The perfect fishmonger for good and beautiful seafood served by a legend Mr. Lemieux We took a 4 pound black lobster from Anticosti Island, it was so good.

We ate so well, me and my partner We enjoyed the fishermans plate with the magnificent sunset and even had the right to photos with the 2 warm and pleasant owners. The restaurant is now very popular thanks to their videos on tik toc, Facebook and Instagram. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes to get in due to their popularity, but it was definitely worth it. Very nice evening, beautiful atmosphere, warm staff and excellent food

Number one service. Super warm and welcoming. The food is excellent. My husband ate a plate of lobster and I ate a AAA angus strip steak. One of the best of my life. As it wasnt in our plans to go there today, our daughter who doesnt eat any seafood or fish was with us but they found a solution for her. They have a heart and they are passionate. I recommend it to everyone. Not disappointed at all. And for those who complain about prices... go to McDonalds. Quality pays off.

Very expensive price for unexpectedly slow service. We took the fishermans plate for $245 for 2 people... apart from the mussels which were overcooked, the seafood was delicious (the reason for the 3* rather than 1*...). But waiting more than 2 hours to receive your main meal is unacceptable! The service is courteous but disorganized. The most organized was the usher/server. The twins seemed completely overwhelmed. I didnt know the Instagram popularity of the place, but its overrated. For less and much better, without forgetting impeccable service, continue your journey to the fishermans house in Gaspé. Unless you call on professionals to organize their service, menu and prices, the restaurant will not survive after instant popularity. The fishermans plate is barely cheaper than at Marcus in Montreal, on the top floor of a chic hotel... its not normal that the price is almost the same in Rimouski. My recommendation: buy your cooked lobster and crab at the fish store and eat at home. It will be just as good and much more satisfying.

We went there to satisfy our curiosity, but unfortunately we will not return. Much too expensive for the quality of the food! You can get a lot more in a fishmonger for a much lower price...you pay for it. fashion effect and the presentation of the plates! Uncooked rice and green salad! Soup too salty unfortunately! We hope that our comment will be viewed constructively and wish good continuity to the team who were friendly!

We went to eat Saturday evening June 30, 2024, the service was slow and disorganized, eye contact was not present from the servers. The servers are cashexic and have a flat affect. Regarding drinks, house wine (piquettes), too expensive for the quality. The legs are overpriced, garlic butter questionable, the lobster was overcooked, the rice was cold, the cod fillet was burnt. Finally, the sugar tartlets contained a lot of starches (corn starch). In short, very disappointing. Lets give thanks.

Wow wow and wow again! My cousin and I were looking for a restaurant to eat lobster during our stay in Mont-Joli and couldnt have found anything better. From the succulent and well presented food, to the magnificent views of the river and sea, to the incredible service from the brothers wow. Nothing negative to say about this incredible restaurant. The brothers were polite and always made sure we had an enjoyable experience plus they were good-looking and charming guys!

We left Montreal on Saturday morning simply to come and eat at your restaurant. Thank you Tik-Tok for showing us these little gems. I was pleasantly surprised! The freshness of the products and the location make this place a mandatory stop in the region. At the beginning of August, we are leaving for Gaspésie and you will definitely see us again! My visit to the Lemieux market was with the aim of spending 5 days at their magnificent campsite overlooking the sea!!! very well laid out very clean without service but you get what you need there, ice water and catering available with a canteen with a fish and chips simply divine and beautiful crab paste as a starter on my picnic table in the sun what could be better!!! Thank you Place Lemieux see you next time

Superb place, food, service, just wow!!! The Lemieux brothers... Mega friendly!! My friend found out about them via TikTok and we left Berthierville to go to this place for dinner!! I recommend the fishermans plate excellent!!! P.S.....we spent the weekend in Rimouski anyway!!!

We waited for more than an hour before getting a seat, no reservation available. Suddenly we had our table for 45 minutes without having a waiter and the menu had to leave. It seems a nice place but it lacks organization. The three Lemieux brothers should have staff to help them, especially during a period like the construction holidays.

I find that everything is made expensive its not possible the small dish of bourgot is made at 22 dollars yet it is collected without gasoline or monetary value just a little time the summation is made by hand the salt has not suffered no increase yet its 10 dollars more for shrimp and all fish has suffered increases like wood and gasoline

Courteous service but exorbitant prices for the quality and quantity ($54 for 8 scallops, a little rice and a mini portion of iceberg salad without vinaigrette). Response to the owner: Exactly, I did not order the table dhôte but the waiter charged me with it all the same. When I told him his mistake, he gave me a $5 refund, which excludes taxes and tip. Since he was overwhelmed, I didnt mention to him that he should have given me $5+tax+tip.

Alright... We ate delicious fish & chips there as well as a small lobster (childrens version) and a scallop (huge)... the only problem was the price... But as a tourist, we can afford it a little. once in a while.
