The home fries are delicious and the poutine too, we had a lobster club and a lobster roll and it was the best roll of our vacation week and the cheapest too, very happy that there was no room left at the noisy restaurant.

Really good food, home fries cooked to perfection. Poutine, fresh cheese and not too salty sauce. Very well stocked and tasty club sandwich. Good portion and reasonable price. Service a little slow given the number of customers at all times but with the attention paid to our dishes we can only remain patient. Without forgetting the creamery right in the building for those with a sweet tooth. I recommend the maple butter and strawberry sundae Parking: Ample parking on the sides and front Kid-friendliness: Park at the back, picnic table, extra bench inside. Ordering was a pain; the small, young cashier attendant clearly doesnt like her job. What is normally a pleasant outing to the snack bar left us with a bitter taste last Tuesday. She looked at us with contempt, spoke stupidly to offer us options. Unfortunately, we do not have good memories of our visit. The meal was very good.....luckily! The lady at the counter is very communicative and kind and cheerful. The meals were very good, we feel that they are real seafood products. We recommend 100%!! Place close to the ferry which allows you to eat before boarding.

POUTINE!!! It was so good, the poutine is excellent. The burger with two meatballs, cheese, bacon, salad, tomatoes and special sauce... WOW I highly recommend it. We will return there every time we pass through the region.

This is happiness!!!!! Eat a lobster club with poutine while watching the sunset by the river!!! The poutine was really good! I dont know how they make their fries but they were like canteen potatoes but crispy at the same time. And the lobster club is really delicious! I used the drive-thru and it was super quick. The lady who served me was very friendly and told me that it had only been 2 days since they started making the Lobster Club again and that it was the second time she had made one since yesterday. I was so happy! Its my first time in the area, I would have been disappointed to miss it!!!

First poutine and pogo of the year and VERY disappointed!!! Saturday April 6 around 7:30 p.m. we went to dinner, my poutine was cold, the fries were very soft and my pogo was undercooked! I barely ate half of my poutine because it was so unappetizing!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Very good poutine, a good snack

I really liked the place, unfortunately its a shame to see how some employees behave. To the young girl who worked Wednesday evening the 15th, hiding in the back when there are customers is not the best way to have good customer service. Its a shame that my experience was affected by this, in my opinion its good manners to serve your customers well.

The poutine was very good and generous. The drive-thru wait time was long and the organization of the queue was detrimental to parked cars. The wait and the logistics are probably due to the traffic which was very high and with good reason it was very good.

It took more than 15 minutes to receive my regular little poutine, at 3:00 p.m., Im the only one waiting for my order standing up, in front of a bull-faced cashier...finally its happening, Im super hungry. Big disappointment, dry fried potatoes, little cheese with a sauce that tastes like nothing. It was July 9, 2019, at 2:08:24 p.m. There are #116 and 8976 on my invoice. I was served at checkout #1...and if anyone knows what I ordered, its me...1/2 regular poutine, at $6.20 + taxes = $7.13.. .I left an extra $1.50 tip for the beef face, which I later regretted!!

We stopped for poutine on our way to Levis from New Brunswick. When placing my order I asked for deux petite poutine but mistakenly said hello first. The French speaking cashier did not understand what I was saying so an English speaking cashier helped me. When paying she asked if I would give them a tip. The order took at least 20 minutes. Though the poutine tasted great I am giving three stars for the long wait and the rudeness of the first cashier. In my opinion she should have understood what I was saying.

Awesome poutine!! My French is bad, but I was going to try my best to order in frnech. As soon as I said bonjour, the cashier knew I was English and let me order! Im going there for the lobster club that my father suggested. Everything is excellent. Fries, poutine, the potatoes are crispy just right and brown the best in my opinion and not too greasy to taste. The world is smiling and welcoming. Very popular so sometimes it can take a little time depending on the traffic to get our meal but when we know we plan a little in advance and its worth it

Im English speaking from Ontario and I have never felt so out of place in my own country before my whole family felt the awkwardness as the whole restaurant was looking at us like we had 3 heads Besides that had to be the best poutine I have ever had and the whole family feels the same

The girls serving ice cream really served us with arrogance and rudeness without embarrassment (really the opposite of warm service), I have never had such service in an ice cream shop. Its a real shame because the customer service at the canteen was perfect, but with the experience we had at the creamery afterwards, we no longer want to come back...

This is the first creamery we visit that is reluctant to offer flavors. It was 1-2 flavors maximum for two people to taste. It was our first time in the area and we were amazed by the quantity of unusual flavors that we had never seen elsewhere in other creameries. We were curious and wanted to taste the other flavors to make our choices in the bowls. But it was just 1 or 2 flavors to taste....Also, we visit creameries every year, all over Quebec, and we love making new discoveries. But I dont think well go back to this place next year. Too bad.... Plus, the girls are cold and not smiling.

An obligatory stop at Rivière-du-Loup. Good snack fries, more than generous portions of chicken in the club sandwiches and the lobster club is more than satisfactory. A good local snack. The classic for burgers on the grill, good homemade fries. Quality ingredients (rare for snacks) and the place is clean. We digest well! Sign of quality! The service is efficient and the ice cream section and its sweet choices are just as good. Very acceptable price.

Contrary to my usual, this evening, I took COMBO: poutine which lacked sauce so paid extra, cheez burger charcoal all dressed and liquor of your choice. Except for a little sauce on top and nothing at the bottom, my meal was excellent.
