Beautiful hotel. Comfortable and clean room. Delicious restaurant!! Perfect service. Only problem for electric cars I advise you not to use the very expensive terminals $$$ 20$/h very slow, 100$ for 60% of the battery. Go charge elsewhere. For the rest perfect!

The only inheritor is to have such a beautiful swimming pool, but to have such cold water. The spa next to the pool was at the same temperature as the pool. I was going to warm up in the shower.

Great experience, I had a room on the 5th floor, the bathroom is superb, large glass shower, comfortable bed. Very well located off the highway. Beautiful amenities, bar and restaurant on site!. I recommend! Rooms: Large bedroom with desk, very large bathroom with huge glass shower and ceiling jet. Walkability: Easy to access, even in a wheelchair. Food and drinks: Good beers on site Resto Boréal in the same building, delicious.

Our reservation was made with a PDF proof at $175 per night for two nights, however the price is different for the second night without any explanation. In addition, dog fees applied (and I understand) however we were not informed when booking. Finally, nothing was included (lunch, spa, etc.) and no one informed us. We were surprised as we went along. Communication must be improved in this establishment, and the staff better trained. There is a let go in transparency and customer service. Finally, poor soundproofing, we were treated to a couples argument in the next room. We had the choice with the Days Inn which accepts dogs, we trusted this hotel, with regret .

Everything is perfect...except the beds are a little hard... Do not book with Booking because it cancels your reservation every time!

Clean and great location :)

The best hotel in the region, definitely a must for a trip on the A-20. Very well located to explore the region and discover beautiful places between Notre-Dame-du-Portage and La Pointe de Rivière-du-Loup. The team is dedicated and very attentive. Rooms: We discovered a suite with our boy. Two TVs and very well divided nothing to complain about. Food and drinks: The restaurant has a very wide variety and good value for money. We had lunch there and ordered to rooms the night before. The spice of fries is not for everyone... to review.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Spacious, clean and well-equipped room on the ground floor of the hotel. Ideal location, off the highway, perfect for spending a night and leaving the next day. A small downside concerning the swimming pool, a little cool for our taste, just like the jacuzzi.

Im not giving 5 stars for the rooms because its not the Hilton but its really very, very good for the hotel category. They are up to date and well equipped. A big big big positive point: dog friendly! The daily fee for pitou is a bit high though but at least they accept them!

Hello I booked on September 29 for 40 people I had a room of 32 people I asked to add a table the staff did not want my guests were forgotten to eat at the restaurant I am disappointed and the buffet was very cold its not worth the price I wont return Estelle

I had the worst customer service experience of my life, the colors are displayed from the start, with a rather old person, cold, not even a hello, she was waiting for me to say hello, then she didnt didnt explain anything about what the hotel offered, I was almost embarrassed to ask him a question because we felt so cold. At check-out it was worse, I got the wrong room number and instead of asking for the name to check, she let me know that I dont have an invoice and that its the agency that did it. received, she was stubborn with me until she called her colleague who asked me my name and managed to find my room, knowing that I had the wrong room I apologized but with no reaction from both cold employee, once again like this I was disturbing. The icing on the cake, when I asked to receive the invoice by email, she took a call in front of me and left me waiting for 10 minutes Without apologizing without speaking to me (these words can be verified by camera on Friday August 23 at 8:5 a.m.) I had to leave with a heavy heart, wondering if this attitude is only reserved for certain customers... I saw a gentleman next door speaking poorly in French asking for help. The help with his bathtub and the service opposite was also almost horrible. This is unacceptable in 2024!

A confusing review. Room was great. However the air conditioning wasnt working. When I called the front desk no one answered I called from my cell phone and they sent a service person up. He attempted to power it off and on. Then said he couldnt do anything until tomorrow. Recommended we open a window. Which had a loud rooftop unit directly outside. It wasnt a comfortable temperature for sleeping after a long drive. The service tech came at 7 am. Walking unannounced Into the room with sleeping kids. WTH??? Not impressed that a high end hotel would disregard common courtesies.

