Arlequin in Rimouski

Good quality ingredients, but poorly controlled flavors, arrangements, seasonings. We are left to our own devices, both by the very discreet service and by the gastronomic choices lacking in nuance. Given the addition, we expected more finesse, at all levels. Further exploration in terms of condiments (beyond salt, which is systematically overused) would be beneficial.

A fabulous taste experience. A huge favorite for the duck (a killing). Courteous and warm services, greatly appreciated. A place for a romantic meal where we will definitely return.

August 30, 2024 There were four of us and we all loved our experience! We chose 7 services and it was super good, full of flavor to discover! We were seated at the counter and we were able to see the chef up close as he put together these wow plates! I recommend! Restaurant to discover Dietary restrictions: For gluten-free people, no problem, they have adjusted some dishes:)

The subdued atmosphere is not noisy. The food takes us elsewhere, it is a true Quebec fusion gastronomy, a skillful arrangement of colors, textures, tastes combined with often local ingredients. The sense of detail given to the dishes is incomparable, it is a true work of taste art prepared with the expertise and creativity of a dedicated team. 11/10!

Delicious. Comparable to the best restaurants. With seafood being so cheap lately, portions are small. This is to be expected if you eat seafood. Its not the restaurants fault that the seafood is expensive so Im not taking any stars away.

Superb little place, they introduce us to new local products!

One of the most beautiful evenings we have spent at the restaurant in a long time. Laura and Tommy are adorable, the presentation and the service, all delicate. The dishes are absolutely exquisite in their invention, textures and flavors, right down to the desserts, which are sometimes the poor relation of this type of establishment, which were fine and succulent, without the slightest heaviness. We only wish them to one day have a place worthy of the quality of their cuisine. If you can, ask for a seat at the counter, its the best spot. And as the map is constantly renewed, there will always be discoveries to be made. I strongly encourage you to take the tasting menu, not really more expensive than the à la carte dishes. A big favorite recommended with enthusiasm!

The overall ambiance of the restaurant is perfect, just small enough to be intimate and just large enough to be comfortable and not feel crowded.
