Not the cheapest place in town, but the portions are generous, the food is delicious and well presented. Plus you can't beat the location - on a rise overlooking the St. Lawrence. A wonderful spot to watch the sunset.
This is the best fish and chips that I have ever had! The fish was perfect! We loved it. The service was amazing! The view breathtaking... 100% recommended
The location could not be better. Beautiful busy patio overlooking the water. Reservations are strongly recommended if you want to eat at a table. We didn’t care to be by a table but rather took our dinner over to the main patio where they have tables and small tables everywhere. The sunsets from this patio are worth the wait! We planned eating our dinner at a time when we could be sitting at a table to see this natural show unfold. There is a bar inside the restaurant where you order your food (if you want to take it outside, you have to carry it yourself). There is also a bar outside serving drinks. They have anything you could want here, mixed drinks are not cheap though… I had Amaretto and OJ and it cost me about $14. The food was good, we tried the Nachos and the Sea Buckthorn Salmon Tartar. Both were large portions and a good choice for the money.
Loved the surrounding with a view on the water. Had a very nice dinner (Salmon) and the service was excellent.
The food was amazing, if you like mojitos try the pear mojito, the sangria was also very good; as was the calamari and the beef poutine. So good, highly recommend!!
While spending a night at the adjacent hotel, stopped in for a couple cocktails and a bite to eat. The food and service were great, and the staff was very friendly.
Chose this restaurant because we were looking for a patio with great sunset views and this exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning. The whole experience was top notch. The food was fantastic. The Parmesan fondue really stood out to us. So unique and delicious. The servers were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Disappointing food but the view saves it. The menu has 3-4 mains on it. We got the nachos which had about 1/4th the amount of cheese and toppings needed, chicken wings were dry and flavourless. I would come here again and just get drinks. You can get food a two minute walk from here at the nearby pizza and ice cream joint for half the cost.
Superb experience: the food, the service, the view The platter of 3 Quebec cheeses and the octopus salad as starters whet our appetite for what comes next: the excellent and generous salmon tartare! Special mention to our server Jérémy who was attentive, fast and efficient!
We had dinner at Mirador and really enjoyed our evening. The squid starters were really very good. Well seasoned and above all, not rubbery! Impeccable salmon tartare and very successful fish & chip. Our server Jérémy gave us unparalleled service; bright young man with a nice personality. Treat yourself to a dessert. Oh yes! The sunsets from the terrace, it s true that we couldn t do better! Real shot of
Very busy, we didnt have the best service! But it happens! I had reserved outside but having arrived a little early I had to eat inside because it was overflowing on the terrace. I dont think my place would have been free at the agreed time. The food is good nothing more. Parmesan fries very good but very powdery lets say. The poutine was better than the photo suggests. I would return to the hostel but not necessarily to the Mirador. But, to have a drink there, absolutely!!!
Exceptional evening! Terrace with sunset view! Perfect background music. Impeccable food and service! In short, in our opinion, one of the best bistro-terraces in Quebec!!! Nothing less. Well done!!!
Warm welcome. Quality products but the flavors could be revised. Overly marinated octopus salad (ceviche style) with excellent orange reduction but which takes over the octopus. The octopus should be the star and its not... too bad. Having eaten lobster rolls at IPE, this one was disappointing. Too juicy and once again, too much flavor which masks the taste of the Lobster. The place and the view nevertheless remain magnificent. The chef loves the flavors and it shows... a little too much unfortunately... I still recommend having tasted the parmesan fries... wow really good!
Very nice experience twice! The view is incredible, the food and cocktails are also excellent. I recommend booking before your visit to see the sunset outside!
Beautiful atmosphere, magnificent view
Nice restaurant with decent service, but the food is more than disappointing. Burnt fish and chips with pre-mixed soft salad and some fries for $30. I would only go back for a drink.
Magnificent place, view of the river. Spacious and very well appointed outdoor terraces. Courteous and fast service Delicious food. Good value for money. Cleanliness.
Very beautiful view of the river and also unparalleled service and their decadent braised beef poutine, a real delight to my taste buds, super good. I recommend it.
Little gem hidden behind the Auberge de la Pointe. The menu is unpretentious but the dishes are so tasty! Refined flavors, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The whole menu was appealing! We were all more than satisfied with the choices made. Also exceptional viewpoint over the river. The service is impeccable, we were simply delighted by our experience! Worth the trip if only to enjoy the sunsets. They even lent us blankets for the terrace! What a great discovery!