Someone entered our car in the middle of the night and rummaged through all our things - glove compartment, luggage, everything. We told the hotel and they were indifferent, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Staff was apathetic and rude. This plus mediocre facilities like broken toilet seats and wifi that didn t work half the time. What a terrible experience. We left feeling scared and violated. Will never be back.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy to access. We were passing through and booked for one night. We received a really friendly welcome! We, as a family with a pet, had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the building was well-maintained, and the staff were nice and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and jaqusie as well.

We had room 317 and had noise all night from the air conditioning in the surrounding rooms (we had turned ours off), and from the refrigerator in our own room.

Shower had awful pressure, air con didnt work, food at the restaurant was bland. It looks amazing but for the price would not stay here again.

Everything looks nice from the outside, but when you get your room, and if you re one of the lucky ones to have a room facing the pool, get ready for a chlorine smell that won t disappear.

The hotel is well designed for families. There is a beautiful swimming pool with a large corkscrew slide, an arcade room where games are free and a paid laundry room. The hotel is well located, the rooms are beautiful and the hotel restaurant is very good.

Reception: poor service, very confused and poorly trained personnel. Problems with check in. And with check out - we were checked out at 8:30 am! Came back from the breakfast to find out that they already checked us out, no access to the room with all our belongings. The room: clean, but not everything worked. The pool: was fine, open for long hours. Restaurant: managed separately, very good. Location: close to the highway, but terrible views.

ATTENTION! Much needed information The food is awful there trying to make it fancy, and they over complicated the flavor. Who puts fancy seasoning on fries for a kids meal it taste awful. He doesnt even eat it. I dont blame him, also 12$ for 3 chicken nuggets and fries? Awful The pool is nice but its 4ft deep all around and not big! cant be over 150lbs for the water slide. The hot tub is not hot, just FYI, the outside is under construction. Also, just FYI, so no outside hot tub Its a nice place just come with lower expectations lol

The hotel has two sections. The older part should be avoided. Outdated decor and the bathrooms in the rooms are a museum from the 70s ( ). The price in high season (early August) is exorbitant and no time slots are reserved for the swimming pool for adults in the evening. Plus the whirlpool bath is filled with cold water!!! My only positive point is the quality of the hotel restaurant when it comes to lunches. As for the food at dinner, it varies greatly depending on what you order. There were 5 couples of us and the food was either excellent or downright not fresh. Some (we were 5 couples) received rotten romaine lettuce. Personally I definitely wont go back.

One night stay in August. The location of the hotel is ok, however the majority of rooms offer a view of the parking lot or concrete wall. No ventilation in the bathroom, so the room smells strongly of mold and humidity. There are also traces of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The ventilation works at half capacity so it is very difficult to ventilate to change the smell or the quality of the air. The air conditioning makes the noise of an airplane engine so we had to do without it and endure the heat (the room being on the ground floor next to the front parking lot we could not open the windows). The beds and pillows are really hard, worn out and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the majority of cushions are cushions without covers, therefore absolutely not hygienic since they are used by all customers without ever cleaning them or changing the fabric. The staff lacked courtesy. In short, not worth the price paid.

Nice hotel, but poor value for money. With this high price I expected to have lunch included and a hot whirlpool bath! But no. To have lunch, you have to pay extra at the hotel restaurant, and to have a hot bath, you have to pay to go to the spa. I feel a bit like I was fooled because the whirlpool bath appears in the pictures and after a day of cycling that was the reason we chose this hotel. Worth less than what we paid, we wont return.

Nice welcome on our arrival. We were able to choose the floor we wanted. The room is clean, spacious and up to date. Very clean bathroom. The shower jet leaves something to be desired. Very comfortable bed, we slept very well. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was very good!

Parking monitoring. There was a bus and a telecon truck which took up 10 parking spaces alone. Although there was parking a little further away

We got a last minute booking while on a road trip, the room was over $300 for the night, which we honestly agreed to because there was no decent cheaper option available in the area. The service was friendly, the hotel room was comfortable although less fancy looking than the pictures. We sadly didn t get to use any of the amenities as we didn t have time to do so but they seemed nice.

We had 2 stays at this establishment. The first one was perfect. Rain shower, smart TV and a functional fridge. Our second stay, shower bath ordinary and dirty in the corners. Non-smart TV and fridge that didnt seem to work but only at a minimum because everything was lukewarm. For the bath near the swimming pool the water was not hot enough it seemed to be like that of the swimming pool In conclusion, next time if necessary we will ask to be in the most recent wing because for the same price we were not able to benefit from the same services.

