Je passe une commande par téléphone, un homme me réponds et prend ma commande. Je l'informe d'une intolérance de ma coinjointe pour les crevettes et lui demande si des ajustements peuvent être fait pour éviter le contact le plus possible mais monsieur semble impatient et me répond de façon très irrespectueuse. Je ne me fis pas tant à cette discussion mais je reste surpris de cette conversation. Une fois sur place, je me rends compte que l'homme à qui j'ai parlé au téléphone est celui au comptoir. Je mentionne que j'ai commandé et on me remet la commande. Cependant, il y avait une petite erreur où j'ai commandé des tacos au thon et ceux-là étaient au saumon. Je fais pars poliement à la dame que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé et je ne suis point fâché de l'erreur puisqu'elle était ''dans le jus''.Cependant l'homme derrière, me répond de façon très bête ; T'aimes pas ça le saumon?! Je lui répond que ce n'est juste pas ce que j'ai commandé et payé pour, bref , une très mauvaise expérience à ce resto...
Je suis grandement déçu pour 7.25$ pour une portion de Inferno que j'aurai pu cacher dans ma main
Samedi 6 nov 17h30 a rimouski, manques d ingrédients dans les sushi,sumomakis presque la meme grosseur qu'un hosomakis,service désorganisé et long ,Je suis vraiment dessus pour le prix ,c etais ma dernière fois cher vous.
J’y allais de temps en temps avec ma blonde, puis nous sommes devenus accrocs! 😁 Les sushis ainsi que les Poke-bowls sont tout simplement délicieux 😋 (Le Sunrise est excellent, je recommande!) Outre la qualité et la fraîcheur des mets, je souhaiterais aussi féliciter le personnel. Chaleureux, à l’écoute et agréable. Je rajouterai même courageux, les vendredis soirs lorsque je viens chercher ma commande ils ont l’air débordé (en même temps vu comment c’est bon c’est normal) mais toujours très sympathiques, franchement chapeaux! Continuez comme ça! Et à très bientôt! 🍱😋

Je suis très déçu du sushi shop de Rimouski. Depuis plusieurs fois que nous sommes déçu de la quantité et de la qualité de leur plat qui son assez cher merci. Je ne le recommand pas. Et si vous plaigné on vas vous dire de ne plus revenir.

Too expensive for what it is. For the same price you can get much better in a restaurant that is not a chain.
We used to love going to your place....this time....the ingredients were fresh, the order was on time, the staff was courteous....but...is it a lack of training or team monitoring, poorly cut fish, poorly rolled sushi, dry chicken karaage and too long on the hotplate, tempura vegetables and shrimp: overcooked, dry, poorly presented....for a bill of $70 ...it goes without saying that we are disappointed and we suggest that you provide better training and monitoring....
Very ordinary, the sushi at Mito at IGA Sirois are much better and cheaper.
Clearly the worst sushi in Rimouski. Very disappointed with the quality and presentation of the sushi. Missing ingredients, no sauce, ginger and wasabi included despite even paying for extras. We would have been happier with grocery store sushi.

