Lorsque je suis allée chercher ma commande ce midi, j'ai eu une suprise lorsque j'ai vue l'oeil du dragon....il était presque la grosseur d'un hosomaki... J'ai demandé à la personne s'il s'avait trompé, elle m'a répondu que c'était la quantité. Ça va être ma dernière expérience pour cette place, payé 13$ pour être déçu!
Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour la fraîcheur de ses aliments et l'excellent service à la clientèle. Très bonne expérience à chaque fois.
Wow! Service du tonnerre, à mon arrivé plus aucun pokebowl, on m’assure qu’on peut m’en faire un en 3 min! Et 4 min plus tard je repartais avec mon lunch qui était excellent! Merci!
Je suis allez au Yuzu a midi pour me ramasser un pokebowl déjà fait et rendu au comptoir, il y a 3 personnes qui travaillent mais aucune qui vient nous faire payer. Après 5 minutes, je suis partie au restaurant a côté pour avoir du service. 5 étoiles pour le Subway qui a été capable de me faire un sandwich en moins de temps qu'un plein déjà prêt chez Yuzu haha
Deux fois en deux livraisons , commande inexactes. Items manquants dont ça été payé. Livraison à revoir Facture de 160$ incluant pourboire à 15% sur livraison et payé un 30$ vant taxes dans le vide pour items manquants

I must say I went by around 7pm. Worst service. Not only I did not get my food.The server over the counter had the worst attitude. This was the first time I went there and I must say being told off that I can not have any sushis or anything else on the menu because they are closing at 8 pm... Please have someone look into this... Instead I went next door to get subway... If I am being told I can not order... i would not want to see how many others this is happening to. Hello again

Probably the worst yuzu sushi ever! I showed up 1 hour before closing for 15 sushi and he refused to serve me saying that they were making no more sushi for the evening. There were three of them chatting - Finished for me!!

I made a reservation two hours in advance. At the time of delivery I received a message saying that delivery would be delayed by 15 minutes. I waited again. After 45 minutes, I had received no further news. I asked the chatbot what happened to my order and the chatbot responded that there were problems with my order. I waited again. After a few more minutes, I asked for an explanation again and the chatbot replied that I should cancel the order because the restaurant had recently closed. I did not receive any notification from the restaurant. My order never arrived.

Taste-wise, still good, but disappointment: recently, I went there twice around 11:30 a.m. during the week to treat myself and order some sushi. The employees response: we cannot serve you before 12:30 p.m.. Obviously because they are too busy with online orders and group business orders. All right ? So we can no longer spontaneously go to this restaurant whenever we want? I didnt know that you provided a catering service...Personally, I wont travel for anything again.

I think their sushi is very good for a restaurant chain. Small downside when ordering online with mention of allergy with chefs choice, there is no mention of allergy sent to the restaurant because their policy refuses to serve different sushi due to allergies in the restaurant. chefs choice. The 2 other big local sushi sellers do it in Rimouski.