They gave a room with a mechanical motor noise and it was disturbing. I immediately went to the front desk and told them that it will be impossible to sleep in that room. They said there were no other available rooms. Later, Rexanne at the front desk and Director Harry found me a room on the 6th floor without any noise. I thank them for their customer service. I recommend the hotel to families with children because of its fun pool. Rooms: Clean

Terrible first impression. The room said it fit 6 (we are a family of 5), but it only had 2 queen beds. This is false advertising. Staff was quick to get us a cot, but the cot was very small and there was still very little room to fit it. Also, the pillow they gave us was wet, for some reason.

We spent one night in this hotel and I think it will be the only one. The reception staff is not worthy of a 4 star hotel. They have no information on the spa or the restaurant and send you left and right hunting for information in addition to being absolutely not welcoming. The comfort of the room is more than basic. Uncomfortable mattress and soft, grainy pillow. The bathroom was clean but the decor was outdated. The rooms are not at all isolated from outside noise. If someone walks in the hallway you will hear them! Keeping the pool, the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Lots of people in the pool, cold water, no changing rooms. In short, for me it is absolutely not worth the price displayed. Save your money and find another hotel.

We had a bad experience with this Hotel firstly the sofa bed was broken and my daughter fell down after midnight. So we had to change rooms the next day. Secondly we decided to spend the day at the swimming pool, my kids were super nice and calm they didnt even bother anyone but unfortunately the lifeguard decided to kick out of the pool my 5 years old daughter because she ran next to the pool while playing.(this lifeguard girl was sitting enjoying her time at the beginning without even looking after the kids). Imagin any kid who is playing with water how many times he runs and the parents say be careful. What a shame my daughter did to be treated like this ( they made her crying). We asked to speak with the manager who in turn said this is the rule oh lala, what a respected woman was to speak rudely with the client instead of trying to solve the misunderstanding. So we decided to leave the hotel. If they checked the camera they will find that my daughter didnt do anything wrong compared to the other kids the night before and no one asked them to stop (we had to leave the pool because the other elder 8 kids were jumping, splashing everyone and bothering the rest). We can understand the importance of respecting the safety rules but there is a nice way to speak with a 5 years old girl to pass the msg. I dont recommend this hotel at all! As a reply to your comments: We appreciate your care for our little one but we were very careful with her she didnt do anything wrong or against the rules please check your camera plus your lifeguard was enjoying her time chatting for long time with one woman and taking her snacks and she didnt even look over them suddenly she woke up. Please the rules should be applied on everyone you can check what happened the night before with couples of boys, we had to leave the pool because it was not suitable for the kids. Again we were there and we can judge what happened, you will not care for our kids more than us.

We are requesting limited access to the swimming pool, paying a fee of course, because it has been raining for several days and we have 2 young children who would love this type of activity. Not only are we refused access, but we are told: this is not a public swimming pool here . We will never set foot in this hotel.

A safe choice when you are passing through. Very accessible by Highway 20 and near the shopping center, not too far from Lafontaine Street. Fully renovated modern rooms, swimming pool and restaurant on site. An excellent choice!

Let s start with the good. The staff are friendly, polite and accommodating. The rooms are simple and fairly clean. This is a tired four star hotel though. The furniture is very worn and decor needs an update. The gym is a small windowless room in basement. The lifeguard- well there might as well not have been one. She was reading her book and not paying any attention to swimmers or kids going down the very fast slide. And the smell of chlorine was over powering. If you re just passing through, keep your expectations in check, and you ll have a good night of rest. Rooms: Tired.

Very good location for conferences, excellent organization and great comfort in the rooms. A very good stay in this magnificent city and its setting straddling the river and the mountains. And what can we say about the people at the bottom of the river, whose kindness and generosity are much appreciated. Rooms: The rooms are slightly cramped to move around, but very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The view from all rooms overlooks a magnificent landscape. The rooms at the end of the east-facing corridor hide the main water pipes that supply all the floors and when people take showers, there is a constant din between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Food and drinks: I recommend rue Lafontaine for good restaurants, bars and microbreweries. The food at the hotel pales in comparison despite the inviting marketing. Noteworthy details: Ask for a room on the pool side if you want easy access, otherwise you will have to mingle with delegates in dressing gowns that you must bring. Access to the pool is next to a reception desk and the entrance to the convention space. There are newer sections near the spa which is also excellent. When you connect the mobile to the smart TV, it sends notifications to all the other TVs around, very annoying if you are watching something. Also, dont forget to delete your Netflix account if you log in, everyone after you will be able to use it...

