Unsanitary restaurant. Mapaq is notified. If you want to know if the kitchen is clean in a restaurant, look at its toilets. In my opinion, we eat a bit of junk through tapas. Prepare for a temporary closure dear customers!

Not even able to get a free glass of water after spending $150. Poor service. Anything for real. The manager has no repartee. Does not understand customer needs. All this for a glass of water. Ridiculous!!!!! I wont go anymore.

The food is always excellent, as is the service. The only downside is the temperature in summer, which can be really unbearable when its hot. Despite this, the experience generally remains very positive. PS: you have to walk to get there in the summer. Its quite pleasant, but something to take into account if you have difficulty getting around.

2 hours at the restaurant, including 1h30 waiting to receive our meal. The waitress never came to explain the situation to us, or even offer us water again while we were cooking on the terrace while we waited. Lots of tables arrived after us, had time to eat, then left even though we hadnt yet had our plates. I worked in restaurants and I know that mistakes can happen, but I went to see my customers, I explained to them, apologized and often, my boss offered them compensation for the wait. We were offered nothing.

Recently I went with a group of cousins for a family reunion of sorts. During dinner my elderly mother felt unwell (drop in pressure) the staff were very alert and knew how to proceed with such a situation. Their intervention was efficient and professional. Probably due to training on how to proceed in such cases. I would like to thank all the Rimouski shaker staff for their professionalism. You made this sad event lighter for everyone. Thank you a thousand times. PS I took the time to call the owners of this magnificent restaurant bar about the situation.

The place is great, especially during the urban terrace period. The atmosphere was lively, the cocktails were delicious and the service was perfect! I will go back there!

Music a little too loud for conversations, but otherwise everything is great food and fast service even if there were a lot of people

The Tuesday team is really nice.

We ate well, the tartars were very good. The portions remain quite small for the price but a big positive point for the cocktail menu.

3 hours total for a cocktail and dinner, yes it was a Saturday but still and we were with children. It was really long, REALLY long.

The #1 problem with this place is the DJ. I dont know if he is forced by management to play a certain playlist. Radio songs from 2010, worst selection of songs Ive seen in a bar in Quebec. Everything else is cool. Change the playlist for heaven s sake.

Last time one of the waiters ignored me in a way that until now it still hurts me, he told me that the machine had a problem so I was waiting there and he came back to serve another person while still m ignorant I swear to you that I stayed almost 30 minutes without the Mr he looking at me otherwise its a very beautiful place to distract yourself and clear your mind

The most toxic crowd in Rimouski, to be avoided. A machine to propel fragile masculinity, spreading disgust and hatred throughout Saint-Germain. People who shout, whistle, both inside and outside, show a lack of respect for passers-by and lack of maturity. The restaurant knows it, its their main clientele. Since the little frog closed, its just getting worse and worse going past in the evening. Looking forward to seeing the result when the next bar closes.

Frozen rice, quality meat but without sanitation. For the price we found it extremely ordinary. The drinks were delicious though.

Nice restaurant, good service too. On the other hand, the food was just ok and way too expensive. The melty brie was very strong with very little cranberry compote and 2 mini loaves that werent enough to eat half of. Its the worst Ive eaten between Le Loft de RDL, LEstaminet RDL and Le Shaker in Rimouski. The salmon lemon dill tartare was the worst tartare I ate in all the tartars I tasted. On the other hand, the Steakhouse beef tartare is the best of all the beef tartares I have eaten. A treat that deserves a 10/10!! The fries and salad as well as our cocktails were good. Our bill came to $124 excluding tip for: 1 fondant brie to share, 2 cocktails, 1 poke tartare and 1 duo of tartare. The most expensive of our very similar menus in 2 other restaurants but the one that was the most disappointing culinaryly. We had already booked for 2 and we have a table stuck on the kitchen door in the mini passage where everyone circulates So um yeah 3 stars out of 5.

Arrogant staff, I got yelled at and had my drink snatched from my hands as if I were throwing a child... the employee approached us in an extremely arrogant manner rather than explaining the situation to us like an adult. I already didnt like the place and now I dont want to set foot there again. I understand that this is a way to approach an 18 year old who does not tolerate alcohol, but not 4 calm adults. So we left the place immediately.

