Brochetterie Chez Greco in Rimouski

I dont recommend going to eat without a reservation during a special promotion. I had bad experience today. We had a time limit for eating of one hour. With unlimited Chinese fondue, its really not a good idea to eat there if youre hungry for more than a main course. We took our order in 10 minutes. We received our entree for 2, 10 minutes later. We received our main course, we had less than 25 minutes to eat it. We decided not to have alcohol or dessert. And to respect the meal time that we had imposed, we took the rest of our main dish to take away. Very ordinary. But when its outside of their promo, its much better. When we were leaving the hostess was refusing customers because it was full due to group reservations. Parking: BOOK AHEAD AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT RESTRICTED ON TIME!

Fairly average restaurant, decent atmosphere and service, just like the food. Poor quality cold pikilia with potato salad and salmon cream cheese! Not very Greek . The lamb shish kebab is ok. The lamb shank and salmon fillet were very good.

I went there last week with 5 other people from my family. Frankly and miserably disappointed! Three of us wanted the seafood plate. But there was none available. What in Rimouski, down the river??? Where is all the seafood: in the Sahara Desert? Personally I tasted like a good Moussaka. Terrible ! The few pieces of eggplant at the bottom of the dish were almost imperceptible, overcooked and hardened to the point of being barely chewable. I understand that this dish must be made in advance and reheated but still... This is what we offer passing tourists: they will never come back! At $45/person, McDonalds in the park would have been preferable that Sunday!

I made a dinner reservation at 7:15 p.m. for a dinner with my parents who I rarely see. They love this restaurant! When I arrived there I indicated that I had a reservation at 7:15 p.m. the waitress tells me that there are also 5 other groups of people who have reserved and who have been waiting for their tables for several minutes. I am informed that it may take 45 minutes before I have my table ready. We were extremely disappointed.... Its a shame to make a reservation and not get your table. I also speak for all the other groups of people who had to leave and eat elsewhere.

The atmosphere was rather dynamic but the service a little ordinary, the waitress did not speak to me and seemed stupid and in a hurry (as if she had more important things to manage than single customers) and this It wasnt pleasant. I went alone and only ordered one dish and it was a little over 1 hour ago. (the time to order, prepare the dishes and get the bill) a little long, especially since I had warned that I only had 50 minutes to eat and that I was alone. The meal was quite good (plate of frog legs with rice and salad) but perhaps a little expensive for what it was ($40 with tip) Overall disappointed

The dinner meal on Dec 29, 22 was mediocre, the chicken skewer and filet mignon, overcooked and fettucini Alfredo tasted like soap. We had a lot of difficulty digesting last night, last night and today. This restaurant has lost customers. Sorry to see how this restaurant has lost its quality.

My friends chicken skewer was undercooked and the waitress told her she could just pack the chicken and eat the rest of her plate if she was hungry. She also spilled the pitcher of water on my friend and her cell phone and told her it was her fault, she didnt bother to apologize. I asked for a plate of seafood linguine, there were 3 shrimps on the plate and it was served with spaghetti sauce It really wasnt good. When I asked the waitress why it wasnt served with white sauce, she told me that I just shouldnt order from the 2/$40 menu. It was she who insisted when ordering that I combine my meal with that of my friend to get the discount. So she brought me a mini bowl with pasta and alfredo sauce that tasted like soap and told me that if I wanted to eat thats the only option I had. I could add more about the experience of my other friends, but I think its enough. Really disappointing and insulting service I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very good quality/quantity-price ratio. It would be nice to have access to pitchers of water so you dont always feel thirsty. Indeed, the glasses of water are small. Having a better beer selection would have been nice too. Otherwise, everything is perfect! We loved the decor and the atmosphere.

Sunday, July 3. Reservation The hostess had to give us a menu, we had to get up to get one. Server ok but doesnt give us time to read the entire menu. I had the menu torn off without having time to see the other dishes!!!!!! Shrimp special, overcooked. Lots of dressing on the salad. Chicken skewer ok but nothing more. Super disappointed!!! Expensive and not worth it.

The decor is outdated but the staff is smiling and offers good service. We went on a Monday evening in July and there was a 50% off special on the main course. We all chose the chicken skewer. The plates were large and the food was good. The wine list is varied but nothing extraordinary and the prices prohibitive. Our server Sébastien 17 was very attentive to our needs. Large free parking lot.

Filet mignon with extraordinary Athenian sauce, well cooked, is one of the best dishes in the restaurant. Well done to the staff for the service, the restaurant was full. Waiting time a little long 1 hour but its worth it. Delicious. By the way, it was dinner!

On vacation in Rimouski we ordered takeout meals. The person who took our order: super nice and attentive (I got all the mayos and lemon pieces I wanted). Very good salmon accompanied by rice and Greek salad. My partner had the butterfly shrimp with salad and Greek potatoes. In short, well come back next year and well have to do it again. Well done to the whole team: really good food.

Gréco in Ste-Foy is a bring your own wine restaurant while the one in Rimouski refuses to allow people to bring their bottle of wine Parking: Plenty of free parking spaces with the coupon requested at the entrance to the Ste-Foy restaurant.

Affordable price. Interesting and varied promotions. Waitresses always smiling. Fast and courteous service. July 5 promotion: 50% off all plates including The Fishermans Plate and The Surf And Turf. I only have good comments to say!!!

For those who like seafood, its ok. the au gratin lasagna is really tasty. Reasonable price. Free parking nearby.

I went there often when I lived in the area. When Im passing through, this is THE restaurant I absolutely have to go to to eat. Ive been eating the skewers combined with Caesar salad for over 20 years and its still just as good. I already tried another Greco and it wasnt as good as the Rimouski one.

For $19.99 a hearty plate: Very tender, juicy, tasty, perfectly seasoned chicken skewer served with a brown sauce, rice, delicious Greek baby potatoes, homemade salad accompanied by a succulent homemade vinaigrette, hot roll. In addition, we were entitled to the table dhôte promotion for the same price, so the meal included a soup (vegetable cream, dessert and hot beverage). Delicious house wine $7. Courteous welcome, fast service, clean restaurant, outdoor terrace, our waitress was smiling and very friendly. No negative comments. We will definitely return and recommend it.

A nice surprise. The portions are quite generous, especially the mini chicken for children (and those skewers are delicious). We tried the seafood casserole and the moussaka. Both very good. Courteous and fast service.
