went during the week and the service was great
They forgot our order and people where throwing trash on the floor when I got my bagel it was cold this is not worth your time
The worst Tim Horton's I've been to by far. I've been here in the past and there were adults working, but every single person working there today looked to be not old enough to work. Clearly no idea what they were doing, no coordination with each other, just stood around chatting. Waited 20 minutes for a wrap matin du travailleur and watched as the girl who was supposed to be making the sandwiches just stood around doing nothing after finishing one order. I had to asked where my wrap was after 15 minutes. I even had to ask for a bag for my wrap when I finally got it. Maybe put an adult in charge of the day camp being run here.
Rude, ignorant employees. Managed to screw up three very simple bagels, slapping things down when asked to remake what they messed up and openly speaking in French (which we understand, being from a bilingual province) talking about us in front of us.
I stopped by to pick up a tea with honey and a toasted bagel on my way through. The person was really helpful and even heated up the honey a bit to make it runny and added it to the tea. Such a thoughtful gesture. My French was definitely not that good but he was very gracious. Best service I have had at a Tim Hortons across multiple provinces!
This Tims was awful. The only saving grace was the lovely young lady that served my husband was trying to help. It was quiet obvious the guy making the bagel doesn't care about his work. Our order had to bright back it was put together so bad and missing an item. 2nd go exact same but still missing the other bagel. Just dealt with this mess of a bagel and finally got the third.
We had to wait a long time before we could even order. Then when we got to the window, the kid there was EXTREMELY rude. Cussing and talking badly of customers infront of us. Insulting us in our faces as if we weren’t even there. I’d give 0 stars if I could, terrible honestly. If you want better service, go to another takeout restaurant.
Food was burnt!!! Service was slow. Outside ground were littered.
Fairly fast service.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic range
Excellent drive-thru service!
Waiting line a little long. Lots of people, but good service. Very busy. Clean and well organized.
Excellent value for money.
A restaurant that is always clean, fast service, a manager who is always friendly and smiling!
Staff who seem to be in training almost entirely. One young girl out of all 5 employees who looked like she knew what she was doing. No tracking of the order. Cold food (bagel and a morning tim not too complicated to take out at the same time when its on the same order) The employee shortage is felt very strongly in this business on weekends! Avoid!
Fast and courteous service. Very good food.
No organization everyone looking for each other behind the counter mixed orders A wait of 45 minutes for a soup????
I went to Tims on a Wednesday evening and two employees (Rose and Matthew) made very derogatory comments about me and my friend too. They thought we wouldnt hear their comments, but unfortunately we did. One of them said that my friend had no teeth and that she must be good at performing oral sex (my friend has all her teeth). The other subsequently exclaimed that my friend made him want to vomit. Then, they judged me by saying that I looked like a grandfather (Im in my late thirties). I feel obliged to mention that we do not know these two employees and that we have been the victim of gratuitous comments directed towards us. Furthermore, this is not the first time that the employee named Rose has offered service that is below acceptable standards. Smiling, friendly, helpful are all qualities that this employee is far from possessing. I go to Tims to get coffee, not to be judged for free by two young teenagers who arent doing much.
Lack of staff I think always full to bursting Parking: Lack of space Kid-friendliness: Yes
Very slow service, very cold staff
Fast service and order as expected, I recommend
As in most Tim Hortons, the hiring process must surely be based on the fact that the employees clearly do not have the taste of working with the public. Besides the minimalist choice of donuts, it is almost impossible to get a smile from the staff.
Is it possible to make sense of drive-through service? We queue up along Bd Armand-Thériault and others take Hôtel de Ville. Those waiting from Bd Armand are cut off by those coming from the town hall. We got fist pumped this morning, I have the photo to prove it. There are some who dont know how to live. We dont have this problem elsewhere.
Worst tim that I have ever ordered them poorly done I received a salty roulade charred nothing of what I had ordered had any appeal having made a lot of tim Hortons definitely the worst ever seen should be close immediately
the lady at the window is not very jovial
Ive been there twice, never bothered to get the orders right, error in each order, I should change employees
Typical Timmies
Lack of smile from the staff. Space to place tray not very clean. Good luck.
Tim Hortons! Always equal to himself
Always good coffee and donuts.
Extremely slow service. Only 5 people ahead of us in line, but over 25 minutes before we could order.
Good food served with acceptable service but staff turnover and lack of employees is glaring
Order 10 timbits and only receive 8.
Cool place
Nice discovery on my road trip to Canada, former hockey player I can only support this franchise Good products at good value for money and top service
Very good customer service (they gave free timbits to me and my friend), Very good pizzas and the place is quite quiet and pretty.
