Twice we go there for soup, the soup is good but never served before a 20 minute wait. Last time I eat at the Jacques Cartier Thai zone. We always end up being served last and eating cold

By ordering a pokthai you will be entitled to a cold meal drowned in a sweet sauce which takes away all the taste + no sauces for dumplings

5 pad thai... 2 that taste burnt! Cant even eat them!! Little meal with the kids ($83.88) poorly invested!! We used to go to Thai Express, the restaurant closed and we thought we would adopt the Thai zone... mistake!!

We waited 30 minutes, while the restaurant was practically empty, for a general tao with a burnt taste from the bottom of the wok. Never again.

It cost me $85 for 2 inedible pad thai bathed in a tasteless sauce. They swiped my ATM card twice, telling me that the first time it didnt go through. Returned home, I realized that they actually charged me twice. Never again! Thai express is 100 times better.

To be honest, I was very hesitant before eating in this restaurant, but I am pleasantly surprised by the food here and the dining room. Very good, I advise you to come and take a look. Your taste buds will be happy. Parking: Easy to park, but limited space with restaurants around.

1# Im going to have a pad thai. We could have sprouted beans, sirs. No problem, just replace them with anything like broccoli or chili peppers. I am told that it will be extra $... Ok.... I will have a red curry then... 2# 50 min wait to be the last served while several customers arrived after me... No logistics #3 Were sorry sir, were going to give you some churros... Yes, but its broccoli I wanted in my pad thai....

Very slow service, orders with errors and waiting for nothing on the counter, staff who dont really know what to do. We think twice before going back.

Completely disorganized service. Meals are ready and waiting to be packaged while employees talk together, open boxes in the warehouse or wait at the cash register. In 40 minutes (the time they took to prepare my order), they took about ten orders and prepared only two. Not super fast as a fast food restaurant. Ive been there twice now and both times it was the same thing. I was going there to save time. It was a failure. The food is OK, nothing more. The Thai Express was a little better.

Fairly good food but poorly adjusted portions: general tao chicken dish with too few pieces of chicken but a huge amount of rice and the dish overall lacked sauce. Very slow service and forgetting to make one of the only 2 dishes..

Positive culinary review: really generous restaurant, I was lucky to end up with extra pieces in each of my two dishes. First of all, I came across what looked like a dumpling which I found in my general tao, it was ultimately a huge piece of lettuce heart. As a bonus apparently came an activity in my fried rice, reconstituting the whole onion which was there luckily it was beginner level apparently since the pieces were at least 1 inch 1/2 each. Afterwards, no arguments between me and the person with whom I shared this meal since we each had our own pieces of blackened/moldy red cabbage in our respective dishes. To finish I would like to make a special mention to the cooks who really give by literally leaving a little bit of themselves (hair) in our meal. Aware that mistakes happen and that restaurants will have the understanding to understand that its annoying to pay $40 for a meal that is simply not edible, I went there to hope to discuss with a manager but unfortunately I I only had the chance to chat with an employee who practically laughed in my face, telling me that she didnt see the problem and that the manager was going to call me back later. Spoiler alert this was not the case no one called me back. I really enjoyed every moment of my evening, the joke that this meal was was fully appreciated. Still waiting to speak to the manager. PS I WANT MY MONEY BACK

It was good, but a little expensive for the quality of the dishes.

Delicious! And its worth paying for an extra-vegetable for 4 piasse! It almost doubles the portion!! We ordered the family combo with 2 extra vegetables and that gave us 4 very large plates of food! Impossible to eat it all! We are super satisfied! And the employees on the phone were super patient and kind!

Extremely slow service; more than 40 minutes to wait for a take out (poutine).

It was delicious. But at lunchtime I had to wait a very long time for my order. It wasnt comfortable because I didnt have much free time.

The food is good, but the wait is huge. I just waited 33 minutes for a general tao. During my wait I saw each customer who arrived after me receive their take out order.

Very good atmosphere and good preparation, however, the friendliness of certain employees needs to be reviewed.