This was one of our worst experiences at a hotel. Did not realize how bad the smell of chlorine could be in the rooms near the pool. Since we were traveling with someone who experiences severe headaches we asked if we could change rooms. There was the option if we paid an additional premium. So we suffered through the chlorine smell. This is a reminder that you only truly know how good the customer service is when there is a problem. We will be driving by from now on.

Room with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Strong smell of chlorine in the room. Non-functional fan in the bathroom therefore beginning of traces of mold on the ceiling and the shower curtain. Also shower curtain pole starting to rust. Fridge not plugged in, we had to pull it out of the cabinet it was in to plug it in. During the renovations, you could have provided a hole in the cabinet to facilitate connection...For the rest nothing to say; excellent service and very friendly staff. Enjoy your stay and I will definitely come back if I go to Rivière-du-Loup.

Really very clean hotel with a good restaurant in the hotel Rooms: One side of the hotel remains renovated but is of good quality and the other is totally luxury just below the panthouse the rooms are 4 star. Clean shower ample space for 6. Nearby activities: Close to the city center so access to all historic places, good restaurants, etc. Safety: Peace of mind on floors 5 and 6 because they are limited by access to a card that goes up to that floor. Your room is at 4 you cannot go up to 5 and 6 which guarantees peace in the corridors Walkability: Cycle and pedestrian path near the hotel to go to the city center 10 minutes from the hotel 3 minutes by car Food and drinks: 3-star restaurant Le Boréal, a must-see in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is very beautiful and there is a gym, swimming pool, games room, bar and restaurant. The bed and especially the pillows are not comfortable at all. We slept very badly. The view from the room overlooked a concrete wall.. So the room was very dark and for working lets say it wasnt great... The hot tub stopped working for no reason on the last day. I wouldnt go back there.

Very nice spacious hotel and fun room

I stayed there in 2016, returned to visit in 2024... its day and night!! What an exceptional place! The service is incredible, the rooms are beautiful and clean (and without carpets!!!), super nice swimming pool, health center right in the hotel.. Honestly, nothing to complain about. The ideal place to hold small and large events or just as a base to visit the region.

I spent one night at the hotel. To avoid the screaming children on the other floors, we took a suite on the 6th floor. I really needed to sleep! I had the impression that the entire floor was empty and fortunately so. We could hear absolutely everything from the hallway to our bed, but only the employees were there. Every door that opened we could hear it clearly. I cant imagine if it was full of people. The bed was really comfortable. Easy to use TV, efficient wifi. The room is spacious and very clean. We had a microwave and a fridge. But it was pretty basic in terms of design for a luxury room. The disparate furniture finishes, a half-painted wall. The couch as hard as a rock, the glass shower with a plastic base :/ and the floating floor which is starting to split along the exterior wall. Details that will age badly. I did not take advantage of the swimming pool and other amenities since it was not in our schedule. I recently spent 1 night at this Hotel on my way from New Brunswick to Quebec City. I highly recommend this Hotel for the following reasons: 1) It is extremely clean and updated with big rooms and washrooms; 2) Very fairly priced and they offer discounts with CAA Memberships; 3) All the Staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They very kindly allowed me to extend my stay for an extra hour at no additional cost- this small, yet very sweet, detail truly completed an already very enjoyable stay; 4) The Hotel is very conveniently located very soon after crossing the Quebec border, right off the highway and there are a multitude of restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby; 5) The rooms and beds (pillows, comforters and mattress) are all really comfy; 6) Even though it is a very big Hotel - offering lots of different services, amenities and activities - it is very worth noting that it is very well organized and set up. You will not have to worry about getting lost and walking around and around the grounds aimlessly, which can be very frustrating, especially after a long day of driving; 7) The Hotel has a really cozy sitting area right in front with comfortable couches and a fire pit; 8) The Hotel is Pet-friendly.