Alright
The dirtiest Tim in the province of Quebec We give you a bag stained with pink sauce The tables are more than disgusting, be careful not to stick to them if you dont want to stain your clothes Eggshell in my morning tit In short, not stopping there is doing the banner a service.
No longer serve anything other than unroasted clubs at 8:20 p.m. on weekends when theres a carnival in town??? I knew this restaurant was pitiful, but this is a whole other level. In addition, if you ever want to make a complaint to the parent company, you absolutely need the code on your invoice otherwise you cannot contact them. I cant wait for this chain of restaurants to be buried as quickly as possible.
Very pleasant experience visiting Tim Hortons, hot and cold drinks and exquisite sandwiches to accompany your drinks!!
Bon service
My mocha coffee this morning with a nice layer of what looks like oil... It wakes you up badly
To begin with, I have communicated 3 times in the last few months with the floor supervisor about the lack of cleanliness and the lack of good manners of the employees. After my visit this evening, I am only disappointed with this fast food. No hello, no smile from the employee, almost throws the bag in your face so that you leave as quickly as possible (inside). I cant believe anything is changing. The atmosphere, a big 0. The management manages absolutely nothing on the floor. The news does not include the cash register, and it has no tracking. When the after-sales service employee comes to help the front (because after-sales service is empty), she arrives dragging her feet and speaks badly to her colleague in front of the customers. This is not an atmosphere conducive to learning and development. I go there less and less, and it s a shame because I ve always liked Tim Hortons. So where are the owners of this tim?
Ultra fast and courteous drive-thru service. The food was very good. The best timbits Ive eaten in years (the powdered ones with the fruit filling and the old-fashioned sour cream ones).
They served super delicious coffee
Sunday evening... Oddly there wasnt a cat at the drive-thru. So I tell myself that it wont be very long... Well I know that some are in training and I totally respect that! But there are limits for everyone. At least those who train should train better than that. We ordered 2 irresistible roast beef, a potato wedge and 2 small iced cappuchinos! We got our drinks in an acceptable time... And 10 minutes later someone came to ask me if I was missing something?? Well yes! All ! There are at least 6 of them, the girls I saw seemed to have something to do most of the time... But 2 boys watch the others doing it while twiddling their thumbs. Literally. There are days like that... Like there are days where I am partly satisfied, since it seems that they are doing their best. But tonight that wasnt the case. Unfortunately... Enjoy your meal :)
Excellent coffee
Im not a fan of coffee
Moreover, this is an experience that I do 3 times a week. Parking: Located near a shopping center and above all very large parking lots. Kid-friendliness: High chair.
Always very good even if waiting at times
Waiting times can be long and customer service is nothing to write home about. However offers a delicious varied menu.
Seriously bad service and table not cleaning after customers...eating on poorly clean and 15 min having a wrap really not a reference
Good Vegetarian options: Only coffee or tea Food : 4/5 |
Its Timmys. Always good.
Are weekday employees extra?
Good food gives attention and service Kid-friendliness: Desserts and drinks
A Tim Horton like any other. It smells like coffee, the smell of soap in the bathroom stays on your hands for 2 days and the cashiers make mistakes in your order
A well-managed restaurant!
Its a joke but it helps. We need to give young people a chance to learn. Dont give up, we love you
Waiting in line for an overpriced donut... Losing half the glaze just by pulling the donut out of the bag. 2 stars.
A rotten egg and a potato pancake as hard as a rock, straight up trash.
Filthy mens washroom. No toilet paper. Ugh!
Smiling, respectful and fast staff
Food was okay, coffee too, but we watched an employee making food while coughing, unmasked, as well as an employee throw out the waste with a glove, and then use the same glove to prepare bagels, very unhygienic
Fast service. Even if the cashier said non-verbally that doesnt tempt me to be here this morning. The order came out of the kitchen quickly and it was nice and hot. Blt bagel
Good service
The wait is long and often out of stock, but its still good.
Good coffee but the service isnt the best. People should know and learn both ENGLISH and French and not shun people away that speak in English. Very disrespectful.
flop
Excellent for basic meals. What I really like is Vanila Francaise.
Friendly, nice, fast and clean.
SPECIAL MENTION to the two ladies, who are a little older, because they are gems for this place! They are patient, smiling and always ready to help young people who are just starting out. On the other hand, the young cashier should speak louder, because I couldnt hear anything, I had to put my head over the cash haha! (beginners embarrassment, poor guy) I find that this Tim has come back on track, compared to a certain time when it was more difficult. WELL DONE!
