ST-Hubert Rouyn-Noranda 0 étoile toujours froid et le temps dattente en livraison est vraiment incroyable le repas est toujours hyper froid et à jeter à la poubelle. Le livreur gentil mais repas inconsommable. Terminé pour moi St-Hubert! Je vous recommande Mikes 3 fois plus rapide et repas toujours chaud et beaucoup plus loin de chez moi que le St-Hubert.

I just had an excellent meal at St Hubert in Rouyn-Noranda! I tried the chicken wings and a half rack of ribs, and both were absolutely amazing. The ribs were the best I have ever eaten tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The piri piri sauce is unique and added just the right amount of heat to the wings. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality BBQ. I will definitely come back! Just had an amazing meal at St Hubert in Rouyn-Noranda! Sorted the chicken wings and half rack ribs, and both were absolutely incredible. The ribs were the best I ve ever had tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Incredibly delicious pork ribs burger

To start, we had a reservation for 6:00 p.m. Our meals were only served to us at 7:20 p.m. There were 5 of us and our plates were really not edible. There were 2 orders of chicken skewers with mushy rice and everything was cold. An order of Thai skewers, mushy rice too, the chicken really overcooked and dried out and all cold too. A double leg meal, hot but with very very pink chicken at the top of the thigh, only the drumsticks were eaten. And the last order was a cold club sandwich and damp toast for too long on the plate before being served. As compensation for this bad service we were simply offered a free dessert, not very strong. The person responsible for customer service didnt even take the time to come and apologize.

I asked for a Thai skewer, with rice. They served me and there was so much Thai sauce that it tasted like soup. When the waitress came back she asked me if everything was to my taste I showed her and I asked for a replacement rice, she told me that she had to charge me for it, she had to order it in his system and that it was going to charge me I ate the skewer and left the soup there.

Always nice this place, good food and very good service.

Bad service, creamy salad not even creamy cheese from my poutine still completely cold same for the fries, we even had to put our leftovers to take away in boxes, in short very bad experience for the restaurant in Rouyn.

It has been a while since we last ate at St-Hubert in Rouyn-Noranda. So, we went there for dinner yesterday (March 23, 2024). We have noticed some changes: - the creamy coleslaw was more like the version traditional, a little less sweet, the chopped cabbage less finely (therefore, more difficult to chew); - the fries were mostly soft; - accompanying vegetables (especially green beans) lacked cooking; - finally, new on the menu with fried squid but I had entitled to a clear disappointment: a ball of pieces of squid as big as a baseball, most pieces of squid on the plate were rubbery and there was lots of over fried and greasy pieces of pasta. At $18, this was the first and last experience with this dish. For the rest, a bill of $106 gives food for thought... In conclusion, we did not find any reserved and identified parking space for disabled people but there is some for customers who come to collect their orders!!! Parking: See text above.

Nous avons eu un excellent service MAIS... salade de chou pas fraiche (sure) frites molles, côtes levées froides et la sauce très liquide pour couronner le tout.... Alors voilà lan prochain nous allons changer notre formule pour 14 personnes.

Smaller chicken thigh, I asked for a garden salad instead of fries but I received fries, and finally when I had the Salad AND THIS AFTER FINISHING MY CHICKEN, the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers were rotten. The waitress took $2.50 off my bill...LOL

Saturday June 24, I went to the dining room. Upon ordering the chicken breast, I learned that they were out of coleslaw. No substitute vegetables or salad, no reduction on the bill. Disappointment with the service and the dish received.

No beef for a while. No vegetables with the skewers. After discussing with the manager, she gave us a discount. Very disappointing coming from a St Hubert. However, I have nothing to say against the courteous service.

I particularly enjoyed the crispy chicken wrap... Just a bit too expensive otherwise EVERYTHING is perfect! Dietary restrictions: We can very easily ask them to remove certain foods that may contain allergens.

Without service at the bar, the employee had time to serve her young colleagues sitting at the bar but not its customers! ! Dry salad sauce and drink I ended up eating cold! Worst restaurant with incompetent people and no respect. Even the manager and the owner of the place have no class. After waiting for my order for 1.5 hours and not having received anything, I called back only to have the owner of the place yell insults at me. Nothing was done to compensate me, not even an apology. I was yelled at and hung up on the line despite the fact that I gave VERY CLEAR instructions to the phone and that I have a simple address (no separates) vrmt dont go there. They also employ children.

Sunday, Mothers Day 2022 my mother and I ordered St- Hubert for our dinner, (we order from there a few times a year). When our delivery arrived I was glad to see my favorite delivery man, he quickly noticed (with the receipt numbers from our meals and the small bag our salades and utensils were in) that he had brought the wrong orders and explained he would immediately go back for the proper orders (the restaurant is approximately a 2 minute drive from my home). Instead, because of the quality and friendly service which (found out his name on Sunday) Kamals always brings us, we gladly accepted those meal (which one should have been the fish and chips that my mom was looking forward to trying for the first time, but instead she would have her usual chicken breast meal). This man has been working for St-Hubert for multiple years. He is always kind, polite, respectful, pleasant, hes always easy to make laugh and always smiles. Over the years I find that more and more customer service representatives/some of the people that work with the public dont offer a good, pleasant or even professional service. Its as if some dont care about losing their job, and cant be bothered to make an effort or even take an extra step to help their customers. Therefore, when I come across someone like this delivery man, I will absolutely take the time to call a manager/supervisor and compliment their employee as I just did before typing out this review. What a desappointment!! As a vegetarian for over 6 years, very disappointed to order two veggie wraps to take away and to discover at home that one of the wraps is a chicken and bacon wrap. Especially since the label of the wrap says vegetarian. This is disrespectful and unacceptable.
