Unfortunately today (Christmas Day) will be my last visit to this location. The two working didn t seem to have a clue what was going on. Home alone tonight so I decided to order a donair and salad. Got a call saying they didn t have any salad, so they suggested fries, and I said fine. Showed up to pick it up and they didn t seem to know anything about my order. They started making my order and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it was ready in 5 minutes. And they were satisfied sending me home with a cold donair, meat and everything. Fries were were awful. $30 donation to my garbage.

First time ordering delivery here since Jumbo Pizza closed. I ordered something simple, pizza and zucchini s and they didn t have any more zucchini s so I ended up getting popcurds instead. They never gave me back 4$ since the popcurds cost 10$ and the zucchini s were 14$ and my order was already paid for online. Pizza is not fully cooked through, popcurds portion is small compared to the zucchini s portion and they could of well have put more in there since I did pay more but they did not.. and missing the garlic sauce already paid for as well.. and top it all off.. the delivery driver was extremely rude to me since I did not see an option to tip the driver and thought I already did online.. he rolled his eyes at me, did not even say anything else and walked back to his car.. you will be losing customers if you keep this up, I can understand it was very busy because of the holidays but doesn t give you the right to treat your new customers that way.. first and last time I order from this place. Good luck !

Great service. Delicious pizza.

This incarnation of Milano Pizza is rather disappointing & makes us miss Jumbo Pizza that previously occupied the same location. I waited nearly 75 minutes for delivery. Not impressed with delivery fee, although I understand everyone does that now. Quality of pizza was subpar. Not that Rockland needs another Pizza joint, this one falls to just above Dominos, which is not saying much.

Vegetarian options: Lots of choices etc. Dietary restrictions: They have whatever your looking for in a Pizza Totally Amazing!!! Delicious and lots of Parking: Amazing place Top Notch Pizza number 1 Ottawa 150% Kid-friendliness: They have lots of choices for kids.

Trying out again, found out they still have macaroni wedges and also still have gluten free crusts! Excellent comfort food. Support delicious local business! Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten free pizza with no surcharge for the crust!

They advertise cheese curds and curly fries with the poutine and you get neither . Everything else was decent .

Just had pizza and wings for dinner. Very good will be back

Nasty!! Should of just bought Delisio

The pizza was uncooked and bad tasting and some of the items delivered were wrong. And Im not talking about my girlfriend who got sick after eating your dessert... I will return to Toppers pizza where I am never disappointed.

Ive known Justin since Rockland pizza.(working for Ziad) 15yrs or so .. best service then, even better today. Hes got a big heart. And a great menu that he has built over the years highly recommend trying out his food.

The balance between toppings is so much better now that there are new owners! Not too much or too little of anything! Theyre great people to order from, and quick with their deliveries! A perfect meal after a long day! Also, the pierogi pizza is amazing!!!

Fair prices and an insane variety of pizza! Theyve got the classics plus a little something different if youre feeling frisky. The deep fried jalapeño poppers are a must try side. If Im in Rockland and want pizza, this is the place to go!

Amazing pizza, owner was super friendly!

The pizza was disgusting!! I had crust stuffed with St-Albert cheese crust. Really ticks the box. Its a margarita pizza. It was delicious with enough cheese and the pafe was cooked perfectly. Additionally, I had some stuffed peppers. Wow wow wow. I recommend. Vegetarian options: Possibility of requesting without meat of course. Parking: A parking lot at the front to park. Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the first floor.

Went today with my kids, asked for3 slices got em stacked one on top of the other, when I asked for 2 more plates he begrudgingly did so again without washing his hands after touching money. The slices were cold n soggy and I couldn t get the image of those nasty hands touching my food so I tossed it. Never again, what a gross place.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight.. girl on the phone was pretty unprofessional..ordered chicken bites and received something completely different. Ordered dessert and never got it. No receipt so no clue if we paid for it. FIFTY DOLLARS for fries, fried pickles and something we didn t order (chicken balls stuffed with something). Just disappointed :(

Food is not great. Ordered two pizzas and a large traditional poutine. Poutine had a disgusting amount of mozzarella cheese and the fries fries where undercooked and soggy. The pizza was underwhelming. My only complaint is that the dough is dense with not enough marinara sauce. I m sure people like there food like this but I prefer food that is not sloppy. I m not ordering from jumbo again

Just ordered some pizza, a platter, and some egg rolls off the menu. Everything arrives and the pizza is alright, solid 6/10 with the rest of the platter being alright. But these things you call egg rolls are not egg rolls. They are pizza bites with hard egg roll filling. If you order from here do not order them expecting egg rolls.

