For real, never in my life will I go there!!! I ask for spaghetti with meatballs, or meatballs.. I ask for gratin after waiting for 50 minutes the spaghetti bolognese arrives without cheese, I ask for parmesan, there is no more parmesan, I ask for a sparkling peach without alcohol there is no no longer have alcohol-free... In short, if you have nothing to close this better

Last time the food was not eatable a request meaning mushroom and I got an extra.. overcooked dry meat, paying $85 meal for two to end up eating only half of the dish which was cold we were sick! Finished!

I absolutely do not recommend, go higher to L Innocent or go to the water s edge at Café Culturel! Indigestible food and questionable service The mesclun was a little out of date and cooked because the meat was placed on it, it burned. Cold and unpleasant atmosphere! The waitress ok but the hostess seemed a little depressed . Etk, for a channel like that, there is a lot of improvement work to be done!

Very disappointed with this restaurant, more or less correct service. Several errors occurred (burnt toast, cold egg, request for butterfly sausage but thats not what we received, pizza without Hollandaise sauce) (even though it was part of the ingredients of the pizza) once the sauce was received it It tasted extremely unpleasant and they charged us extra. We asked to speak to the manager who approached with a stupid look, spoke to us in an arrogant manner and couldnt care less that our meal was not to our liking. he simply said that s all, Eille it s not easy and headed back towards the kitchen. Restaurant to avoid, disappointment guaranteed.

We ordered for DoorDash delivery on a Sunday, the application says we can order that day, we place an order for $50 for two meals, I call to check the situation with Mikes, I am given the manager who is a very arrogant person, tells me that he does not have dinner on Sunday, that his application is closed and that it is impossible to have been able to place an order, even if it went well, the manager doesnt care about the situation and hangs up on us (I did not disrespect him in any way, I just specified to close his restaurant on the DoorDash application)... This is the last time I will do business with this restaurant.

The chicken salad does not match the photo on the menu. They werent real chicken pieces.

At Mikes in Rivière-du-Loup, I discovered a real Italian culinary gem. The pizzas are authentic, the pastas are delicious, and the warm atmosphere creates the perfect setting for unforgettable meals with friends and family. It has become my favorite place to savor Italian cuisine with passion. Kid-friendliness: They have a very good menu.

Extremely slow service, couldnt find a waitress to place our order with, restaurant was under 50% capacity so no reason for non existant service. We left after 20m of not even being greeted or water being brought, we felt completely ignored.

Yesterday was a first at Mikes, $7 for such a simple salad, a chicken & fries for $19 which is not worth that price, I could have it at IGA for $6 lol and then a Maccheese with pork chops and were frankly too dry and too toasted, frankly for the price I was disappointed, just the photos on the menu which are attractive!! the first and last time

I have NEVER experienced such disgusting racism in my life. I am an black male and dont speak french very well but i try my best. The females serves were extremely disgusting and kept looking at us using the word chien and laughing. My table didnt have any forks and when i asked for some they just saying in a minute, but they never came. After about 20 mins i asked for the bill. It took them about 20mins for that as well even when the restaurant was quiet. I was so disgusted by the service i didnt leave a tip. The lady then called me cheap and rolled her eyes. I hope others do not experience this as it was extremely degrading.

This is the second time Ive come to Mikes in Rivière-du-Loup. I also have a dark skin tone and it was extremely unpleasant. The waitress asked another person what to do with me when I indicated I wanted lunch. I spoke French throughout my interactions with her - so I dont think it was a language barrier. She was abrupt and served me my coffee and my Benedictine. I would have liked another coffee, but she ignored me. I waited 30 minutes after my meal to ask for the bill, and I needed to look for the waitress, who seemed happy to chat with other customers except me: either because I was alone, or among other inexplicable reasons. If you want to have brunch, I suggest you go elsewhere: L innocent or Boréal gourmand or even Tim Hortons. Mikes in La Pocatière is very pleasant, I would strongly advise you to consider how to properly serve your customers who visit the region or who live in RDL.

The waitress ignored us the whole time and when we signaled to her that we had finished, she made a slobbering face and when we asked her for the bill and she left to take her break (while we were making her signs for 30 minutes before)

The Carnivore pizza is truly exceptional !

Arrived at 1:30 p.m., the restaurant closed at 2 p.m. and they refused to serve us! Ordinary when you say that you close at 2 p.m. you are supposed to accept your customers until 2 p.m., otherwise you say that you close at 1 p.m.! The manager had already left...

It s a restaurant classic, the menu includes the well-known classics and the taste is unsurprising. A restaurant that helps out well! Located in the city center on rue Lafontaine and it is possible to park in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill behind the restaurant.

You order online thinking its for delivery but no they dont deliver!! But its not too clear on their site that delivery is not possible and whats more it asks for your address.... Mikes never again for life!

The food was pretty good, the bruschetta rolls and the garlic fingers were lovely and my carbonara and my husbands Mac and cheese were lovely (though would have been better if they were warm cause they were quite cool). My only complaints are that they didn t give us cutlery so we had to go ask the hotel for cutlery, and my husbands churro doughnuts had nothing with them - they were just plain and had no flavour at all, no sugar or cinnamon or anything resembling a churro. And the brownie was sort of like eating a chocolate sponge. I think if we re ever in RDL again, we ll come in person to give it another shot, but I wouldn t go out of my way for this place.

We had been warned of a staffing problem in the kitchen. We were still served in a very reasonable time. The other restaurants in Rivière du loup were all full due to a big event. Thanks to the kind and professional team.

Blatant lack of staff at the Mikes restaurant and moreover this restaurant was crowded with customers this morning. Only 2 waitresses. Louise, our waitress, was doing her best and was on the verge of breaking down because her non-verbal expression spoke volumes .. In the kitchen, our omelette was cooked more than lightly, not to say that the inside was still liquid after 40 minutes of waiting.... We had to ask for a coffee stove because no one was coming and our cups had been empty for more than 10 minutes. We regularly go to the Mikes region of Quebec and it s far from being like that . Normally, Im rather optimistic in my reviews but this morning, I couldnt really do it! Sorry!!!

I tried to reach the phone order for over 15 minutes and the line was still engaged. I was never able to speak to anyone to place my order. And since the restaurant is not tied to online ordering, I had to make another call.

I called to have delivery at the restaurant in riviere du loup and I was told that they dont take order for delivery because it would be too long. What kind of restaurant is that. I have been a customer for so many years and I been told that. They lost my business .

We went as a couple for dinner! The service was long, the poutine was super good, my plate of cold patebetais and I only had butter! We like people who serve us a glass of water without asking.

We waited at least 10 minutes to be taken to a table, we liked the starter, the Mikes mix, for the rest the stuffed crust pizza was quite good, despite the fact that the dough on the bottom was too thin, as for the sub sailor of my blonde, it was dry, so not good!
