I went through the drive through today at about 7:30pm and I was greeted by kindness. There were 3 girls in the drive through and they were so nice and were joking with me and my coffee tasted incredible. I came on last Thursday at about 9am on my way to work and the service was not anywhere near as good. It was not friendly and the staff were all yelling at eachother. They messed up my food and the lady with the apron insisted that it was right and started getting angry. The staff on this Tuesday evening really made my day and I will be coming back as soon as possible!
Becoming a major issue here at this location. I can’t even express how many times a week I’m over-charged for something that I don’t receive or they’ve charged me incorrectly. I’ve also asked staff if I’ve paid extra for stuff that I haven’t received and they clarify I didn’t - until I ask for my receipt and then it’s identified I did. Overcharged for 2 items just yesterday - very frustrating. I totally understand that it’s not an easy job when you’re lined up to the street every morning - but these things are happening at all times of day. Will be sticking to McDonald’s from now on - becoming too much of an issue.
This Tim’s should honestly just close down. The amount of times I have went here and they have turned me away because they have nothing left is rediculous. I’m talking about 6 pm which is hours before their closing time. What’s worse then going and not end up ordering anything because they are all out but you are still stuck in the drive through waiting to only get out. Either store needs to close or owner replaced.
Somehow they always manage to run out of items early in the morning or their machines are down. The customer service here is horrible, no kind greetings, workers being rude. The girls at the drive through are always talking instead of helping their customers. Today I ordered and when grabbing my food at the window, the girl was rushing herself even tho there was no one else. She had no smile and just threw my order to me.
Ever since they fired their evening supervisor from last year the only adult on staff Service has been lacking they don't care they're Playing vulgar music and letting the restaurant get filthy. If the owners cared at all about this establishment they would bring her back she was the only reason we continued to go
My brother in law visited this a AM in between watching Olympic Team Canada events needing to bring home breakfast for the fam & our experience left us in absolute awe. The service for walk-ins is very slow. There are numerous people at the drive-thru window, but not enough at the counter. When not serving the drive-thru window, instead of the staff standing around they should help at the counter. And the staff really should be wearing hairnets. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly.
The lady at drive thru window was extremely rude. We asked for sleeves for hot beverages and she sighed, scoffed and aggressively gave us the sleeves. She then yelled through the window that we must drive up as they are on a timer. I’m sorry this new timer stuff is making quality so much worse. I understand wanting to be quick for costumer satisfaction, however id much rather my order take longer if that means for better service. They are so rushed that they put the wrong cream cheese on my bagel at the same time.
This has got to be the slowest tim Hortons in Canada!

Bathrooms where disgusting. Nobody greeted me or the couple before at the counter even though they where walking by. No smiles and no manners. Handed me a cold tea and when I asked for a hot one received a under the breath comment. No hairnets on any workers.

Service was super slow on Christmas eve at around 9 AM. Too many workers concerned with the drive thru and not the lobby.

Terrible! Just terrible. Walked in with my son to grab a snack and hot beverages. Stood in front of counter for at least 10 min if not more. No one acknowledged our presence. The employees served only drive-through. A couple of other people were waiting behind us too. Finally, I asked if someone would be serving customers inside soon. I was ignored by 2 of three girls there. The other one smirked at me and said: I m busy. She was clearly not busy by the way. After that, I just thought were out of here without buying anything. Ended up going to the Tim s on Edward. Was in and out in 5 min plus I was greeted with a smile. Never going there again.
they got my order wrong in the drive thru so i went back in to get them to correct it, and i went back in my car checked my food and they still got it wrong, worst timmis out there!!
The bigger blonde person that served the drive through tonight was rude, seemed like she didn t want to be there. We pulled up to the window only to have it rolled down for over 5 minutes (it s cold) with no acknowledgement.. we ordered drinks and timbits which is usually a quick order so I rolled my window back up. When she finally gets to the window she s scowling at me as she hands me the POS machine. I say thank you as she hands me the drinks and she s eyeing me down not sure what her problem is but someone tell her she doesn t have to work there if she hates it! There s another Tim s on the 17, Starbucks at the plaza, I d advise anyone to avoid the sour experience

Over 30 people waiting in line at lunch time, only one person on cash! Always an issue that they never seem to fix drive through and dine in take over 25 minutes. They know 100% that 11-2 is there busiest lunch rush and they can never seem to have enough staff
Im actually impressed with how bad the service is here. The number of times my order has been wrong really makes me think the people working here do not care that customers spend money to be served food. Maybe they should raise the education requirements for this establishment.

The dark roast coffee I ordered tasted like hot water with cream in it. My husband went back in and they gave us a new coffee, but it still tastes like the first one. I ve never had a dark roast from Tim s that has ever tasted like this. Usually the coffee is the same no matter which Tim s you go to, but not here. Very disappointed in the quality.

