Great pizza and owner is pretty is pretty nice too he offered me a free drink because it was my first time coming to rockland
Had a little mix up with headquarters when I was ordering my pizza. I wanted pepperoni, and I was given cheese - no big deal right? At first I was unimpressed . I paid for my pizza and left. I expressed to Emmy (the gentleman who made my pizza) that this isn’t what I had ordered . I left , 20$ not a HUGE problem. 2 hours later , I received a phone call from PizzaPizza HQ and I was provided with a 100% refund , as well as a voucher for my next purchase . I was extremely pleased, Erin on the phone assured me they would be providing more training to their HQ employees. Thank you Emmy for your help!
Great pizza! Do not under value chain pizza places. You get what is expected, great food. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We ordered earlier in the day online for a 1700hrs pick-up of five x-large, and they were ready when expected.
We enjoy a good Pizza Pizza for Friday pizza night! In attempt to encourage local I approches the owner if they deliver for a party! Granted I am far out and proposed to pay extra for delivery and the answer was a flat no! Very disappointed so piece Pizza Rockland will not deliver out here!!
Pizza was terrible ate 1 slice frome the whole large tasted like cardboard and everything was falling off the pizza. Also witnessed the owner and his wives being extremely rude to there employees. Definitely not the pizza joint to go to since there's so many in Rockland with way better food and customer service. So yourself a favor and steer clear
Staff is great, establishment is very clean, and the food is good.The owner themselves are super, very friendly and staff as well..never had a problem when ordering and when delivered,, keep up the good services,,
very disappointed. first of all, when the delivery got here, the machine wasn’t working and he was demanding cash, when i ordered online i specifically said paying with credit card. it took 10 whole minutes, he was clueless what he was doing. then when i got inside my pizza was missing pepperonis. the sauce was completely off, disgusting. never will be ordering again. many pizza places and this ain’t the one.
We had heard it was opening day for the new store in Rockland today so we decided it was a great day to have pizza for lunch. We were greeted with a friendly smile and the smell of fresh pizza, the store itself was fresh and clean with the staff looking very professional and enthusiastic ( this might seem trivial but I get annoyed with underwhelming employees) and this enthusiasm came shining through in the pizza, the crust was perfectly cooked and the toppings sung with flavour. And before you say this is a bit over the top for a pizza, this was the first time in a long time that I enjoyed every slice right to the last bite and it’s been a while since I’ve been able to say that 😄. Needless to say I’ll definitely be back 10/10
Pizza is OK but not worth the price. This is gourmet pizza prices at dollar slice quality.

i came here a while ago and the place was a whole mess i walked in and the staff looked extremely lost and when i went to order they had no idea what they were doing and didnt get my order right 2 times and then when i went home with my pizza i found the bottom was burnt i will not be returning here!

Amazing place to eat
Ordered a pizza online and got confirmation that the store got the order only to find out they didnt get it. They did nothing to rectify the situation at all. So be careful if you order online. Not coming here again.
Ordered delivery panzerotties with friends, around 50$. We had them before in Orleans many times. It came all soggy, and full of oil, unedible. Called and was tranferred to supervisor, waited 20 minutes, call again, all what was offered was a replacement or 10$ credit... for a 50$ order? We would have taken replacement if they hadnt told us they called the Rockland store and were told they made them exactly how the pizza pizza recipe is. This story wont last with this type of customer service and lack of accountability. I didnt even take the 10$ credit, I will never order from here again.

This has very rapidly become my go-to for a quick grab to eat before a shift, I appreciate having another Rockland location open during the later hours of the night! Many of their items are highly recommended; Ive taken a particular liking to their Four Meat Stromboli.

Food was delivered quick during stormy weather. Delivery man was friendly. Glad to finally have Pizza Pizza in the neighborhood. I recommend food covered or sealed in a thicker or insulated bag. Food was not too hot when arrived but overall taste is great.

Love having pizza pizza in rockland only opened 1 1/2 week and already been there 3 times food is extremely good and the staff is very nice and polite
We live 9 km away from this pizza pizza and when we input our address, it says Rockland; but then says deliver to Hawksbury. So after 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, we were told we live too far for them to deliver to us. Mind you, Pizza Hut, Dominos, K n Z, Milanos etc are all the same distance if not further from our address and do deliver to us. With so many pizza places in Rockland, its hard to justify ordering from the only one that refuses to deliver.
