a 7up which spent the afternoon at 30 degrees. The McDonalds was popular after the Pacini

Very good atmosphere and service for brunch. The coffee on the other hand had a very dish water taste and even the latte ordered out of spite was very ordinary. The food took a long time to arrive and was just ok. Lots of cold items and in very small quantities.

Service was good and provided with a smile. However what we were given did not, by any stretch of the imagination, qualify as « food » except if it had been served by an overworked, ill and hungover parent trying to make sure their kid got at least a few calories at lunch. The garlic bread (which was clearly store bought villagio) was as cold as it gets and had clearly not been heated up (looked like it was directly taken out of the plastic bag). Each slice came with a tablespoon-wide stain of melted garlic butter/oil on it. The pizzas crust/dough were barely cooked, and the different types of « cheeses » could not be tasted at all, a slap of unsalted sour cream (bad unflavoured yogurt?) would have given the same result. For $21/pizza before taxes and tips the portions were ridiculous. Looked more like a starter, and tasted worse than a $5 frozen pizza. We went to this « restaurant » only because after a long day of driving, we did not feel like going out anywhere and we were staying at Le Navigateur. The person who welcomed us at the hotel told us that as the hotel was full we had to book a table if we wanted to have any chance at being able to eat there . However, the place was entirely empty. Not more than 4 person in the whole restaurant people seem to know despite the average google reviews. Indeed most if not all good reviews of the « restaurant » relate to breakfasts/brunches, maybe those are decent. None of us would ever dare to try.

Me and my partner hated the meals. Bland and tasteless. (the presentation was visually good) The service was good and courteous but the recipes . , in taste, comparable to hospital food. For those worried about COVID, stay away from the bread bar.

Spoon test failed miserably... Young child at the next table throws a spoon into the passage. All but all the servers pass each side. I even had to warn a waitress to be careful not to snag her feet. The serving pass even went around the spoon 3x while looking at it and went its way.... Also very expensive for 4 pasta dishes, without starter, without dessert and without alcohol. Always good taste, our service was perfect.

I ordered boiled and turned eggs and received turned eggs. I returned them. They gave the yolk a few stabs with a knife, put them back on the plate and returned them to me. When I expressed my disappointment to the manager as I was leaving, she told me that they were trying to waste as little food as possible. Never heard anything like this!

What a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, the service, the kindness, the parking, everything is perfect. We were six elderly people, our needs were not met. We think this is the best restaurant in Rimouski.

Almost $140 for 2 people and didnt like any of the dishes! Started with cheese without taste, Penne dish with duck no seasoning practically nothing ate pasta with almost no toppings looking for the duck and vegetables very disappointing and bland dish. Apple crisp..ish.. Too expensive for the lack of quality. Never been able to... a big 0...I strongly advise against eating out..

Honestly, this was the most disgusting food I ve ever eaten and we had brutally terrible service. I never give bad reviews because its generally not worth my time but if I can save one person the headache of going to this terrible establishment, it s worth it. Please, save your money, don t eat here.

Normal atmosphere and variable service depending on who serves you. The food is really too expensive for the quality of the ingredients (the too long menu may indicate that the products are not necessarily seasonal and/or not prepared from scratch). 2 dishes only (vegetarian), around $50 with taxes and tip. We will not make another visit to this chain but you can form your opinion.

Nous avons réussi à manger vers 20h15. Cétait bon, mais jétais trop fâchée pour apprécier. Je ny retournerai pas, mais comme je ne suis pas de la région, ça ne changera rien dans leur vie.