Zero stars. Forgot my dads food and argued about it to us. Meanwhile, all the little kids working there are having conversations about who failed what math test twice. Im not surprised you failed. They screwed up orders before mine and after. The place was extremely busy, and there they are, ignoring the customers. Then, when they argued about our food being missing, I told them maybe stop talking about school, and focus on what food to make they said I was mean lol. Meanwhile, they argued with us when we simply asked where our order was. Maybe have ONE adult working there or someone over 18 at the very least. Completely incompetent and rude and rude people, i dont care what age you are, get some manners, especially working customer service. Id be embarrassed if those were my kids. I would fire them if they were employees of mine as well. Go to the other location in rockland if you can.
Wish I could give 0 stars. By far my worst experience going through a drive thru. Waited in line for over 10 minutes. Had a very simple order. 1 large london fog tea, 1 small coffee 1cream, a bacon egg sandwich on an English muffin and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. Get to the cash get a large 1 milk and the london fog. Told them it was a small coffee 1 cream. The gave me the coffee and didn t reimburse me the difference. I got my bag with the sandwiches and left. Get home I have 2/3 of a cup a coffee with way too much cream and a ham and egg instead of the bacon. Seriously how hard is it to make a simple order? Will never be going back there again.
So many people leave just negative reviews, I want these employees to be recognized for a positive experience. Today (04/11/23) around noon, a very friendly, upbeat woman took my order through drive through. At the window she was training another woman, they were both so pleasant and friendly. I hope they are recognized by management, especially when so many employees have to deal with so much negativity.

Really disappointed, there was a group of teenage girls on Saturday 09/16/2023, giggling and talking loudly while leaving customers waiting. Many of them, seeing this behavior, left without ordering. There was a homeless man who wanted to order and then they started making fun of him. It was really sad and embarrassing. In short, I didnt like this experience and I wont go back. To the head of the establishment, please raise awareness among your employees about respect!!!

Decent Tim Hortons, nothing special about it, it has good and bad days, like other locations. Be mindful of the staff working, if you visit often, youll know when to double check your orders for mistakes. *update 2022, much is the same, friendly staff here and there thankfully*

Good! They have curbside pickup! If you have the app the option is there! It was quick and easy. The staff member had mask on!! Definitely a nice option to choose when the drive thru is busy and you dont want to go inside because your child is with you! Curbside is still an option which I like picking, it can be quicker then the drive through remember to use the mobile app!!

Had a long drive and wanted to get a coffee. It said it was open 24 hours yesterday. 1130pm and the drive thru was blocked off the doors locked and a young male staff member was inside just playing music. Would have been okay with it if there was a sign stating they were closed or a reason why the drive-thru was blocked via pylon and one of those ol milk cartons. But it just appeared as if he didnt want to deal with customers. I wasnt the only person who was there in the 10 minutes I was there. There where a good 5-6 people who went to the drivethru relised it was closed then tried both doors for them to be locked. At least change the hours on Google maps if your gonna be closed.
If you feel like waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru this is the place for you!! Or if you feel like an early morning coffee and want to be disappointed when you get to a 24hr coffee place and they are closed then i would recommend this place!

The staff are unwelcoming. They constantly forget small things like toasting a bagel, or the bacon I paid extra for. This weekend 75% of the staff was in training, the store front fully served approx 10 customers in the span of 15 minutes, with a lot more waiting their turn. Something needs to change.

If I could rate this lower I would. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when we got to the window nothing was ready and there were 4 people hovering at the cash. Poor management. Will never be returning to this location.

Parking: Small parking lot. Most guest use the drive thru. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking near the ramp. 1 set of doors is automatic. Chairs inside are movable. Cash counter is high with a plastic shield. Pickup counter is very high. Employees are more then happy to bring your order to your table if your eating in. Drive thru is available.
Shouldn t advertise to be open 24h if the workers are just gonna completely ignore customers from 12-5:30 am. Stood in the drive thru at 5am, along with 4 other cars for over 40 minutes and the person working inside was just filling up the muffins and donuts and completely ignored us. I even went to the window where it was open and where i could see the worker and tried to talk to them and they just went to the back once they realized i was trying to talk to them. Very disappointing but not surprising. Change your hours if you can t have anyone work properly at night, it s frustrating for customers trying to stop quickly before work cause i thought that was the whole purpose of a drive thru .

Definitely not a 24 hour Tims Always close at random times And they can never get the order right A 1/2 hour for 3 cars in the drive-through Or you can go in the other lane and wait at least an hour before they pass you While theres 20 cars going through the other lane
I asked for chai tea latte on drive thru first they didn t lsiten and they make only chai tea when I ask for latte they said to wait and then at the end they gave me a small cup full of cold milk and they add coffee inside it chai tea bag which tasted like s****. I ll never go there again.

I cant comment on something that I find ordinary. The service was okay because the young man had to start working at Tim Hortons so he didnt know everything which made the service take longer but that didnt bother me at that time. Upon entering the Tim Hortons, it was super clean, tidy, everything was beautiful!!!

Rockland Tim Hortons Staffs changing constantly, always in training. so many mistakes with the orders. Unbelievable slow and orders 7 out of 10 times never done accurately, always missing food or literally something you did not order realizing when is too late Weekends are the worse to come for a simple coffee. Sept 3rd, 5:50 pm. Six people behind the counter and it took over 5 minutes just to be recognised that I was even standing there. Are they sllergic to the cash register? This team needs to understand that it is not how they think they served the cutomer thats important, its how the customer feels they were treated that matters. Usually when no one wants to take the cash its either because they lack training and dont feel comfortable or someone is stealing from a shared cash register and no one wants to take the cash.

Doesnt seem to matter if you go through the drive-through or go inside there is always a line up. They have 1 cash open for people who walk in to order and with 4 people in front of me I waited 20 minutes for a drink. Staff are nice though just slow.
Just because a food product is in glass showcase in front counter, doesnt mean it was made same day, hade 3 cheese tee biscuits, they were so hard, hade to trow them out, will never order food from them again.