J ai appeler et je n ai eu comme réponse que ahhh désolé pour les erreurs et les sushi qui se défesait avant de les mangers
Seriously, I loved and love their chicken karagee bowl but today its like the final straw, they rarely have chicken karagee and today I said to myself ah! Im going to order more early and let me know if they have any!! I call at around 12 p.m. and he says yes, perfect, well prepare it for you at the scheduled time. So I arrive a little early (luckily) I come home and he tells me hes starting it in 5 minutes so I say perfect Ill wait in the car and around 5 minutes later he calls me and says sorry were not making any more in the end so I said ok but at noon you told me you had some? They say yes but ultimately no so I end up with Ok but gas is expensive I was fed up I hung up before hearing the rest its just really boring to order in advance so that in the end you dont have what we want.
There was a time when we ordered here quite regularly. Unfortunately my latest experiences no longer make me want to go back. for a few months, the sushi burritos have been really disgusting :( not even half rolled and all soggy. I didnt even eat the one this weekend because it was so ugly, Im traumatized to recommend it one day lol You can always mention that it is not available if sometimes the staff present has difficulty with something X on the menu, rather than doing it all wrong. Before also the staff was super nice. My last two visits the staff just had no soul lol. I am aware that with the labor shortage it is not easy but my sweet. Positive point: karaage chicken (which is very rare in Rimouski lol).
10minutes d attente pour avoir une salade de calamars déjà préparée, alors que je suis le seul client sur place. Lorsque j arrive pour manger, il y a de la glace partout à l intérieur, impossible de la manger pour mon heure de lunch. Ça fait plusieurs expériences négatives, je n irai plus ! Pourtant, dans les autres villes Sushi Shop est délicieux !
The sushi was really butcher . Small pieces of salmon on one, two on another. Half of them were open. All this despite the fact that there were no people in the restaurant, so no press. Ill move on next time.

So disappointed. I already made a comment about the schedules not being up to date. Well done, you changed it. Except here, I call on a Friday and he doesnt answer. I call at 5:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 6 p.m., telling myself that they may be very busy, but at no time do I get an answer. I got hung up on 3 times. No, but is it really that hard to answer the phone?! Close the branch, frankly. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Sushi shop Rimouski: ends for us and be sure that I will not recommend my loved ones to go there...

Very poor service, unfriendly staff, our poké is barely half the bowl. I take an Unami, the salad is missing, I point out to the guy who tells me that he no longer has any... so I ask him to replace the missing item. He just put a poor Boston leaf on the uncut side...

1 year later, still no employees, no answer on the phone 1 time out of 2 and poké bowl sometimes no sesame, sometimes the right sauces sometimes not, sometimes a foot of salad and sometimes 1 inch , sometimes soy leaves sometimes not, sometimes carrots sometimes not...
I am a big user of the Sushishop in St-Lambert, so I expected the same quality at the one in Rimouski. Since it is a chain the quality should be there even from one city to another... Big disappointment!!! The Salmon Tartare sushi that I always have in St-Lambert was tiny, in St-Lambert it was generous and well-filled pieces of salmon, at the same price it was expensive when you expect something else. The rest of the plateau didnt look like much either. We had done some patch work to succeed in making a respectable salmon nigiri, so lots of small, uneven pieces of salmon to make a single piece. Not pretty either....a plate of sushi has to be pretty!!! The restaurant was obviously understaffed and only one person did all the work. Sorry for him but the quality was not there....

For Valentines Day, we ordered sushi. To begin with, the site was not working that morning, so it was impossible to see the menu online to order by phone. So we go there during dinner time to place an order for 4:30 p.m. The person who answered us gave us the impression of making one order too many. Customer experience not great... We look at the menu and order for a good amount. He tells us to come at 5 p.m. We pick up the sushi at the agreed time and arrive home to eat them. The sushi called cyclone or cyclops (made of rice paper, lettuce, mango, lobster and others) had a horrible texture that was heartbreaking. Probably eating in would have been better, but its stay in the takeout made the lettuce horrible. In addition, I found the sushi a little too hot, like the impression that a piece of it was on the counter waiting for us to come and get it, because yes, all the orders were on the counter instead of being in a fridge when its sushi...

It s beautiful, it s clean and we are very well received! My partner had a 12-piece Sushi combo and I chose a POKE BOWL VOLCANO with torch-seared salmon, prepared in front of me and served in less than five minutes! It was fresh, comforting and above all delicious. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation!
Unfortunately in 2 different weeks (Friday November 29 and Wednesday December 4) we tried to order sushi by phone and no way to get on the line or speak with a person. She puts us on hold for 5-10 minutes before hanging up the line on us. We try to call back another day and no way to get a response over the phone. Our last option for ordering in advance was via the web and the transactions are refused and blocked by our credit card company for fraud prevention... no way to properly order remotely...