Just order our first pizza from Jumbo pizza,Family special two x large and Pepsi .I have to be honest the crust has no taste,very thin too.And not cheap I find it very Expensive.I must say The owner is an amazing young man and does a lot for the community.But the pizza sucks.

Website states they close at midnight but when I call at 10:30 they say they were closing at 11 pm and cant deliver

Amazing poutine! The popcorn chicken and deep fried cheese curds one is wild.

Personally, I would not recommend the poutine. The fries tasted slightly off, not crispy and undercooked. Sauce and real st-albert cheese curds on the other hand very good. PIZZA; I will have to say, even next day after keeping the rest of the pizza in the fridge, it has got to be the best pizza I have ever had in and around Ottawa/Rockland. Their different choices of pizzas are incredible, but by far, the Perogies Pizza is AMAZING. On point, delicious cheese and cheese stuffed crust. Again, THE BEST pizza Ive ever had. I have to give it 4/5 for the poutine sadly, if they could improve the fries, have them more crispy, or something, I think.it would deserve the 5 stars.

Good food. Only place in Rockland that does stuffed crust. Only issue is I normally do pick up, and the times given by the person taking the order are never right. Say 15-20mins and its usually 20-30.

We had tried contacting this place to order food and they never responded to any phone calls in there opening times. We tried calling over 30 times and also no voicemail was available. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant open in our area and so this was are only option for take out.

The best puzza in Eastern Ontario. Great toppings. Fantastic crust. Value for money prices. Taste like you have never tasted bedore. Dont hesitate - buy Jumbo Pizza!

I used to give them 5 stars but in the last year their consistency, their quality and their customer service has decreased (Unless you speak with Justin, then you get great service from him). When it comes to some items on their menu (for example: half the time the gravy in their poutine is too salty and is inedible, sometimes your pizza is overcooked, and your wings are under-cooked). More recently i noticed If you call around 23:30 for delivery they may or may not deliver depending on whos working that night. Their website says they are open until midnight and it doesnt specify delivery ends at 23:30. (Home of the late night delivery Ha! thats no longer true.)

Ordered tonight for the first time because they deliver to Wendover and offer gluten free crust. Pizzas arrived cold and had to heat them back up. I ordered the New York style pizza which should have extra cheese and pepperoni. If it did, I would hate to see what a single serving of each would have been. Looked nothing like the amount shown on the menu. I was excited to try the pizza but wont try it again. There are better gluten free pizzas in town and for a lot cheaper. Too bad.

Owner very friendly and does alot for our community and charitys.

Overrated. Ordered pizza 3 different times, all different kinds and they always came out burnt or they went really light on the toppings. Service when walking in to pick up wasnt exactly the friendliest either. Tasted decent though, but I just wasnt impressed, especially not for what you get for the price. Their homemade garlic sauce isnt anything to rave about either unfortunately. Im giving it three stars simply because they offer tones of options and it tastes better than Pizza Pizza or Dominos.

The key is all the other stuff they offer. Poutines and appetizers are where it s at here. Eaten here multiple times and I m Sorry to say but the pizza is just too heavy for me personally. I think it may be the dough, thin crust was pretty heavy too.

Pizza is a decent quality. The cheese stuff crust is pointless. Also had the deep fried pickles which I loved! Pizza I would give 7/10 Pickles 9/10

I go there for their keto crust pizza, its the second time I go (because its good) but everytime I ask extra cheese, extra pepperoni. I always get home to no extra, yet being charged the extra. Its sad. Its really good food tho

Food is excellent. The building spoils the meal a bit. A little run down. A table in the dining area piled with their work stuff. Store room door wide open to the dining area, but the store room was messy, dirty, and the cans of tomato sauce belies the fresh source motto.
