Freshii in Rouyn-Noranda

The two women working there greeted me with a smile and explained the menu and how it worked. The dish was prepared with care, the food was fresh and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Im not a fan of wooden utensils but the restaurant seems to have an eco-friendly approach with compostable cutlery and utensils. Bravo, I will go back every time I visit Rouyn Noranda

I have eaten there 5 times and twice the rice has been poorly cooked (hard). Will have to check the cooking of the rice, I almost broke a tooth on the rice.

Long service and more salads in my brown and disgusting wrap. Freshi no freshness in my wrap, I threw it away it fell on my heart. We do not pass on old stock to the customer. Or leftovers from the day before.

À force dy aller et davoir toujours des oublies dans ma commande, je ny vais plus aussi souvent... Cest dommage car lendroit est bien!

I was sold an avocado juice for a green freshi. I told her that it tasted ps like last time she told me I put a lot of avocado and there was more Kail and other ingredients, but why sell something that is not good for does the thing? Without apologizing anymore

I had a bad experience today... I would like to point out that the employees were friendly and the meal was very good. There was an error in my order (carnivorous meal instead of vegetarian meal) and when I realized the error I was already at home. I called to advise and was told that I could get a $10 discount on my next order. I asked if I could get the discount and also pick up the right order right now and they only allowed me to pick up the right order, so I drove back. When I got there I explained to them that I had to move because of an error on their part, but they didnt change their mind. I am of the opinion that the discount would have made a satisfied customer. Thank you and have a nice day

It says they close at 9 a.m. but really they closed at 8 a.m. Were moving for nothing, very disappointed.

Very long service, failure to prioritize online orders, DoorDash orders and restaurant orders. I give a five because the other days everything is correct but the weekend to review

healthy menu at a lower cost

I go to eat there every time I visit Rouyn Noranda. The food is good and healthy. There are vegetarian options and by making our own bowl we can even create vegan options. The owner is present and sociable which increases the attractiveness. This restaurant offers something that others dont. Its worth the detour for anyone who wants to eat healthily in Rouyn... Bravo, great initiative, beautiful restaurant and excellent, fast service!!! 5 stars

I love eating there. The food is always fresh and the staff are always enthusiastic and smiling.

Always a good place to chat, where you can discover new things to eat, to eat a little after training at the gym. The service is super good, they even recognized me by name the last time I was there!
