Excellent coffee and very good service in the city center.

First time I visited since the opening and it was a great discovery! Salads, sandwiches and of course the wonderful hot/cold coffees. I took a loyalty card, because I like having discounts and/or getting freebies. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. I loved the configuration with armchairs at the front, near the large windows overlooking the busy street, the tables at the back are perfect for those, like me, who had to work. Two sockets are even available for laptops. It was the beginning of my love affair with this place!

Impeccable service, original choice of food, good coffee of course! I ordered a chimichurri sandwich and it was simply earth-shattering. I had to hold myself back from taking more! The pastries were all more tempting than the last!

Really nice and courteous employee with attentive service, the sandwiches are good and varied. There are several types of sandwiches and more exotic types that are out of the ordinary!

Too bad the restaurant is not open on Saturday after 5 p.m., nor on Sunday. On several occasions we had to go to another place instead. We no longer take the risk of coming and being confronted with a closed door. Despite this, I have always had good service there.

Terribly slow service. The staff who allow themselves to discuss personal matters with each other while the queue almost extends outside... Excessively high prices for products that are sometimes not up to the mark... Nothing that makes you want to come back!

We come back every year to enjoy Rivière du Loup on vacation. This year we went to the rest, for the atmosphere, food and wifi connection. Yesterday it was impossible to benefit from the wifi service. The signal would stop for long periods of time. We complained about the bad signal, Without any satisfactory response from the employees. I ask the Vahoutte administration to give me a satisfactory answer and to ensure that a reliable wifi signal is restored. Going elsewhere is an option. THANKS Robert plants

For a place that specializes in coffee, I find their black coffee just not good, too bitter and cold. An instant coffee would be better (and much cheaper)

Beautiful place to relax, nice welcome and well located; in addition facing parking for people with reduced mobility. The entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs however (the two small concrete markets would have to be replaced by a concrete slope).

A nice place to sit with your cell phone, read a book or have a coffee with friends. There are already prepared breakfasts that have nothing to envy of lunches prepared to order because they are so tasty. Their coffee is very good and they have an interesting little tea selection. The place is well lit due to the large windows and its location on rue Lafontaine is ideal.

A little Friends side for this franchise well known to Canadians. Their hot chocolate is very tasty without being too heavy. The chocolate muffin certainly falls directly on the love handles but its good!!!! The welcome was very professional and friendly in all the VHs we went to A sure value.
