This take out restaurant is a real gem of the community! It has a great menu and everything I've tried is delicious. Made fresh on order, the portions are generous! The staff are super kind and helpful, my new go to restaurant in Rockland! The parking out front is convenient and the wait is never long.
I was initially skeptical about this place before going for the first time. My boyfriend and I really like Thai food, we ordered a bit of everything to just test it out, and most of it was ordered spicy, or quite spicy. We loved it, it was soooo yummy, and the portions were big that we had enough for a later snack. Pad See Ew, superb, the green curry, just hit the spot, and so many delicious vegetables. The POad Kra Pao with the fried egg, just really hit the spot evne more. We were so blown away by the quality. The owner and her partner and team really know how to chef it up, a few days after our initial order we went back again to order the lunch menu. I was quite surprised with the portions, more than fare, the price was great, and it all just tasted so fresh, and it was a thai kind of spicy, which I loved. I cant wait to go back again, highly recommnd.
First time here, was a great experience. The fresh rolls (shrimp) were great, really liked the creamy peanut satay sauce, and the spring rolls (really big and not greasy) for some app. Had the yellow curry chicken (lots of flavour) and we ordered the pad Thai w shrimp (found it a little dry). Wasn't disappointed with anything, simply describing what we received as it was for take out.
Wow! Very amazing Thai food. From the service, to the hot food (even after a 20 minute drive home) and the taste. We are so so full and happy! Probably the best pad Thai on this end of the city. Amazing crab Rangoons & fried rice. Highly recommend Vijittra for your next takeout meal.
The ingredients were fresh, which I appreciated. However, the dish seemed to lack seasoning, as it tasted quite bland. The sauce was very thin, more like a broth with meat and vegetables. Overall, it wasn't the best Thai dining experience I've had.
I had a great takeout experience from this restaurant. The chicken pad Thai was delicious, and I liked that I could choose how spicy I wanted it. The food was hot and fresh when I got home. The staff was friendly and quick when I picked up my order. Overall, I highly recommend this place for tasty Thai food and good service, even for takeout.
Delicious food. Portions were bigger than expected. Owner was friendly, and our food was warm when we arrived home.I recommend their pad thai. Preorder over phone before coming, it will save you a bit of wait time. I hear they are considering bringing bubble tea to their menu. That would be awesome, we need more options in Rockland.
We were really craving Thai food and since this is the closest spot we decided to give it a try off the rave reviews. Firstly the customer service is unmatched - it's hard to find good customer service now a days but they're extremely friendly and want the customer to genuinely have the best tasting food and experience. Being perfeclty honest the pad thai was not my favorite at all. The carrots are odd in it - along with the raw bean sprouts. It could have used more sauce - it was pretty dry. I had a bit and then couldn't eat it anymore so I spruced it up at home - I fried it with dark soya sauce, a small glop of peanut butter and sesame oil. I put sesame seeds on top with a bit of siracha and omgosh it was freaking amazing. They have def mastered the green curry on the other hand. It was phenomonal - it was a perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The curry had an excellent variety of vegetables inside of it that were really cooked well. The rice was also really good. Will return for the green curry and possibly the pad thai if I feel like sprucing it up again :)

My first time at this restaurant. I ordered the general Tao chicken. It was delicious. I got home and it was still hot. It was a generous portion, I had leftover for lunch the next day. The cashier was very friendly. I will go back and I recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing food, always really hot, the food is always consistent, and the best part of all, lightning fast delivery times. The slow delivery times in the other comments are from when they were really busy on opening week. Weve ordered multiple times since then and its always faster than anywhere in Rockland.
The portions are generous and the food is really good. We had great service. We had to wait a little because the phone wouldnt stop ringing so I knew it was worth the wait if the place was so busy. If youre in the Rockland region, its worth the stop. For now its take out only. Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes offer a vegetarian option like tofu or vegetables!
Excellent dinner tonight, lots of ingredients in each dish. We had chicken satay, spring rolls with chili sauce, green curry chicken, tofu pad thai and fried banana with chocolate dip dish... Very satisfying! A+++ Vegetarian options: The tofu pad thai was to die for.

Usually take out in Rockland regardless of the restaurant is mediocre at best. Then there is Vijittra Thai!!! We had the medium hot chicken pad Thai, yellow curry phong ga-ree and delicious fresh rolls. All three were amazing. This is my go to from now on when I don t feel like cooking. Kudos to the chef!
Its an absolute wow. We met twice in the same day because the service, the food and the cleanliness of the place are excellent. The owner is really nice and she suggested the dishes and even allowed us to make adjustments. (like adding vegetables or spicy level) If you try this place, you will be delighted. Thank you for bringing your dishes, your culture and sharing it with us.
Very good Pad Thai, our dinners were ready for the promised time and the portions were generous. We will definitely be ordering again. Parking: There were enough parking spots for a take out location.

