This was the worst excuse for Thai food that I’ve ever had. The pad Thai looked nothing like the photo. It was mostly bean sprouts, hardly any noodles. A few tiny shrimp and bits of tofu. No fresh sprouts or lime or peanuts. When I asked the manager Rafael for a refund, he said well a Big Mac never looks like the photo either. What?! He refused a refund and said well other people like it. That’s really sad if it’s true. I rarely complain about bad food. This is the first time ever that I’ve made a complaint and not had the food taken off of my bill. Shame on you.
While passing through Riviere-du-Loup ordered a shrimp pad Thai and steamed dumplings. For a fast food restaurant they got the order 100% correct and the food was exceptional. If possible I would have ranked them a 10. Thank you for making a long day travelling that much more enjoyable at the end of the day. What a pleasant surprise.

The worst customer service. Wasted time and money. Even tipped the staff then they served other people before me and then made an order completely disregarding my request. When I confronted them oh sorry everything has gluten not our problem. All they had to do was cook it without sauce. 4 times I asked nicely and in French. No offer for a refund, nothing. Maybe they thought I was some Anglo they could screw over!?!? Well look at my last name!!! THE WORST!
Excellent food, good portion sizes for the price, good customer service. Food is exactly as advertised, and their apple turn overs were a pleasant surprise. My apologies to the person serving us, whom asked me a question in french, and my tired brain responded in spanish. We still got our food, and we'll definitely return!
Unlike any Thai food I’ve ever eaten before! I sampled both the red curry with chicken and peanut curry dishes and neither met my expectations. The red curry tasted like gelatinous tomato sauce with a hint of spice, while the peanut curry was so sweet it seemed more like peanut cake icing. The only redeeming qualities was that the veggies were fresh and the rice was well cooked, plus the staff were friendly and the restaurant was spotless. I suppose if you were expecting dishes like this you might not be disappointed, however, I was.

The service was good. The problem is the food. There was too much sauce in the dishes and above all, it was much, much too sweet. It was like eating concentrated syrup.

I come here to eat regularly and I must say that it is incredibly good. A fiery team, where solidarity, good humor and good work reign supreme. Only one thing to say: keep it up!!
Very good service always quality
It says that the restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m., except that if you arrive at 7:40-7:45 p.m., you get the answer that they cant do anything more for you... The students cant wait to finish their shift, you move on to 8:02 p.m. and all the lights are turned off and everyone is gone...

I came to wait for my taxi here. The background music was very good and lively, the restaurant staff were very cheerful and competent, I found your menu extensive with enough meal choices and thus I found the entire restaurant including the toilets extremely clean. Following the opening, in Rivière-du-Loup, I went to eat two or three times, but without being really impressed. Today, October 21, I went back and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were finally lots of vegetables on their menu! I would have liked to taste a little bit of everything! I had a PokThai and I was delighted. Im editing my review just to add that I gave 3 stars for the ambiance, just because the music was as loud as in a nightclub, but very tasteful at least!
Well served at the checkout and the food was good. There were several of us and we were all served quickly. The only negative point is the temperature inside the restaurant. It was really cold, everyone kept their coats on while eating

Their gereral tao chicken is so good!! And what about the hamburgers, it s really a great discovery. They are really on the mark. Sad that its only a limited edition.

The service is not very fast but pleasant! I ordered teriyaki chicken and my patrs was undercooked (still hard), the other foods were ok. Fast food food is all about sweet and spicy. The starters are almost all delicious, although I didnt like the peanut sauce with the steamed dumplings. You can choose the strength of the sauce in certain dishes. The drinks are essentially the same in this type of restaurant. When we have ordered our dish, we can sit down and they will come and bring the meal!

The worst restaurant Ive been to, imperial roll and shrimp tastes like old frying oil and the shrimp Pad Thai only had 3 shrimp

Fairly ordinary service by poorly trained staff. Too expensive food for this type of fast food. Decent taste and quality. Dont have too many expectations and you wont be too disappointed! ***UPDATE*** I have already contacted after-sales service via the link provided by the owner who replied to me here. Well see what happens next! ***Update*** Still no news following their response asking to contact them. A second message was sent to them; *** Hello, I left a review on Google regarding my visit to the Riviere-Du-Loup branch and I also left a message here. In my opinion you ask that we contact you here to try to correct the situation, but you never answered me. So Im starting to doubt your willingness to REALLY want to correct the situation. Too bad, because I would have given you a second chance. We are waiting for the sequel...if there will be a sequel! **** ********************UPDATE********************** **** Finally I was contacted to get more information on the situation to arrive at a result that suits everyone. I will give it a second chance and I am convinced that this time it will be perfect in every way. Ill keep you up-to-date !
Succulent meal

We arrived 10 minutes before closing time and the staff was very friendly and even made take-away for us. Tasty, good value for money, friendly staff and clean establishment.
Im leaving a comment this evening to highlight the astonishing efficiency of the employee who served me earlier. Jacob, alone behind the counter, prepares take-out orders, cooks dishes, serves customers at the cash register, cleans, answers the phone and refills... This employee is a ninja who teleports to do the job of three people, without making customers wait longer than usual. One of two things; I hope you give him at least two peoples salary! And if I ever open a restaurant, Ill make him an offer he cant refuse to have him on my team. Jacob: a name to remember!
They always pay attention to my shrimp intolerance. I can eat Thai with confidence. Still very good indeed.
What was once a 9/10 has become at most a 3/10 today. Maybe its due to COVID, like any explanation at various establishments these days. Really disappointed!

Own Fast New menus
I order maybe ten times a year it had been a few weeks since I had ordered. Reading the comments I was a little scared but I told myself to order and if its not good youll pass the next time but it was very good hot delivered on time and even in advance. So I will still be a customer of Thaïzone in Rdl. It is certain that it is a little expensive but hey everything is expensive you have to get used to it.

Wait 15/20 minutes for 1 Pad Thai and a wonton soup, plus the Pad Thai was sweet (a first for me) The cook had a mask under his nose and a chain around his neck (hygiene where are you) in short, not sure to go back!!

My favorite quick restaurant in RDL. All the dishes are good, prices reasonable, location pleasant, delivery efficient. Glad to have a good healthy fast food option in town.
Always good and quick with the Pickup option online. They just forget to tag your bag as a pickup and always ask if it was paid and stuff like that.

Dont go there. Not clean. The guy was cleaning the hot while the other tawoin cooked my lunch. From where I was, I could see the junk falling into the dishes and uncovered plates. And in the food below. Degeux. I cant believe how employees can be without designs like that

Ordered box of the day stir-fry with shrimp asked if i could change shrimp for beef she says yes but doesnt inform me that it will be full price instead of the special. Then i get to my hotel room thinking i will get a stir-fry with beef a lorange but no i get a box full of white rice and a few vegetables sprinkled on top and the beef a lorange was dry ate a few bites and threw the rest out. Quite expensive
I only have it delivered. Never set foot there. But very good services. Accuracy of the Order, not like at McDonalds where there is always something missing in your bag right under your nose. Very delicious. General tao WOW!!!! simply the best. Quick delivery. Order online in just a few moments.

Good food and fast delivery to Rivière du Loup
Lack of consistency... Sometimes the rice is cooked enough and other times not. The queue for take-out food is such that you always feel good about it. The dining room is not very large and it is not easy to feel comfortable there. Fortunately, a delivery service is offered and the few times I have taken advantage of it I have been very well served. General Tao is excellent by the way and the employees do their best even when they are overwhelmed.
