I went to this tim horton 3 times and they never fixer my ordre, I had hot chocolat but it taste like water. I suggest you go to the tims on Laurier wich is 2 mins away
Smallest Tim Horton's Ive ever been to! Pretty cute though! I was on my way to an appointement and wanted to grab a beverage. The drive thru was backed up all the way to the street so I parked and went inside. It's so tiny! Space for 2 customers at a time, 1 cashier at the counter and one at the drive. Great variety on the menu. Workers are happy, smiley and polite! Great visit!
Fast service however they had no timbits as the overnight baker pulled a no show. Obviously not the workers fault but I really wanted timbits so that was disappointing.
Worst tims ever please change entire staff team order is always wrong they dont know how to toast or double toast food tastes old woman is always grumpy on the drivethru machine
Edit since my last: this store has gone down hill. There are about three friendly agents and the rest have zero personality. Not to mention, when you walk into the store, it takes twice as long to get your food. Good store. But they need to redo their drive-thru. It's been past due for a repaving for about four years. It's so bad, we don't even go through the drive-thru anymore.
I'm sharing again on behalf of my partner this time. We went on Sunday afternoon and were greeted by the woman who is always screaming in the mic and does know what customer service is. We ordered a bagel and a wrap. The wrap came completely unwrapped in paper and was open in the bag. This location has failed time and time again to impress me. Get better Tim's.
This review is for Cornwall ontario Tim's. Silly google... Hockey's Tim's! Pretty cool inside. Nice and bright. It's Tims food so ya get what get. Hit and miss. But so far so good. Friendly staff.
Slow service, hand dryer dindt work and no paper roll to dry my hands. The clerk got impatient with my friend who was trying the Tim app and to top it all there was a napkin in my coffee yurk ! Wont be coming back
Business seem to keep on giving me the wrong change cant seem to pick hours to stay open to go to in storefront they say theyre open until 11:00 but theyre not screw everybody that doesnt have a car every time I go in its always different change back

I ordered a coffee at Tims, and once I was finishing drinking the coffee, I noticed that there was a receipt in the bottom of the cup. I found it pretty disgusting to see that. I don t understand why they can t look inside of the cup without checking the cup prior pouring liquid in the cup.

As drive thru beside hwy, it is way too slow as expected; more then 10 min to order a tea, while only 1 car in front
A few evenings a go a young man was working on his own you could tell he was buys but he was polite and friendly and apologized for the delay. We were very happy with the service and friendliness.

Need to update your app ordering if you dont actually carry the items showing as available at your specific location, its very frustrating being prepared with your order to be argued with almost every single order we make at this location, and many times have been lied to at the window when receiving the wrong item and being met with attitude. Its a constant here.
Staff could use some customer service tutorials.

I would like to share my recent experience at Tim Hortons in Rockland off the 174 I went there this morning there was only a few people in drive-thru because there is a snowstorm and everybodys taking their time and its understandable so I place my order this lady by the name of cathy was operating the drive-thru window I place my order and after the end of my order I added an extra coffee but she was probably the rudest Ive ever been talked to for no reason especially at Tim Hortons where theyre supposed to make your experience and your morning great she destroyed my morning it just goes to show that people today there is no more customer service that I find and people are Ruder now than ever and as I approached the window to pay for my order I asked the lady who apologized for Kathys rude behavior for no apparent reason I asked for her name and you can hear her in the background saying oh he asked for my name hes asking for my name I hope no one else experiences what I experienced this morning at Tim Horton me going to Tim Hortons should brighten my day and put a smile on my face but one bad Apple ruins it for all.
This location runs like a well oiled machine. Always quick through the drive through and coffee and treats are always fresh due to the high volume of people that come here.
Bad customer service
Ordered large peach quencher , they gave me medium,when asked for a large , they put ice in a large cup and transfered from m cup to large , without adding actual quencher,really???, coffee was cold , its just getting worse from day to day, food: ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps, one was half of the other one.
Ham& cheese sandwich is one of the best coffee ok but they mess up on take alot. Mostly good quick healthy snack food on the go.
I asked for 2 chocolate chip muffins and got 2 fruit muffins somethings instead.

Not much of an atmosphere. Very small inside. They have two drive through. Outside seating. We ended up going to the park down the street by the river to eat. They didnt have any of the premium cookies or the broccoli soup.

Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and the lettuce they used was wilted/old. Also, I ordered a large earl grey tea with caramel - theres not caramel syrup in my beverage.. Truly disappointing. Service is always pleasant, but I wish it would mirror in the quality of food they serve.
Forever place to stay or takeout
Great service after 10am, they are just too popular in the early morning to bother stopping. The bottleneck starts as early as 6;30am.
Went through the drive-thru at approximately 1:00 p.m. this Saturday afternoon November 25 person (f) taking orders was extremely rude and obnoxious impolite person (m)serving food was extremely polite and helpful person taking orders should not be dealing with public needs to learn basic manners
Not sure how they did it, but the ice coffee they served me made my mouth and throat numb. Never experienced that before and Ive ordered that drink 100 times.
Food and service were good. However its a very small place inside and masks seemed optional for some employees when I went in. Pulling your shirt up over your face when you see someone walk in is not good practice and the managers working should be restrained to actually manage the staff properly in my opinion. Definitely not helping keep covid under control with these types of employees.

