Café Restaurant Marrakech in Rouyn-Noranda

A little girl screamed throughout our meal. She was behind the counter with the owners. I didnt like the shrimp tagine. My husbands liver skewers, the meat was raw in the middle. Dangerous! We ate one after the other because we received our plates more than 20 minutes apart.

Be careful of fraud since we paid by card at this restaurant, 4 fraud transactions have magically appeared on our bank account!!!

How can I tell you it was late in the evening there I want to order there was almost nothing open apart from McDonalds but spa good faque I try that and yio it made the restaurant that I prefer plus its not expensive for what it is try this and youll get another one!

The flavors of the dishes are quite good but the portion is small for the suggested price. The staff seems uninterested in providing quality customer service. I dont know if we will return.

These dinners were good and the staff was great! The food is incredible! Vegetarian options: Lots of options and very tasty! Dietary restrictions: There is the option of having your drinks lactose-free! And without pork ;) Kid-friendliness: Even the owners had their children with them! Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, on the ground floor :)

I have visited the restaurant on several occasions and find that the staff are warmly welcoming and the food reminds us of the flavors and tastes of North African and oriental cuisine, also the coffee is tasty with a great choice for caffeine lovers. Best wishes

Hello, me as a first experience and being really happy to taste the number 1 cuisine in the world, I was really on it firstly by the welcome of the employees who was more than low the waiter was not polite even not hello or welcome he was very arrogant unfortunately, and the setting up of the table which contains 1 fork and 1 knife for 3 people, you ask for things and the waiter who was a gentleman advises you other choices according to his taste saying that it is easier to make, the order took a long time to arrive, we have never seen that the bread arrives 15 minutes after the tagine which is normally hot and it must be eaten at the same minute, when we received the bread it was a small quantity for not even one person but there were 3 of us with two tagines and a ze3louk, and without forks for everyone of course we asked for them to add some bread but we waited until at the end but we received nothing of course, we also spoke of the taste it was really not great compared to what we are used to finding elsewhere and to prepare too, we took a taco which comes in a dish on its own without fries without sauce and no taste yet, for payment it also took about twenty minutes, we wanted to encourage you with our visit but you have a lot of things to rectify, and dont forget that you represent the image of a whole people, Reception: rubbish Dishes: tastes not good Service: lousy Organization: lousy

The chicken tajinie was good but the olives were not pitted, you should be warned in this case because it could be expensive ;) The waiter seemed angry and not friendly, no welcome word and when serving the tagine only a small portion of bread, we had to pay extra! Can do much better!

The food is pure delight! An explosion of flavors, a taste that you would want to keep in your mouth for hours and hours, it was a treat! Friendly and warm atmosphere, welcoming staff, nothing to say! I am very happy to have this restaurant in Rouyn, I will definitely be a regular

The veal tagine was delicious. The service...I dont know where to start. The staff is courteous but didnt seem to understand the orders. Of the 9 people in our group, at least 3 of us were forgotten from the start. We had to recommend it a second time, 30 minutes later. We also booked in advance and our table (reservation for 10) was taken by 5 people when we arrived. We had to gather around a living room table to eat, all 9 people... Several other tables of customers were also dissatisfied with not receiving their meals which were sometimes canceled long after ordering. This is not bad will on the part of the staff, just a huge lack of restaurant experience.
