Love me some BP. The pizza and pints are always top notch, love the wings! But the staff deserves a shout out. Manager Melanie loves her job and is the definition of a people person. Myriam is super friendly and will make an excellent server/bartender some day. They, along with the fantastic crew and kitchen deserve some extra holiday cheer. Also a very clean restaurant, you can see the care and feel the love. Merci BP! Nick Parking: Might be a little walk when the plaza is busy. Worth the few steps, your reward is great food and excellent service.

Twice I have ordered take out from here, and twice they have ignored my order until I cancelled it. What is the point of being on delivery apps if youre not going to fulfill the orders?

We had a lovely lunch on the patio today. Hubby had the Burcatto Bowl, and I had the the Mushroom Truffle burger. Both were delicious, and Service was excellent. Sharon D is attentive, efficient, and super friendly. It is one of our favourite places to eat in Rockland.

We were seated at a booth with our 2 grandchildren and at first the waitress was attentive and quick, we even commented on nice turquoise color hair. The food was good and everyone was enjoying their meals. We asked for take out dishes, which were brought to us. We waited for at least 10 minutes, so we left a tip on the table and stood up to get her attention. She grabbed the tip from the table and proceeded to basically scolding us from getting up from our table and told my husband the kids were having a great time and wanted to stay? Totally false, my grandchildren were bored and wanted to leave. She was very disrespectful and short with us. We could have walked put without paying but we waited only to hell? She didnt deserve the tip and being from out of town, we wont be back. We will never recommend anyone go there.

Food was absolutely superb! We dine here pretty often and the service is always quick but the wait for the food to arrive that we ordered takes a bit longer than expected most of the time. Good lighting and it is nice, clean, and spacious. Would highly recommend eating here! Food tastes absolutely wonderful. Only thing I would say is that the Wi-Fi doesnt work...

Food was great and pretty fast coming out ! Power bowl could use some seasoning on the veg (aside from the sauce which was tasty ) Our server Andi was an absolute delight friendly quick and attentive she definitely made the experience better! Will be coming back soon

I shared with my server that I am celiac/cannot eat wheat. I was very clear and I ordered something simple so it would be easy for the kitchen (chicken Caesar salad). I told her that I would be sick if my food is cross contaminated and asked for them to make my salad in a clean bowl. Im assuming they mustve made it with croutons then taken the chicken from it and put it on a new salad or just made it without any regard because Ive been super sick running to the bathroom all night and experiencing super painful stomach cramps all night. If you have dietary restrictions/allergies I wouldnt risk it and I do not recommend you eat here unless you want to suffer. Definitely not worth it. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Worst Boston Pizza ever since they changed management. I will never go back. The carpets were full of garbage, the seats were filthy and when our server wiped down the seats it was soaking wet, the server never dried it and they expected us to sit on a wet bench. Gave the restaurant another try by ordering out, took over 1.5 hours to get the food delivered. When the food arrived it was soggy, disgusting and cold with minimal portions not even restaurant portions. After having 2 really bad experiences I will never go back.

had to get out of my seat and track down a server a couple times for drink refills or to get all our kid meal inclusions. Just the Kind of thing that you tolerate at a Boston Pizza I guess, if it was a proper restaurant this sort of thing would be unacceptable but I think ppl let it slide at a place like BP. For what we got, it was expensive $120 for 1 pizza, 1 appy, 1 main, 1 drink and a kids meal.

Wont be going back, Went there to do a pick up. The waitress was very kind and friendly, I got the Big Dipper and when i got home not even 5 min later, The sauce lid wasnt on properly so the bottom of the sandwich was just gross mushy bread, The garlic mash potatos were good though

Yes, we were a large group so I get there were going to be some glitches. I was very specific on how I wanted my order and it was still wrong! There was confusion as to who got what food. The place was very noisy even though people were not being noisy. Food

The food at Boston Pizza is pretty much always good (at this location or others) but the last few times weve been at this location, it took a very long time for a server to come see us. For example: we were sitting for at least 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to ask for our drink order, yet during one of our visits, there were three workers sitting at a nearby table folding pizza boxes while we had no service. The speed of service definitely needs to be improved, but otherwise, the restaurant is clean and food is good.