Tasty breakfast
Firstly, I had an appointment this morning, so a quick visit. he was an older cashier say between 20 and 30 years old. So, for me, more experience, more welcoming, smiling unlike certain times where there are students who, in my opinion, are there for the pay and therefore less welcoming and quick. Sorry, but I make it a point of honesty and fairness in my opinions. You can check out my other reviews, youll see. Have a good day to your team. Parking: And shopping center parking nearby Kid-friendliness: High chair available,
Good service
The service is really not good the waitress at the drive-thru no smile does not speak no one offers
Good fast service.
Decent tims
Cool
Having worked in a Tim Hortons, I find it pathetic!! I have never had a good order, the coffee is not drinkable because the 20 minutes is not respected, Im not even talking about the sandwiches which are either not the ones I order or they are put together all wrong. Big lack of management!! This is totally absurd!!!!!
30-45 minutes to receive order errors at the drive-thru. Every time
Only drive thru but I had a bathroom emergency and they opened the door for me, really appreciated and were all nice.
Regular Tims. Nothing special here
OK.
Let s be careful with restricted staff!
My order wasnt as requested.
I go there from time to time and never disappointed.
I was insulted by an employee because he made the wrong order... to say that I arrived with a smile...
Very good service, well done to the young people who work there and the adults of course.
They tried very hard to accommodate our pathetic french!!!
Three three long service
Very poor maintenance of the ladies bathroom. More than deficit.
The Habanero bagel yum
Very long service, order error
Really tim from rdl its hard in criss the order misses half of the things for 45 min of waiting at the drive Ive never seen his service almost zero dsl but thats not the first time
The restaurant was not very clean inside, the floor was obviously not clean. The washrooms smelled of urine, dried toilet paper under the urinal on the floor which was visibly soaked with urine and the bathroom mirror was unclean.
Good service with courtesy
Dirtiest Tim Hortons ever. Hundreds of flies in the kitchen, food and garbage on the ground everywhere. Staff entirely overworked, desperately trying to figure out orders in English and French, while only occasionally getting one right by chance. Skip this one Le Tims le plus sale au Canada. Des mouches et de la nourriture partout. Le personnel est nouveau et débordé. Allez ailleurs
Perfect address for our breakfast. Professional service. Well-kept restaurant
Unfortunately, lack of staff like all Tims so you have to be patient.
Fast and courteous service however the tables were not very clean.
Terrible sandwich. Employee could not get our order right. Very disappointed
Number One Service, Requested foods available and very well prepared iced coffee! Dont give up!
Excessively sorry. This place is messy. Previous customers had spilled liquor under the table and the attendant who was mopping up refused to clean up the mess under the pretext that he was not cleaning everything else but only the part he had to do. A bunch of flies were flying over the kitchen. The BLTs almost only had bread. Some thought needs to be done on this Tim
Would it be possible to pay attention to the lunch potato?? Poor guy, you dont ask for anything and you crush them in the bottom of the bag with everything on top... well done
They made a mistake on the order pi not giving our bill $16 for a wrap its not looking pi one tim morning at $12 when it cost about $5 they had to explain that my friend wanted 2 crunchy rap trio with the Greek potato and drink and she only received a rap for a $16 bill
Extremely long, unacceptable service
The restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. but the doors were closed at 8:00 p.m., many had to return (at least 6). This without notice that the restaurant closed earlier.
20 minute wait for a wrap. Its very disappointing to see employees more concerned with filling than helping others with customer orders. There were 3 of you around the sandwich station but only 1 to make the orders... think teamwork.
Very slow service... and this on each visit (+20 min)
Hours on site says closes at 9pm, it s presently 3pm and it s closed update the site hours!!!! All staff in the dining room decorating cookies and the old gal screaming that they re closed!!! Aren t you supposed to decorate the damn cookies in the kitchen not the dining area? Sadly not first time I stopped here and the place closed before posted hours .. will never stop here again ever Just won 2nd worst Tim Horton in Quebec, first is at exit 48 .saint Brigidge they re the absolute worst I have ever ever visited for closing before posted hours. Not open at all, no drive, no espresso or just not product bravo you could be them
Like all the others, therefore always equal to themselves from one city to another.
The place was clean, the bathrooms too despite the lack of soap. There was hot water in the urinals, creating odors... Lack of many products, but efficient employees.
I ordered an order and received no potato pancakes even though I had ordered 5 very ordinary ones especially since I go there every day and normally it is better but today very average
As a visitor from England it was confusing. No signage for different queues so ended up standing in wrong queue first. Staff seemed to want volume of customers rather than be clear of what was ordered hence I only got half of my meal.
The service has improved a lot and the staff seems more efficient.
Very disappointing for several years!
Wheelchair accessibility: Portes électrique Food
Very slow
Very well done good service. Parking: Good to snow Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Like all Tim Hortons, well and good, my new delirium of the moment the iced Tim with almond milk, really a change and its good!
