Stopped her because it looked like it would be convenient, had both gas and food. However it was one of the slowest places ever. Took 23 minutes to get my food which when I finally got it was cold. Avoid this spot.
Had a little problem as I speak English and the staff that served me only speaks French. But I still got my food and it was very good

Fantastic smiles and service on my early drive to PEI from Ottawa. Made my trip that much better having a hot coffee and a sandwich.
The usual Mc Donald's in the same complex as Atlantic superstore. There's also a great shoemaker that did a great and inexpensive job in replacing a hiking boot lace system hook.
Got the wrong orther multiple times in the past, depending on the working shift its either 11/10 or 4/10. Early is better

Incompetent. Unable to take mobile orders despite transaction going through. They wanted me to redo the transaction even though I had the confirmation receipt.

Fast service and maintaining the Mc Donalds standard
What did you do with the Quebecers who worked there? We see more! We have difficulty understanding the person in charge of orders at the drive-thru. The service is really slow!! Never seen that for a McDonalds 3 cars behind me left because it was so long!

No common sense, the order is never correct. I came back from , ordered a happy feast, no happy feast delivered at home, 2 chicken macs, then delivered at home and one with habanero sauce not edible. Criss gang without genius NEVER understand anything. Its over, I can NEVER go back to this McDonalds. Truly a gang of incompetents.

Fries regularly cold at each drive-thru, beverage tasted like water bottle surely empty of liquor..

Normal McDonalds food but the service is not the best. Lots of mistakes like putting fries instead of poutine or not asking for the size of the fries

Drive-thru service generally very fast. And unlike other McDonalds, I almost never have an error in my order.

We order a happy feast as well as my offer of 2 trios for 17.50 by giving my code to get the discount. The cashier enters the code, I have confirmation on my cell phone. Finally we pay the total, no discount applied. We mention it to the cashier, but nothing is done.

We wanted to order a crispy Buffalo chicken poutine and a sweet chili wrap . the cashier tells us that she does not make her two meals in their branch even though they are meals on the menu. We asked for a 7UP.. The cashier forgot to charge it to us so we had to redo a transaction... So complicated for a transaction that could have been so simple.

The meal was perfect, hot and delicious! For the atmosphere, no idea, I used the drive-thru... Service: I understand that working in customer service is not easy due to the shortage of labor and people who are more and more in a hurry... On the other hand, a little smile or a good ending day or a thank you in response to a customer thanking you with a smile would be welcome... It would be much better, than an expressionless look from an employee who doesnt seem to like what he does at all. .. Or who was perhaps very jaded when I passed by... But hey... that doesnt take away from your efficiency and speed! Well done, keep it up but... Smile

Restaurant in a pitiful state that REALLY needs to be renovated. Even more insulting when we know that the other branches of the same franchisee have all been brought up to date in recent years. The toilets are in terrible condition.

The service was excellent but this McDonalds does not have the full menu. There was no Thai sauce, no wraps etc. They only have what is more classic on the menu.
Jai attendu devant le comptoir au moins 5 minutes. Jétais seule, un samedi et il était 17h15. Deux commis mont vue. Une a dit à lautre de venir me répondre et lautre à dit quelle navait pas le temps...elle avait lair de préparer des filtres à café. Je suis partie sans avoir parlé à personne après un moment. Première et dernière visite.
