Great food nice and kind employes definitely recommend best fast food pizza in Rockland for sure
The pizza is great, but the last 3 times I ordered the creamy Alfredo pasta was pretty bad. No sauce at all. If they are putting any, they're not putting in enough. Pasta ends up dry as sand and plain tasting, I'm having to add sauce myself...dissapointing and frustrating.
Good pizza but far too expensive, would order far more often from Pizza Hut if prices were reasonable.
Had a great experience at this pizza spot. Ordered the Hawaiian pizza and some wings, and they were both really tasty. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the wings had a nice crunch to them. Overall, a solid choice for a casual meal.
Its astonishing, ever since they opened they have a 100% track record with forgetting my wings in the order. Service is trash, and they pay very little attention to the job. Our last incident, we picked up our order, and somehow our wings ended up in out for delivery, to god knows where. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the driver to come back with the wings to give them to us. Very disappointed with the service
The atmosphere is not really inviting. Large space but the counter is 4 feet from the front door so clients are crammed together waiting. Service was ok. The staff seemed very busy and rushed so I guess business is good. Food was bland. Like pizza pizza or Domino's. Nothing fantastic. If you wish to have great pizza you are better off going to a local restaurant. Prices are like everywhere else. 90$ for 3 X 12 inch pizza and boneless wings and a 2 litre of 7up. Expensive for what it was.
I’ve only ever ordered online for the pizza hut in Rockland , and they have gotten my order wrong 9/10 times. I always order BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, and they can never get it right. On many instances I’ve had to call subsequently after posting my order to ensure they get it right. Again today, they didn’t get it right. I’m done with this location. Its too bad because Pizza Hut is delicious but their staff can’t get it right.
Purchased the large Triple Crown special last week for 16.99$. Pizza had no pepperoni on it. When i picked my order up today, i told them what happened last week and they assured me this one would be fine. Well, the first two pieces had no pepperoni at all. It seems to be every third piece that had one piece of pepperoni. Two calls to the Call Centre where they tell me they can advise the location but no offer to replace .

We will not be ordering again the lad that deliver our pizza was so ignorant and bad attitude its un real, he was driving a black Honda civic, all because we had a delivery arrive at our place when he pulled in, and could not wait the 1 min for the van to back out..

Terrible restaurant. Rude staff. Unorganized. Have had my order wrong or missing items many times now. They have had lots of chances to change my review. Last time I called because they forgot one of my pizzas and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. I will no longer be going back.
Fast, efficient pizza hut. They seem to always be on top of things so their system appears to work well. Great amount of parking, slightly small store which I find is never packed even during busy hours. Parking: Shared parking with large grocery store so plenty of parking.
We have given this location 4 different tries and each time we have ordered they have given 4 different problems. The first time during the soft open the owner full on yelled and cussed at my husband for not tipping right away, the second time the delivery driver was warned and asked to come in for the order since our evestrough has a leak and we cant fix it till the snow is gone and he refused then yelled at us about it. The third time it was marked delivered and never showed and when we called they said it was marked so there is nothing they can do. Tonight was the last straw, not only did they change our estimated delivery time twice they marked it as delivered and didnt show up for 10 mins AFTER they marked it but the pizza was cold and deflated, we ordered home style got thin which was burnt and leathery and the sauce tasted like it went bad. We called asking for a partial refund and they refused and said they would only give us credit. Sorry but 4 out of 4 times and horrible service everytime we will not being going back. Ill order from Orleans and pick it up.
6:50pm and they are not taking orders because they are to busy even if they are open till 10pm.. in a small town..
Giving 2-Stars because while we had a somewhat decent experience before, this time it was not only late but wrong. They added the wrong toppings to one of our orders and needed to complicate things when contacting them and trying to make it right.

First pizzas I received were great during new opening. Last night ordered the $10 canadian and got a pizza with no sauce, no pepperoni and several chunks of mushrooms. Wrote an email and nobody responded. I have since reordered several times and it was excellent.

I ordered wings last night. They forgot to sauce them. When I called in, they put me on hold for 8 mins. It wouldn t be a big issue but I had no bbq sauce at home - hence I ordered them with sauce. So then I had to run to the store and buy my own sauce. I tried calling back but always put on hold.
Ordered a pizza a little while back and asked for feta and chicken as toppings. I was given feta as the base of the pizza with zero sauce at all. Tried to call in an get it fixed but only got the call centre. Will definitely be choosing Rockland Pizza or Dominos over this Pizza Hut.
The food here is scrumptious, the pizza is baked and made according to your needs as well the service is on point. Very satisfied with the store here

Was very upset to see a large looooooong brown hair full on in my pizza. I have never once seen anyone with a hair net. Sounds like someone needs the health department called.

BEWARE, the thin crust pizza is so dry, including the toppings, that we choked on it. We will NEVER buy there again.
We ordered a pizza on the weekend for pick up. After getting home, we realized they made a pizza that was not what we asked for. Called the store, but got a call center and they said they couldnt help. So today we went to the store to explain the mix up. The person said we will give you a credit. My husband said, instead of having to keep track of it, Ill just take the pizza now. The store attendant said 15 min. Go back in to the store to pick it up and he says $24. My husband said you said I would get a credit. He said I didnt say of how much. Needless to say he walked away without the pizza. As my husband was leaving, he said i will post a review, the store attendant said go ahead....and here we are. Poor business practices....dont waste your time with them, youll be disappointed.
They didnt provided us a confirmation number and misspelled our name on the order even tho the name was almost identical they wouldnt give us our order. We had to re-order. At no point did they apologize or try to find a solution all they keep telling me is re order.

Ordered online and they said they would deliver in Wendover..then got a call an hour and a half after ordering saying that they dont deliver more than 8km away! So why did the website allow me to place the order.Spoke with the on-site Manager who was rude and hung up on me! Wow top notch client service ...NOT!
Awesome food and service
Put an order online over 50 dollars. Had to call when food didnt arrive. I was told they dont deliver to my address. Would of been nice to receive a call to tell us so.