Easy access location, near Highway 20. The room was spacious and well maintained. The Boréal Univers Gourmand restaurant is directly in the hotel. The conference rooms are well appointed and the service was impeccable. Additionally, the food served during breaks and meals was very good.

We stayed here for our anniversary and this was the view from our window. We were not advised of this view, nor given the option to say yes or no. There is no difference in the price of the room. Horrible, not acceptable. The restaurant was excellent. We would eat here but not stay here. The customer service was as expected - good. We found the mattress was rather hard. This building is all brick, including the interior walls, so our room was very quiet. Noteworthy details: Extremely quiet rooms

The Orléans Express bus stops there and the location is perfect. However, I have not stayed at this hotel to date.

Moreover, a beautiful renovated hotel located in a commercial/industrial sector without charm, but what a disappointment to be told upon arrival that the swimming pool is not functional because it has been under renovation for several weeks already even though the reservation was made ago only two days with no information mentioned. Given that we are on spring break with two young children, the main point of booking at this establishment was to take advantage of the pool in the winter. No information visible on their website and apparently the only way to know that the pool was not available was to subscribe to a newsletter after booking. Very disappointing and probably not a legal way to do things. I don t care about the price but once again, it s the hostage-taking technique that makes me angry. We wait for the customer to arrive to put him against the wall.

Very nice place to stay on a stormy day or just to go out with the family. Its close to everything! Including stores, restaurants, gas, convenience stores, etc. The pool was closed but we went to the spa. Nice place to relax. Rooms: Very clean, 2 queen beds in front of a fake fireplace. Opaque curtains, sliding doors, therapeutic bath, large shower, offers shampoo, conditioner and soap. Small kitchen with free coffee/decaffeinated coffee. Dishes (cups, cups, utensils, plates, etc.) fridge. Large mirrors. The unfolded sofa bed is very uncomfortable, the only problem. Food and drinks: The restaurant offers childrens meals at around $12 per dish with drinks and ice cream dessert included. Very good plate for adults and good, smiling and courteous service. THANKS

Beautiful, well-equipped room #164, comfortable bed, Smart TV, Nespresso, USB sockets on each side of the bed, a large closet... Next to the spa entrance from the outside, however less good in terms of noise being given the proximity of parking lots and access via the patio door. Otherwise its still a quiet place. Noteworthy details: With the open-air Nordik spa, its great! Its small, but just enough to relax! Lots of Flo terminals

The staff is very rude and poorly trained. We booked for the pool and it didnt have a pool. When I mentioned it to the staff, they informed me that I was the problem and that it was clearly indicated on booking that there was no swimming pool. I had to open my phone and prove it.... the supervisor asked us to choose between reimbursement or the spa, except that it is prohibited for children under 8 years old (we have two babies). We decided to leave, unfortunately the spa charged me half for a massage that I could not do due to the hotels cancellation. I was never authorized to give my credit card to the spa. They did it without my authorization to a person I didnt know, its a huge lack of professionalism, which would qualify as fraud. When, I called back the next day to find out why, I had been charged 55 $, the manager told me, I didnt understand this amount and confirmed to me that they had not given my card number to anyone, except that the masseuse confirmed to me that she had gone in person to the reception retrieved my card numbers and that we had given them without any problem... I had to block my card, I dont want my card numbers to be given to anyone and no matter when.... when I called the supervisor back, he told me that maybe they had given me my card number but that he didnt really know more, he still doesnt know the first name of the girl he gave it to... Im still shocked.... I sincerely hope that it doesnt happen to another person. I am hesitant to even make an official complaint to the authorities.

We called for a reservation coming back from Matane in the evening thinking of taking advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, In the morning near 1 Jaccuzi we learned that the swimming pool has been closed for several months, for the Jacuzzi on the Spa side it is extra$$. They tell us that it is written on your email confirmation also we can see on their site with 1 click at the top of the page on the left side....bla bla bla Who takes the time to read all the news when the photos are there with people in the pool Not strong!!!!! As for the restaurant, the services and food are very good.

