We were served flat rum and coke and the waitress never wanted to exchange them, even though they were barely finished: it was undrinkable. The atmosphere is still fun, despite the service which was to be desired that day. Pool, slot machines, darts and the place is very big.

It s a place we like to go! Yesterday, June 15, 2024, was good: we had fun though, they are under renovation and it was very hot. But it doesnt matter! We had a lot of fun! Its always very pleasant to go there, the service is always very professional and courteous! We will return there, thats for sure! I highly recommend and when the kitchen is open, the dishes are all excellent (yesterday, it was closed for their renovations!) but it doesnt matter, we had as much fun as possible!

I strongly advise against frequenting this establishment because there are serious errors committed by the staff who poorly manage customer safety. The staff acted with a blatant lack of professionalism and were unable to ensure the safety of a customer when the waitresses became aware that she had been drugged without her knowledge, in their establishment. Friday February 9, I was at Doolys in Rimouski and after having only had 2 drinks since our arrival, a young woman literally collapsed on the floor, while the waitress was right next to her. Even though she witnessed this, she left without caring what was happening. We had to take her outside ourselves without help, and try to manage the situation. No one asked us if we needed help. But the waitresses thought it appropriate to go outside with their interac machine in their hands and tell us that we had to pay NOW. We all tried to explain to them that we were taking care of the unconscious person sitting in the snow, and that we were going to pay after the ambulance arrived. She didnt want to know anything, she started shouting at us. I admit I yelled at her because she saw the situation, did nothing to help and was harassing us with the pool table payment. We always intended to pay, just not when someone is unconscious on the floor and needs treatment. Someone from the group finally paid for them to leave us alone, and then we were kicked out of the bar. They didnt want me to go inside to get the coat of the person who was going to accompany him to the hospital, nor for me to go get money to go to the hospital by taxi (but I insisted and I managed to get there). We had to call the ambulance ourselves and we wanted to bring the person inside so as not to make them cold, we were told yes but on condition of staying in the front door, we could not go back inside. inside the bar. The paramedics arrived, the staff didnt even come to tell them anything, they just didnt care about the whole thing from A to Z. Their behavior is revolting and could have had serious consequences for the person who had their drink spiked in their bar. As a woman, unfortunately, I know this can happen to me, but at least I expect the bar staff to be trained to handle a situation like this. And above all, we should not act with such insensitivity and irresponsibility. A complaint was filed at Doolys Rimouski by email 5 days ago regarding this situation, still without response.

I understand your concerns about this type of practice by certain customers, but it seems to me that it is illegal to request this type of card.

A must in Rimouski. It is a pleasant place with multiple atmospheres to have pleasure and entertainment. The food is good, the pizza is excellent. The staff is impressive, friendly, courteous and welcoming. An excellent place for lovers and friends.

Nous étions au Doolys pour assister à une conférence, mais suite à celle-ci, nous avons resté pour manger et prendre un verre. Le service était courtoie comme toujours et la pizza excellente! Javais commandé une pizza au saumon fumé. Comme première fois à manger au Doolys, jai été grandement surpris de la qualité de la nourriture tant au goût quà loeil.
