uh... the worst cale ever had..... the staff took it from fridge, it tests like frozen or dried out? even dont know how to subscribe it... $25. .... we just throwed away, We never throw away foods...but this one,,,after few bites, my mouth and stomach feels like coating with cheap oil, wanna throw up.... maybe its bcoz covid19?? anyway we are really upset, however the icecream looks good,, just dont buy those cakes which keep in a fridge
Cute little ice cream and chocolate store. Ideal shop for picking up some small gifts or souvenirs. The store is located in a nice heritage building in the town. Offers enough seatings inside and outside (summer) for families.
Must stop if your in this town or even just driving through, best Choco dipped icecream I have ever had.
Very creamy, soft, satisfying ice cream. The ice cream is not too sweet, which is great because it allows me to enjoy the cream and the chocolate. Staff is very friendly. This is a very popular local place which goes back a long time, queue is long but they serve quickly, worth checking out!
This is a not yo be missed on your trip. Get the soft serve dipped in hazel nut milk chocolate - you will not be disappointed.

Really top notch chocolate dipped ice cream, better than favorite chocolate! The cakes on the other hand were a little disappointing. They are good but frozen, really simple and with poorly developed flavors.
The chocolate factory was recommended to us for its chocolate-coated ice creams and we loved it!
The gelato portions are tiny and the price is exorbitant. My caramel fleur de sel flavor basically tasted like vanilla ice cream. Disappointing.
White chocolate gelato. Vanilla ice cream with white chocolate shavings. Bowls 60% full. Its great to want to make money, but there is a limit. Never again thank you.

For years, I have had to stop by Aux Bienfaits during each visit to Rimouski to the great pleasure of my taste buds. Today I had a vanilla and maple mini soft serve. The shop inside is a temptation area to buy local and surrounding products. The service is always courteous, efficient and with a beautiful smile. Vegetarian options: There is vegan ice cream. Its even displayed in large format on their slate (see photo). Parking: There is free parking reserved for customers. About fifteen places. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, but its two long ramps. Also, the door does not open automatically.

Unequal service and personal courtesy sometimes excellent sometimes atrocious and unequal product too. Cones that once had a soft, thick, flavorful chocolate coating are now dipped SO FAST. thin and non-watertight coating. Unacceptable for the price paid.

When a company becomes too popular, it risks resting on its laurels. This is exactly the case here. The highlight of the customer experience is when the girl asks you if you want the exact amount on your bill for soft cream which will run down your fingers in 2 minutes. The rest doesnt interest them. And it s not any better when it comes to pastry. You call politely asking for a custom cake (which they produced themselves at my wedding and again a few years later) and the little girl on the phone is like a robot. She persists with you that what youre asking for doesnt exist and doesnt listen to your explanations, because she knows its impossible. Really, thats what its called: I make my turnover easily without making any effort, so the service, know-more.

Excellent homemade chocolate... A treat! And the ice creams are delicious. Perfect quality/price ratio. We really enjoyed ourselves without needing to break the bank. I recommend this place without hesitation. Small downside: it would be nice to add a sign in the street! We dont know if its open or closed when we pass by... We almost didnt try our luck because of this detail.
When I arrived at the store at 9:30 in the evening, there were actually many people waiting for ice cream. I couldnt help but buy two balls (chocolate and mango flavors), surprise! Especially the chocolate chunks added at the end, so delicious. Thank you to the beautiful woman at the cashier. Because of the language barrier, she still tried hard to understand our requirements and finally let us taste the flavor we like.

We ordered a layered chocolate and cherry party cake, and the result was more than disappointing. We were expecting a pastry chefs job, and it looked like it came straight out of a box of Betty Crocker, with 5 maraschino cherries on top. The presentation also left much to be desired, by no means the work of a professional but rather of an industrial machine. We could have found the equivalent at the IGA for half the price.
Very disappointed with their artisanal pastry. I asked for cherries, macaroons and to write Happy Birthday Ludo on the cake. Result: fake cocktail cherries and butted writing. The creaming and the dough were very sweet, nothing refined. I could have picked up an identical cake at the grocery store for much less (I paid $32 for this cake). To think that they keep industrial cakes in their refrigerator and add some decorations... I dont recommend baking!

Worst service ever by far. My partner is allergic to eggs and the 2 fools behind the counter make no effort to determine if their products contain eggs. I dont know. I don t know anything. Who knows. I dont know. They tell us to call the boss . As if its our job to go around the city... Arrive in 2021, not complicated having a sheet with allergies like everywhere else civilized!

A cream as soft as the service and so full of holes that the ozone layer is jealous. I was covered in chocolate on my hands and it was dripping down my pants. It wasnt a pleasant moment. The ice cream was not well made.
