Worst restaurant. The person on the phone hung up on me. Very dirty kitchen, dont even think about ordering you will be sick. Both times I have ordered everyone has been very sick and vomited. The service is incredibly poor, worse delivery service, the person does not know how to find a simple address.

I ordered a small poutine. EXCELLENT! Everything you can expect from a poutine: perfectly golden fries, very good and generous sauce with the perfect balance of BBQ, firm cheese curds that are swick-swick, with a little salty taste. In short, not haute cuisine, just the perfect junk food poutine. Very generous portion for a small poutine, very affordable. The A1 service, perfect, very friendly and particularly fast. Ideal for ordering or taking away. The dining room was average, but thats okay, thats not what matters here. THANKS!

Employees yelling at customers. Unpleasant attitude. We were told in a very unpleasant way to leave the restaurant because we didnt order anything, which is understandable but the way the employees do it to us is unacceptable. There is no poster or other that informs us of this rule and drinks are not included in this rule. So if Im bringing friends or family and Im not hungry I cant even stay with them or buy a drink and stay. I ask for a glass of water and the employee suddenly sighs and rolls his eyes. He shouts and gets impatient.

Horror story I place an order (2 pizzas) for delivery and I am told that it will arrive in 35 minutes. After an hour I called back and still hadnt received my order, they told me its gone, its gone. So after another 25 minutes of waiting and still nothing even received a response I mentioned that we wanted dinner and not supper . Almost 2 hours later I called back to cancel the order all I received was a perfect hi response

The pizza was beautiful, good and hot (all dressed). Its not great Italian gastronomy, but for this type of pizza, it does the job in spades. These are good affordable prices. The only thing is that it would be nice to indicate on the menu that the pizzas are sprinkled with sesame seeds so that it is not a surprise. The person gave excellent service. A smile and attentive to customers. For the atmosphere we will come back. Its not a great beauty or a nice atmosphere, but it helps if necessary. In my case, it was take out. Im really angry it takes 30 minutes to order 2 pizzas only to end up telling us that they dont want to deliver to us and they want to make us pay by credit card remotely before receiving the pizzas! Ive never seen that in my entire life.

The all dressed and vegetarian pizzas were good without being delicious I made a comment which I think is constructive, there is a statement on the trash can island which does not correspond to what the company puts forward, namely Here we care about the planet, think about the planet as much as we do. There are plastic straws and utensils, no composting or recycling. The lady did not like this comment, telling me that she is a simple employee and afterwards, I was waiting for her to complain in the kitchen. Ive been calling to order for two evenings and no one answers.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The food arrived quickly and was delicious! We especially loved the sesame seeds on the crust - it was both unique and flavorful. Prices were reasonable too.

This is the best pizza in town for those who like a pizza without too much pepperoni and a well-cooked cheese. The ingredients are well balanced and the price is very reasonable for the quality I highly recommend

Theres nothing better than homemade pizza, but when I want to take a break and order, Dans is the place I call! The dining room is not very welcoming, it is available as needed lets say. Its still cheap, quick and simple. Points available for dinner on the go.

Small, intimate restaurant....Exquisite pizza, customer service on point...The lady is very smiling and cheerful...Beautiful way with customers....Only small problem, dining room a little sad... .Otherwise the best pizza in Rmouski....

We had been customers for a few years but the ordinary service and the rude delivery man made us give up. Order errors on several occasions, waiting time for delivery of almost 2 hours, addition of delivery costs by the delivery person (yes yes even though we had waited almost 2 hours) and so on! For us it s over, we re going elsewhere.

Very bad experience: We order a bacon pizza, we receive one with tomato olives. We call them and the person tells us that they cannot send us another pizza since the order has been delivered. ?? We respond very politely that we didnt get the right order, that we dont eat olives and that we want the pizza we PAID for and the guy straight up hangs up on us. Never again at this place!

They brought two pizzas with missing ingredients. I realized it after the first bite. I called them and they told me not to touch the pizzas anymore, that they would come and collect them. I remind you that they have a sales counter at the tip, so Im pretty sure that they will sell tips that belonged to a customer. I was sent back new pizzas which were not cooked enough and were seriously lacking in toppings, probably to compensate for having made two extra pizzas.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, one with chicken and the other all dressed at 7:40 a.m. on October 18 on their online site. It took 1h20 to receive the 2 pizzas, and whats more, they werent even hot, just warm in the center and the ends room temperature/cold! In addition, their topping is only normal, without being generous (you will see the crust has an incredible width, 25-30% of the pizza is crust if you have fun removing the little sesame seeds that cover the excess crust, suggesting that this area is filled when it is not). In addition, I am a student who works hard, so disappointing to receive such poor service when you want to treat yourself on a Sunday evening. Very very disappointed, delivery man without any customer service, does not offer me any discount or compensation for the exorbitant wait. To hell with Pizzeria Chez Dan!

My group and I are long-time customers, ordering weekly for several years. The pizza itself is very good, when the one you order is delivered to you. I have lost count of the times when our order arrived two hours late, where the delivery person went to the wrong street because of errors on the delivery slip, where we were told that key ingredients were missing , but above all, the number of times the pizzas delivered were not the ones we ordered. We initially thought it was a listening comprehension issue, so we jumped at the chance to use the online ordering interface. The address could be written without error, the pizzas clearly chosen, and the allergy/diet notes couldnt be more obvious. Despite this, week after week, we received the wrong pizzas, which we accepted with apologies from the delivery man because, lets be frank, it was not his fault. This week, we had the nerve to deliver two pizzas that looked nothing like our order. Not half, not at all. We asked the delivery guy to come back with our order when it was ready. The delivery man came back a quarter of an hour later with the same pizzas, cooled, to tell us that his boss says that we are winning on price by accepting these, otherwise, we will have to place a new order. Sir, if we refused these extra meat pizzas, it s because part of our order was vegetarian. In this case you will have to place another order. We placed another order. Elsewhere.