2 different experiences. Unanimous observation: rating 2* -Very noisy ventilation in the 2 bedrooms. -Exterior light often directly in front of the window, therefore too bright at night. Once with a very clean and friendly classic room. Excellent coffee. (Photos 1 to 3) The other time room 2 double beds with a poor bathroom. (Photos 4 to 6)

Really not a great experience We had to rent with a terrace wow from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. its cry at the swimming pool really noisy it is not recommended for relaxing as a couple but for those who are at the noa spa wow to do again

We stayed at this hotel with two young children. I called before booking to make sure my children could swim and slide and I was told yes, no problem. Finally the swimming pool is closed from 11am to 4pm, the slide is unusable, the lifeguard is super stupid, the children are not allowed to run around or walk too quickly. Very boring place, the rooms are good. But I had booked for the swimming pool to let the children have fun, it was very disappointing. Rooms: Clean

Nous nous sommes rendus à l hôtel. Il y avait une équipe sportive qui courrait dans les corridors et cognait aux portes des gens jusqu à 2h30 le matin sans aucune intervention de la part de l hôtel malgré de multiples plaintes. L hôtel est responsable de faire honorer ses politiques. Nous n avons jamais vécu une expérience aussi désagréable.

This is a luxurious very clean and cozy place. Definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, we didnt have enough time to enjoy everything at the hotel. We arrived late and stayed only one night. Would love to stay for longer next time and try the pool, the restaurant and other amenities. Rooms: The rooms are so cozy, there are enough lights (actually many options for lighting) and the material is of high quality. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Big screen TV. Microwave. Caffitaly Expresso coffee maker. We had a hidden additional bed that can be lifted giving place to a cozy couch. The bathroom is quite big which includes a high quality Glass shower. Soft and clean towels. Very good service and nice staff. I particularly liked the decoration of the rooms and the corridors where you can find beautiful wall art pictures.

Stunning! Cleanliness and impeccable service! And very well located between the river and the city center! The Boreal restaurant is probably the best in this region 5 star hotel style with open kitchen bonus ;) Food and drinks: Cooking with Chef, exceptional dish!

Disappointing for paying room bills. No tracking. Check your credit card carefully.

Great location for a nights rest when travelling from Ontario to the Maritimes. Rooms clean and although the establishment always seem to be under renovations, it has never disturbed my stay.

The atmosphere was good, the menu offers little choice and the prices are high compared to what we get. That day, a Wednesday lunchtime, the service was very slow: 45 minutes for a soup and 1 hour 15 minutes for a club. I plan to do the experiment again at another time of day.

The perfect stop. Very clean rooms and the restaurant and pub was incredible. Didnt need to leave the hotel for anything. Great location.

My family and I have been staying here on our road trips for over 30 years. I highly recommend this motel. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with. They are continuously upgrading. The room, the bar, the restaurants. Its always very clean. It is also pet friendly which is great. Theres 2 managers that stand out to me. They keep this place running super tight. Noel and Nick are doing a fabulous job. Also Allison and Charlotte are a pleasure. They make the best drinks. If youre in this area, you should definitely stay here.

The staff is really not correct, they made 3 errors in the reservation and charged us for what we did not use, many extra costs. I call it fraud on the part of the hotel. Do not make any reservations with them.

After a short stay for us this hotel was NO, the staff were so stupid at the reception as at the swimming pool. Not forgetting the restaurant with kosher fees 3% fees allowed on my restaurant bill On the 3% you pay the usual tax of 15% I would like to be able to put my invoice photo and the menu photo. Because it is written on the menu in very small font hidden under the elastic that holds the menu in place. Safety: Children under 3 feet do not have access to the swimming pool. Children are not allowed to have too much fun otherwise they are warned to calm down and they are not allowed to jump in the pool even if it is 7 feet deep even if there are only two children in the whole pool .

beautiful hotel, very clean, the rooms are 4/5 (Nespresso coffee ) I have friends who asked to change rooms, a strange smell, the restaurant prices are quite high, but its good, lots of Tesla parking, even too much small outdoor fireplace

Great hotel. Conveniently located near a Petrocan station, right next door. We ordered room service and I had the streak and my wife the risotto. Both were excellent. The beds and linens were very comfortable and fresh. The rooms large and super clean. I certainly recommend.

Partying kept us up most of the night. Going on and off from 9pm till 4:30am. Staff were not helpful in getting the problem resolved. Staff didn t seem to care at checkout.
