Ce restaurant est toujours mon arrêt obligatoire lorsque je quitte la Gaspésie pour revenir à Québec. Une ambiance très chaleureuse tellement au goût du jour. Des plats préparés avec soins et amour. Le menu est très bien expliqué par l employé, si désiré donc aucune surprise! Les propriétaires ont de quoi être fières de ce magnifique et délicieux restaurant.

I was a little disappointed with my tuna tatare, there were a lot of hard pistachio flakes in it but otherwise it was good :)

Wanting to be original and falling into bad taste. Im very open, not picky about food and I travel a lot in Asia, but this is a failure for a supposedly sushi restaurant. First time at this restaurant so I ordered the Solo Platter for delivery. In my opinion, it will be a set that represents the best choices of the place, thats the goal of this type of board usually. Delivery with Doordash was efficient but I was outside peak hours. The chef seems to like cheese, its everywhere. However, cheese and dairy products are absent from Asian culinary culture, so we are very far from classic sushi. You can use it but you have to know the dosage and this is not the case. Pickles: I ordered salmon but I received beef. These days, fried pickles, we see them everywhere, but with tartare, its just weird and not very good. Hoso cheese: Its simply a piece of Haloumi cheese, not even grilled, surrounded by rice. Really very weird and very bad taste and curry mayonnaise is more like mayonnaise curry. Salmon pesto maki: Wow! A little less bad but it wasnt very good. Again, fried food. Odd taste assemblage. It comes with a very ordinary salad and a small jar of vinaigrette which I confused at first with soy sauce because none comes with the platter, which is very strange. No ginger or wasabi. In short, a disappointing experience from a chef who made herself known on television. Wanting to be too original and missing the point. Its also expensive for a choice of ingredients that are not. And what is this obsession with cheese, is it Asian food???

This was my first poke bowl. Impeccable presentation. Chic restaurant decoration. I liked. But I dont like cold rice. These are my tastes. But Im sure that for poke bowl lovers, this is the place. Next time Ill try a classic tartare. They look delicious

Favorite for this restaurant! Everything was perfect, the kindness of the staff, the speed of the service and especially our Poké bowl, a beef tartare and salmon with mango, a pure delight!

revision of my 2022 review: we had a bad experience when the business opened (poor communication of waiting times). I wasnt convinced to try again but ultimately, given the proximity to my job, I went back a few times (at lunchtime) taking care to place my order online for pickup at the restaurant and to date I have not I havent had this problem again. This is not traditional sushi and there is a large portion of the menu that is fried so be warned! I always take a selection of hosomakis, which are a little more similar to traditional sushi. Try the sushi desserts which are super good and original.

Good food and excellent menu card. Long on service, though. 25-30 minutes for a meal to eat there and it was not due to lack of staff.

Initially, the pokes were excellent, well balanced! During my last orders, there was too much sauce and the ingredients were not fresh... I think maybe its due to the new staff and the lack of rigor compared to established recipes...

My Sushi-man comment. They dont know how to ride. The time to roll makis is not 45 minutes. If the runtime is this long ask yourself who should ride. Adding so much sauce doesnt improve your dish. The presentation is beautiful. You should give one packet of soy sauce and one packet of hot sauce. Option to offer to the customer. I think maybe you should improve your knowledge and skills. The 3 star is simply to say push yourself a little.

Sarcastic comment... waiting for an internet order, outside, in the rain, because there are too many customers inside. In short, ordinary customer service. If I didnt know what sushi was, I would have the wrong idea. I hated it, there are frankly better ones in town.

Having ordered online it was ready when I arrived. The service is excellent and the servers are courteous. $48 for 2 poke bowls is still slightly expensive, but the products are quality.

Very slow service this evening for an order made in advance. 45 minutes late... Usually I receive my orders on time. The food was good, as usual. There was clearly a problem with efficiency in the kitchen...

The pokebowls are always excellent and the portions are generous.

Too expensive compared to the quantity on the plate. Too bad because the makis are good.

Great improvement in counter efficiency since opening. Adequate and simple online ordering. Original and varied menu, always very good with attention to presentation. I find that there is a bit of a shortage of seats, the restaurant is often at full capacity during meal times.

Delicious and good value for money.