Always check your lid + food. They often give out defective cups which in results makes the lid not hold properly. Food is often incorrect ir cold. Never go on an evening or late afternoon on weekends , you ll be stuck in the drive through for over 10 min Staff will often ask to take your order , and not pay attention to you and then ask you to repeat again How bout you give your fully attention to the mic when were answering your question I go out of my way to avoid using this Tim Horton s Staff is nice but clearly management has issues managing store
Terrible location... all these all lazy people who cant make their own coffee at home line up at the drive through to get their morning fix keep blocking the intersection as well as the gas pumps this location has. Just eliminate the drive-through and you solve this locations problem. I dont even go there anymore just because of that.

What you expect from a Tim Hortons
Always have what I want. Drive through takes a lot of time to get through. People orders are too big.
Any TH is always welcome when I am hungry and need a quick fix and of course a coffee.
Classic Tims
Every time I go to this location the service is really slow. Poor training, poor management. Employees chat and laugh while apologizing that your order took 15 to twenty minutes from order time. I m done going to this location. Female manager lies and says anything to place blame elsewhere. Ownership should step up and fix this service issue. Maybe more training for management would help. So uselesss!!
When I got this the cheese wasn t melted at all. It was only warm. I always have this problem with sandwhiches and the orders I get here.
They always screw up my order and theyre always running out of stock. Drivethru blocks the highway aswell because theyre short staff and cant open the second drivethru.
It gets to be a daunting tasks to use this drive thru more often than not. Long waits and inaccurate orders. It is what it is!

Small, no sit-down timmies. Dual drive-thru with about 10-ish parking spots shared with a gas station. Very busy during work day mornings & usually fast.
Not impressed, ordered mixed timbits and I think we got the box from the break room that people taste tested and put back the once s they didn t like.

Its a small Tim Hortons where there is only enough space for maybe 3 or 4 patrons. They do however have a large kitchen so they serve the full menu. The manager makes her presence known by barking orders at her younger employees this is my kitchen I heard her yell. Not the typical Tim Hortons ambience that Ive seen or experienced. The display or showcase was full and looked good. The front area needed some cleaning. In fact a full deep clean would do the place some good The girls at cash were quiet but friendly enough. One even did a friendly wave to a child waiting with her parents. My ice cap was completes pretty quickly. My harvest wrap was ok. In the end, I may skip this location but if they made some cleaning and manager attitude adjustments it wouldnt have been as low in my rating. Nothing that they can do about the size but patrons should know
Slowest drive thru ever. Vehicles lined up on the road daily. They have two lanes, one us closed more than its open. Staff are rude.

They get the job done. A bit slower sometimes but they mostly get my orders right. Convenient location, dont forget the 2nd drive thru when the 1st is busy. Recommend going during the day vs evening.

Ordered 2 x Breakfast sandwiches (Bacon, Cheese, Egg) and on the road realized we got (sausage, egg) so threw it out and stopped further along the way.

You cant advertise all-day breakfast and run out of eggs at 11:30AM for a breakfast sandwich. Also, does it make sense to close one of two drive-thru lanes at lunch time? Not sure Ill go back if service like that continues.

Fix your drive-thru entrance. Shouldnt have to get stuck in the intersection because your customers are too dumb to realize theres another entrance. Like make it a one way, I dont care what you do, but I shouldnt have to deal with this everyday on my way home.

First off the drive-thru person that takes orders is very rude, and needs more training in customer service to be more friendly(older ladies on staff)! Second this location only cares about drive-thru rates. They take customer orders and tell them to go park out front just so they can enter in their system that they served the customers in a short amount of time! It takes longer to take the items out to the front then to have served the customer in the drive-thru as it was intended. Plus it upsets customers!
This is my steeped tea double double. Its white!!! And the glass isnt even full. I feel like Im drinking milk with sugar in it. Honestly one of the worst Tim Hortons. They are always getting my orders wrong. Its frustrating!

Honestly this Tim s has gone down hill, if you ve ever gone there in the evening then you know the drive thru wait is almost 15 minutes which is ridiculous and on top of that sometimes the second lane and front are closed. (Fridays and weekend are worse) Also they are VERY AWFUL at stirring coffee

Worst quality of services ever can happen in any store. I ordered coffe, they forced me tea and started arguing that I ordered tea and more than 5 tomes they argued. I paid, but still I left, I cant take that, just simply rubbish.
Great location. Small but they have two take out windows. Orders are always made promptly and correctly. The staff are lovely!! This is my go to location now. Everytime Ive gone, the staff are always super nice and I have a great experience!

Managers and supervisors need to take a few lessons when it comes to managing a team as they seem to lack basic management skills. Rediculous. This location always screws up my order. The sad thing is, its always super simple. I asked for 10 assorted tim bits and when I got home they were all PLAIN. The week before I asked for a blue slushy for my child, and we were given a red one. Luckily, my child is an easy pleaser. I also asked for honey dip timbits, and they give us the pumpkin ones. These incidents arent the only ones, there has been more. In the future ill have to ope the box before leaving. shouldnt have to! Its the lazy teens. Do your damn job, your getting paid for it.
The man who served me charged me and then came back to tell me that I did not pay for a item when he clearly told me the amount for all my purchase... extremely insulting and a lack of respect on there end
Horrible service. The last time I was there staff were yelling at each other about whos job it is to serve customers all the while my family and I were being ignored at the cash. Got home and they gave the wrong sandwich and coffee lid was not on correctly and spilled everywhere. Tried to give it one more chance. Again completely wrong sandwich and it took forever for service for one sandwich and a coffee. Never going again!!!!
