Went close to closing, they a Had a little rush. Food took a qhole but because freshly cooked. Was DELiCIOUS after our 8hr drive to get there! Wirth the stop!

I don't speak or read French so I had to guess the menu board and couldn't really ask questions since the lady taking the order has limited English knowledge. I ordered the 3 piece box white meat. And dang that was a lot of chicken. I was expecting a mix but maybe the standard is a mix, but hard to know with a bit of a language barrier. The chicken was good although quite a bit salty. Fries are pretty dry and bland, the coleslaw was good tho. So a decent dinner overall.
The meal box was absolutely full. It was hot. It was delicious.

Best chicken & seafood in a wide surrounding. Bit on the expensive side, but very good food. Service is very good, friendly & courtious employees. Place is very clean. Will return again & i do recommend this Dixie Lee 100%. 5 stars
I have to say Dixie Lee got some really good Fish & chips and fried chicken. Unfortunately I have to wait until next year to go back here again.
Cheap prices but you get what you pay for. The fried clams tasted more like fried bread than clams. The fries were the crinkled kind, a little dry but ok. The fried chicken was juicy and crispy.

Hello, yesterday we went to get a 20 piece which was ready very quickly. Ready very quickly I should have been wary. The chicken was overcooked. Probably precooked and reheated a second time in the fryer. Chicken too dry and inedible. Since you have to drive 15 minutes to get there we didnt go back. Me who hadnt eaten Dixie Lee for a very long time because Im from the south shore of Montreal. Besides, there was already one in Varennes but it was the same overcooked chicken. Please pay attention to this owners. I was very disappointed and was unable to eat because it was so dry.
My chicken breast was pink so it disgusted me a little but the other pieces were OK.
If you like fried chicken you will enjoy it!

The food is OK but cuddly and the cashier was rude... She barked at us that we werent allowed a dog as soon as we entered (my boyfriend had him in his arms, given the heat it was, he didnt want to leave it in the car Despite that, I still understand that the restaurant doesnt want to, but it could have been said in a more pleasant way), then finally took our order at the same time as it was at the car. on the phone with suppliers, all with the air of someone who is fed up with customer service.

What I would like to point out is the waitress at the cash register, really an excellent waitress, we dont see more of them like that, very helpful, manages the cash register and the tables alone, little attention to customers and efficiency. Good and hot, the chicken fillets changed variety, they were crispier, larger and made from real chicken fillet... today its more the fillet that you find at the grocery store. They were good but I will choose something else next time.
Pizza was ok, fries were overcooked and service was resumed by putting pizza on table and walking away.

The food is good but the cashier is alone to do the service and cleaning. Unfortunately, most of the tables were dirty. The cook was eating chicken at the same time as meal preparation...not great.
The restaurant is clean despite the large number of customers. The lady at the entrance is efficient and always smiling. The service is fast and the chicken is excellent, always at an affordable price.

Typical chicken place, much like KFC.
This Dixie Lee must quickly line up with the other Dixie Gaspesie... no garlic finger and much less good chicken. But the coleslaw is good. Lots of improvement update and now garlic finger! :)

I ordered a pizza, as well as fried scallops. The telephone attendant misunderstood and shouted at me. When I called back to report the error, he insisted that I had ordered the wrong thing (which was a lie), and insulted me by telling me that I was returning complicated things. I understand that fast food can be stressful, but someone who cant handle their stress and disrespects customers has no place there. I recommend to those who want to maintain their good mood not to order from this restaurant. Very disappointed with my experience.