When I came inside there was a sign saying to wait to be seated and nobody came for 35 mins so we got up and seated ourselves. Once seated took about 40 mins to get menus and asked if we wanted drinks they didn t check up meanwhile waiting for food. Now waiting over 25 mins for bill!!! Terrible service !!!!!!!! Seems to be a new blonde girl With glasses.. she s spending most of her time chatting with her friends neglecting her tables and customers !!!!! Terrible. I been here once before and service was great. Sadly after this slice I won t be back.

I don t know what it is with this place, but they always screw up my order. This is the third time in 2 months. It s ridiculous. I order wings for takeout - usually 2 or 3 orders of boneless. Last time, I ordered a double with two separate flavours. When I got home and open the box, they gave me only one flavour. When the store if it was a problem, I said because my wife doesn t like spicy. That s why I ordered a separate flavour for her. So the guy on the phone said he would make me another order with bbq (as I ordered) and wouldn t be charged. Why would I get charged for something I already paid for? Anyways, there was no compensation. I had to drive back to the restaurant then back home. And obviously the food I had at home was cold because that whole ordeal costed me 30-40 mins.

Favorite menu item Bandera bread just wasnt the same as it usually is wasnt impressed and order it every time I go

1st time ordering there for delivery. Its been well over an hour working on 1.5 hours. I called just to be told the delivery driver left and is on his way 20 minutes ago. Like is this normal how hard is it to confirm where an order is?!?!? Then hang up on me. This will be the one and only time that I spend my money there.

Overall the food is good. The only disappointment they didnt have any non-alcoholic beer. I think its time the restaurant should included non-alcoholic choice, time are changing.

Ordered the chicken tacos from their summer menu. The coleslaw was borderline frozen which ruined the taste. After letting the server know the only option she gave me was to reheat my tacos in the microwave. Well go somewhere else for lunch next time.

This wonderful restaurant right across the street from us is a great spot to bring family and/or friends. They have weekly trivia on Wednesday nights, Darts on Mondays and many special events. The staff and management are fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended.

We love going to this Boston pizza but especially on Wednesdays for trivia night. The host always makes it so fun and entertaining. Food and drinks are continously delicious and staff is friendly. It always makes for great night out. :)

Excellent customer service and excellent food

Will not go back on a Saturday night again. The fries were cold , the chicken burger was cold. It took over about 3/4 of a hour to get the food I guess thats why it was cold. The only good part was the server.

Had so much fun. The food was good, apps were naked chicken wings, excellent, spinach dip, with pizza crust which was passable as the bread was sweet and the dip was gloopy and nachos which were excellent. The fun was the trivia night activities. Extremely well done, interesting and varied questions and good MC. We will go back.

Horrible experience. My husband and I came in on Monday, and we ordered Boston Brute sandwich. I am however gluten free (celiac). When I asked if it could go on a gluten friendly bun the waitress said yes. However came back saying that they dont usually do this as rhe sandwich us only offered on a bigger roll. I mentioned to the waitress that Ive been to other Boston Pizzas and they have done it before. I also said I understand it will be smaller but Im willing to have it that way. She then kept emphasizing to us that this was strictly a favour for me that they were doing this for me, and that if it was busy I wouldnt get it. Every so often she would come back and tell us how much of a deal this was that they were doing this for me. I not only felt degraded because I wanted this, but I also felt somewhat discriminated. Worst feeling ever. We will never go back. They did say that there will be a meeting regarding this and certain substitutions. But perhaps in their meeting they should also show more compassion towards people who have allergies.

Dietary restrictions: Very bad experience as a Celiac. Ordered a Pecan Salad, i told the waitress that i was Celiac and needed this to be gluten free, my first salad had a chicken with battered on it, i then looked at her and told her i can t have this, i am Celiac and cannot have any gluten, she took my plate back and did not seem to be too happy, she came back with a another salad with a grilled chichen so i said thank you, started eating it, then came across a crouton in it, called the waitress again and said i now have a crouton she said what is wrong i said i am Celiac, it is very serious, then the Manager came back gave me my 3 salad and said i apologize it should have never happened, wow nothing else. Clearly they need to get more information and training on this. I am very disappointed with this location. I often eat at BP because in other location i was well served and never got sick but now i will think to go back