The staff is very unpleasant, especially the delivery man, he took the liberty of shouting at me with insults in front of the restaurants customers. When my order was ready to be picked up, I parked in front of the restaurant just to quickly take my order and leave. Entered the restaurant before even saying hello he shouted at me telling me to move my tank, being surprised by this attitude I asked him to calm down trying to tell him that I was going to move my tank and that he had to calm down and above all change his tone. So there he shouted at me moved your tank and insults in front of more than 5 customers. What is certain is that I think he adopted this exaggerated behavior because he is racist because yes I am a person of color. If he were a white person he would never have behaved like this. I am shocked by their behavior.

Seriously... Worst restaurant of my entire life. Unpleasant staff who dont care about their customers. Waiting 1 hour for pad thai and peanut chicken is insane. The food is way too expensive for what youre going to get. In addition, I have gone to this restaurant 3 times and always have the same problems. Avoided this restaurant as much as possible. Im not the only one who had a bad experience with the employees, believe me.

Disrespectful of other peoples allergies, mentioned and written multiple times and mistake after mistake each time, you lost 2 customers. Several warnings and several chances left. Always the same thing, luckily its not a serious allergy.

Dont pay attention to allergies. I took the trouble to specify when ordering that I was allergic to pineapples. I had the unpleasant surprise of having an allergic reaction and seeing pieces of pineapple in my food and its not the first time that this has happened.

Made much more expensive than it was since the franchise expanded; impossible to have; a little, medium or spicy? Its made all (general ko) or not spice pentoute....anything

A reduced price for the food served sorry but these not edible I took 2 butcher same thing for my wife then we went to look for McDonalds instead terribly disappointed 40 in the trash would have been better invested!!

Its a fast food restaurant thats a change from a hamburger. We stay with the intense sweet and salty taste, but its satisfying. Generous portions and family packages.

Decent dining room. Quick service nothing more. The food leaves much to be desired. $40 for mediocre food. First and last experience for us.

Wait much too long, several were served before me even though they arrived later, the cook did not have a mask on his face and wore jewelry. Really where is the hygiene??

Newly opened since July 27, 2020. The place is freshly furnished for this restaurant. We can already sense the enthusiasm for this place which seems to have a good reputation among its franchisees in other regions. The current waiting time is certainly not representative of normal occupancy. The staff is smiling and dynamic. The portions are generous and the meals full of flavor. Definitely worth revisiting.

I arrived on a Monday lunchtime at 12:20 p.m., I was served 30 minutes later at 12:50 p.m. even though there was no rush (only 4-5 customers apart from me). I took a general tao trio which cost me $20.18 with a dish which is much smaller than what they used to serve...quite disappointed with my experience. Thaï Zone has become a fast food restaurant that thinks its a great gourmet restaurant?

Finally a Thaïzone in Rimouski!! The restaurant is sublime, a great team and what can we say about the dishes... a delight in every way!

Very nice atmosphere and very courteous staff. Good quality price for food. However, the only glitch was that the sauce given with the egg rolls is actually anchovy oil, and this was not advertised anywhere. It was lucky that my partner had tasted it before me and warned me, because, being extremely allergic to seafood/fish, it would have been a guaranteed hospital visit! It would be quite important to mention when certain products contain such common allergens, especially in an item that is not often served with these allergens.

I called an hour before to have an order prepared and when I arrived (on time), they had forgotten to prepare it! They waited until I paid to tell me... 15 minutes later, I finished with a raw vegetable general tao and a gray pad tai with no taste, no sauce... Disappointed because I am a regular at the Thaïzone when I go outside of Rimouski and I like it. First and last time at this branch. In addition, no delivery to my home almost in the city center (4 km from the restaurant) when all the other restaurants do it.

There are no telephone orders available, only online. I registered on their site to benefit from deliveries, only to learn that it is only possible to pay by credit card. The person who answers the phone doesnt know how online ordering works and hangs up the line without saying anything. Error in calculating the invoice online (after tax) adding a $3 without detailing why. A waste of time ! I went there and the customer service is impeccable. The vegetables were unfortunately not cooked enough, almost raw and it was lukewarm.