This place has blossomed into a go to for a good dinner. I recommend the curry dishes they are full of flavors. We have tried mostly everything on the menu and all is good. You can ask for extra sauce for extra taste and it hits the spot. Very good service. Happy to have a place like this in Rockland.
Friendly service with large portions of great tasting, nutritious food. We had shirmp tom kha and tom yum soups, tofu yellow curry, beef pineapple fried rice and banana spring rolls. Will absolutely be ordering again and recommending to friends. Vegetarian options: Lots of tofu!
I had crab Rangoon, with the pad Thai with the dessert spring rolls, and I m here writing a review AFTER my meal which ,I swear I ve never done . This is authentic and super delicious, server and the even the owner, seem like really great people, I recommend this place over the ruby house to be completely honest. You guys should give it a try.

First time here and I can t wait to go back. Good portions and very healthy. Veggies are fresh. The girl that greets you at the front counter and the owners are very friendly. I got the General Tao chicken and it was excellent.

Recently visited this establishment. As a fan of Thai I was excited to give it a try. I ordered the chicken pad Thai, it was ready in 15 minutes, stayed warm throughout the whole meal, Portions are generous for the price. Staff is friendly. We ll definitely be back and try different menu options. Parking: 4 spots in front of business

Tried the red curry with chicken, very nice broth with lots of flavour. Very clean little take out restaurant, no tables to sit and eat. Quick service, did not have to wait too long for my order and it was perfectly cooked.

Wow at the person who left one star for not finding the menu... Its on their website, so really easy to find. Id also like to point out that you left this poor review on the restaurants opening day, without having tried the food? Way to support small/local businesses. How about giving them a chance? Again, you can find the menu on their website. No wonder nothing stays opened in Rockland, besides pizza places...

I got the cashew chicken and it was delicious. I m definitely making this place my go to take out place from now on. Rockland really needed something else than Pizza and I m glad this is it. 10/10 would recommend. No picture unfortunately cause it was devoured in a few minutes
Place is extremely clean. Everything is very fresh and excellent. Better than any Thai food in Ottawa. Thank you for opening this gem in Rockland.
I m so impressed with this gem we just stumbled upon. The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! The best Thai food I ve ever had! I placed my order on the phone 10 minutes before they closed for my first experience. The lady on the phone was so kind and happy to take my order. I didn t have time to search through the menu because it was so close to closing but I asked her what she loved and ordered her recommendations which DID NOT disappoint. We will definitely be trying more items from the menu. This is exactly what we needed in Rockland. Thanks for making us delicious food!
Visited on their 2nd day of being open. There were some very minor glitches (to be expected), but we got our food in good time, and they all kept a smile on and figured it all out. Food was great!! Golden Balls are amazeballs!!
Fresh ingredients, amazing tasting food!
Vegans/vegetarians I tried calling them several times once they oppened for lunch hours.. no one answered. Showed up in person..ask for a vegan option for the lunch special menu.. they said nothing can be modified..if a product has fish sauce..they can t change it. Asked to get the fresh tofu rolls instead (they re vegan)..they said they don t have any ready..would need to come back for dinner service. Vegetarian options: Any product with fish sauce cannot be modified. Little to no choices for vegetarian/vegan diets.
First time we order tonight and wow. Amazing!!! We got two pad thai, spring roll & rangoon and it was soooo good! They are very busy, suggest calling in advance to pre order!
This place is great! The service was amazing, establishment was extremely clean! We ordered a variety of dishes with chicken as our protein and my only critique is that I wish there was more chicken in the dishes. I would say that the dishes were 75% vegetables but the dishes themselves tasted great! Overall a great experience and will be going back!
We had Tum Yum soup, appetizers and for meals a pad thai and a red curry dish! Everything was EXCELLENT!! It deserves more than 5 stars. Well done!!!

I visited this establishment once before. My first impression was very positive. The food was fresh and very delicious. Even though I went 10 minutes before the closing time, the quality of the food was still high. I am looking forward to visit here again. Parking: There are limited spaces to park around the building however, the spots clear up quickly.
Called around 5pm to place an order, told it ll be ready in 2.5 hours which we were fine with considering they re new and busy. Showed up at 7:30, they didn t have our order, nor did they remember us calling, waited another 20mins to actually make our food. Overpriced for the portions they give and food was mediocre.
My neice and I went for lunch today and it was amazing! The service was friendly, the order was ready quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious! Vegetarian options: An abundance of options suitable for vegetarians and vegans
Place my order at 5:30 I was told that my order will be ready at 7:30, 7:45 I finally got my order. The Pad Thai as way to much fish sauce, chicken cashew no flavour I will not order from that place anymore Food
Nice people and good thai food. The demand for this place has been overwhelming. So, take into consideration that Friday and Weekends are extremely busy. Anyway. Went two times. The food was good. I tried the soup and red curry which was good. The soup is zesty which i like. Later, tried Pad thai which was AMAZING. The spring rolls were excellent also. Both times, servings were huge. I am looking forward to trying more.
This location is take out only. Limited selection and unfortunately all tastes the same. Served in watery broth. Did not detect Thai spices or sauces. Vegetables were still raw. Staff were friendly and served in a timely fashion. They need to improve.

(I gave 4 for atmosphere only because its a takeout restaurant) This is a relatively new establishment in Rockland, and I have been wanting to try it, since I love Thai food! I spoke to the owner, and she was lovely. The service was excellent! I had the $10 Tuesday Pad Tai (so good, huge portion and very affordable!) and Thom Yum soup (6.95). Spent a total of $19 and have loads of food left! I cant wait to try more things on the menu :)
