Disappointing... We didnt have high expectations, and in the end, it fell short of our expectations! The drinks served with a solid delay and not great, mixed service in the orders, no service during the meal... Average dishes. The burattini stands out a little from the crowd. Anyway, our first and last time here! Too bad because the hotel is quite good...

Impeccable service. Well done to the whole team (reception, waitress, kitchen, etc.) nothing to say, it was perfect in terms of service. The ravioli stuffed with lobsters with general toppings (shrimp + scallops) 10/10 was a delight. Dish of the day: salmon in a pistachio crust perhaps a little overcooked for my taste as well as its simplistic accompaniments but still very good. I ate it all and was satisfied.

Table on the edge of the window with a view of the river. Tasty food and excellent portion, quality and price ratio. Tomato basil cream, beetroot mousseline and goat cheese, I really enjoyed the hot roll with these 2 dishes. Tagliatelle with shredded duck and mushrooms. White cake with strawberry coulis that tasted like summer. Everything was delicious. Outstanding and discreet service. Very satisfying dining experience.

Very nice place to eat a good meal! The fish with snails and pink pasta was delicious. The tartare has a fairly pronounced orange taste, but still good. The service was great! THANKS Dietary restrictions: Lactose-free option if needed

Three childhood friends who meet again after a few years, over a magnificent brunch on a Sunday morning. A beautiful place, large, chic, with friendly staff.

Well located. But the building has a cold approach as well as the decoration of the restaurant where the light is a little too weak. On the other hand, we had a very good dinner, the food was excellent. Ravioli stuffed with lobster with large shrimp and scallops. Sweetbreads and sweet potato puree. The sweetbreads were just hot, a bit of a shame.

I have always given 5 stars, but since the pandemic, unfortunately I see that the buffet is no longer like before the pandemic (it was really better). Really! For the price which has increased elsewhere, there is no more Roast Beef, no more whole Salmon,...there are only eggs anyway, fried foods, potatoes...no more meat, no more vegetables,.. cold mussels, and ribs...I agree with the fact that the Sunday Brunch is increased by $6 but for fried foods no. Very disappointed with the 2024 New Years Day Brunch!

Brunches are expensive but its excellent with lots of choice! The employees are available and helpful.

Serene place for a dinner with friends or as a couple

Dishes prepared in advance. The salmon trio is just okay, but the accompanying croutons were refrigerated with the salmon. The croutons instead of being dry and crispy are cold and moist. The braised beef ravioli are dry on the outside and around the edges, the pasta is not thin as it should be and the stuffing provides no texture, is it really braised beef? Are we served the starter before the bottle of wine?

Degeullase, go elsewhere, the reviews dont lie, dish made in advance and bland.

Horrible. Plate of salmon straight from the fridge and assembled in advance, soft crouton. Bloody with olive cheese and proscuitto on top, prosciutto with a taste of not fresh, shrimp without flavor. The amaretto for $10 the quantity looks like a shooter. Mold not fresh, my friend ate 5, then she said because the waitress that it was fresh, that the mussels were delivered every day when clearly it was laughing at us, the mussels had been frozen and were not not good at all (in fact almost no supplier delivers every day in lower Saint-Laurent). I hadnt even had my main meal yet I wanted to leave because it was so bland. We notified the waitress who notified the maître d. They laugh in our faces, they tell us that we shouldnt know tartare and mussels. Then we were offered a free dessert to compensate, but honestly we didnt want to eat anything from this cuisine at all. Very disappointed, I have rarely eaten so badly in a restaurant, I have been a chef for 14 years and I have a sushi/tartare franchise, never go there.

We ate there with my friends thinking that it was a good idea after the beach... apart from contempt and disdain in the face of our criticism of the tasteless dishes and certainly frozen beforehand, nothing to discover, a disdainful waitress, a condescending butler and disgusting food as well as stale and overcooked mussels, tasteless, I go home with a stomach ache. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Very well eaten and very beautiful place and excellent service.

Visited last night 07-14-2023. We had the mussels and two other dishes. More than half of the mussels still had their fibrous membrane attached. I found several that were closed. And many were raw. I showed everything I had found to the waitress and asked to re-cook the mussels I had left. It took too long and I started to feel sick so we left. They were discounted from the bill but I still had indigestion for several hours after the visit.

Classic buffet without more (eggs, bacon, fruit and pancakes). Non-existent service. Be careful, when I go to eat at a lunch buffet I have two expectations: coffee to warm up and for the plates to be removed from the table. The extra is when the waitress offers us a glass of water. None of this in our case. The price on the site was inaccurate and already expensive.

Found a white hair in our meal. No taste, minimal quality compared to the price. Very disappointing, I wonder if its all frozen. Otherwise the service was good, a lot of young people but they were very attentive and polite.

There was a young person who only served water throughout the restaurant, a small service that can seem insignificant sometimes, but is always much appreciated! My girlfriend didnt like her plate and they replaced it!

Bad reception at the restaurant the person entering refused us access by telling us that we had not reserved several free tables 1 hour 20 covid test in hand vaccine she does not look at us place yet well dressed money with me and even 3 credit cards for passage to another place very well received

Nous avons été déjeuner à ce restaurant et la nourriture était délicieuse ainsi que le café. Prix des déjeuners abordable , propreté des lieux, personnel courtois , vue sur le fleuve. Règles dhygiènes et de distanciation respectées. Désinfection des tables et chaises faite entre chaque client. Nous y retournerons et nous prévoyons également séjourner à cet hôtel. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit.

Excellent service and excellent food

Simply delicious. I had a bouillabaisse, and the quantity of fish and seafood was very good, several mussels, 3 large clams, 5 giant shrimps, cod and a succulent tomato broth, the whole thing was beautifully balanced and tasty. My wife had the salmon, although a little overcooked for our taste (we had the rosé), everything was good and delicate. A few wines by the glass (3 whites, 3 reds) are good and decently made. Courteous and attentive staff, a good experience.

The lunches are delicious, the atmosphere is warm and the service is excellent.

EXCELLENT food, atmosphere, and service. My wife and I always stay at Best Western Hôtel Levesque in Rivière-du-Loup QC when we travel from Charlottetown PE to Toronto ON, and we always enjoy a BEAUTIFUL supper at La Salle à Manger La Griffe Restaurant in this hotel. We did this in December 2016 and 2017 and we also plan to do it again this year in December 2018.

The food is good, but not great for the price. There is also a lack of service. For a dinner that lasted more than an hour, the waitress came a maximum of 3 times. Finally, the terrace is not heated, which could be interesting for a 4-star hotel.