Trea good food... but phew the waiter at the bar with the red suspenders this evening is cheated... I ask him to serve shooters to three people at the bar and to say that its a stranger who offers them and instead of telling them that, he tells the customers that he is the one who offers them, phew, not really... I discovered this while going to talk to the customers to whom I had offered the drink... it makes you sweat... I cant wait to see it again because Im going back there by the end of May... be careful if you buy a drink... by the way Im really an excellent customer of this franchise across Quebec...WEAR A Special attention to the waiter with a red suspender at the bar!

If I had the choice to give zero stars, I would! Worst service ever! Im on vacation in the region.... the waitress who doesnt mind her own business at all and who is not capable of doing her job as it should. For those with pets dont go there, they will take you out right after you order alcohol. I have a mini parrot in a small carrying backpack. He doesnt shout, super discreet. They let me in, we ordered and they took us outside as soon as we ordered the alcohol. This is the first time Ive been kicked out of a restaurant for this. I bring it with me all the time and no problems. Very noisy place with a fairly dougebag clientele, Who seriously creates themselves who believe themselves to be more superior than the others. Anyway, its really not a good place! You will get better service elsewhere... And its the same for other branches. To avoid!

The staff is generally nice, apart from Guillaume, an arrogant door man who thinks he can do anything and doesnt know how to approach the public. He loses sales and is really out of place. He then cursed us for something stupid and didnt want to give us a great experience.

As you know, I have a sweeter tooth than the average bear and this time I let myself be tempted by the Rimouski Shaker. The atmosphere is good for the youngest (20 to 40 years old) the music is good for a discotheque it lacks a dance floor. The food is good and the portions too. The staff is courteous. To try if you are passing through and the Resto la Réserve is closed.

Total disappointment... there were 4 of us and the bill was $270 before tip and honestly we were giving it a 2nd chance and we have just been confirmed that it was the last... I had the Italian beef tartare and I felt like I was eating a prosciutto and parmesan tartare my daughter-in-law same thing and she tartare duo dry salmon and really ordinary the jalapeño burger had the meatball, the bread and dry chicken My boyfriend had the sirloin steak and the salad didnt even have vinaigrette On the other hand, the fries, drinks, service and ketchup were !! It s rare that I give my opinion but at this price ..

I ordered a medium sausage poutine ($12.99) as well as jasmine rice ($3) accompanied by an orange spritz ($10) Meal review: A huge disappointment when the poutine arrived. In fact, I immediately recognized the frozen fries from the Cavendish restaurant style brand. Although they were excellent, I was expecting homemade fries AT THE MINIMUM. Next, what can we say about the sausages... These are obviously hot dog sausages cut on the bias which would not mislead an informed customer. WHAT CUTE to dare to ask $3 more than regular poutine for ordinary smoked and pan-fried sausages! As for the cheese, we are clearly on cheap Quick Quick cheese in a bag...nothing to add. Despite the appreciated addition of green onion, it does not save the culinary disaster of this dish. As for the drink, if you are worried about the melting of the glaciers, look no further, they can be found in Shaker glasses. In addition, the small quantity of liquid (10 sips) reminded me of the taste of orange crush. The price of $10 therefore seems highly unjustified. To conclude, the jasmine rice was what you would expect from a packet of jasmine rice. The addition of green onion was, however, a nice surprise. All in all, a disappointing experience where I feel cheated. An IGA and a little good will are enough to recreate this meal. Ps, Im writing for a friend.

Impeccable service. I did not receive the correct dish and they made it again without batting an eyelid. The drinks are also possible without alcohol, which allowed my 12 year old daughter to taste something different :). On the other hand, we dont go to this restaurant to chat. Just to make each other smile because we really cant hear each other speak! HAHA

I liked the festive atmosphere, the friendly service and the cold beer but not the contents of my plate, the ultimate cheeeeze was honestly very disappointing and poorly balanced, the burger tasted of nothing other than cheese. Next time I will try the Cajun chicken, it was highly recommended.

Nice place and good drinks but thats it. We asked for the TENDER Asian chicken as a starter. We received DRY Asian chicken and lack of tempura batter. Normal as we were told. So no replacement. I Ill stop there. Never could.

Je suis donc passer avec mon verre devant les agents de la sécurité qui ne mon rien dit, quelque instant après une personne de laccueil arrive et marrache mon verre et le vide par terre devant moi (alors quil était plein) sans aucune explication. Pas très professionnel

One of the worst restaurants to go to with food allergies. I only went there once to have a drink and the waiter invited me to only order a glass of water (even though a beer could very well have suited my allergies). I dont think Ill be going back any time soon, unfortunately.
