Poutine awesome , Pizza So Delicious
I feel bad i have to give such a low general score. But two 12" pizza,10 chicken wings and 2 drinks 95$$$$ !!!!!!!!! Including tip. I can tell you, this was no exceptionnel pizza, it was regular pizza. But 25$ for a bambino pizza, !?!?! Id pay 25 for an extra large pizza.

Requested receipt at time of delivery. Machine was out of paper so they took my email address to send by email (which would have been fine). Have received two emails as advertisements but no receipt. I've tried calling and spoke with two people and was placed on hold for 31 minutes then the call ended. No response for two days. The pizza however is quite good. Get back to me with the receipt and I would be happy to amend the review accordingly, of course.
I had delivery so didnt sit in the restaurant atmosphere but i am sure it would have been great. I ordered the jalapeño peppers and cheeze deep fried pieces, onion rings and BBQ wings. All delicious. Would buy from them again. Delivery was fast.
Their pizza and poutine is the best around. Whenever we get food from there it's because we want a no-brainer comfort food that slaps. Salvatoré really gets it, they understand the niche of fast, hot and lavish food on the go and they deliver, hard.

(updated) Long story short: they cancelled my order on 21/aug. Today is 03/sep and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND! DO.NOT.ORDER.FROM.THIS.PLACE! This is the second time they cancel a demand/delivery because there is no one to deliver. Up untill now all ok. But then I have to call them to ask them for a refund. The guy who answered the phone was one of the most obnoxious and impatient people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. Salvatore Pizza, you should check that people who answer the phone are actually willing to talk on the phone. I am never ordering from Salvatore again.

2h30 between placing the order and the arrival of the pizza! I understand its Friday evening, but the delay is unreasonable! I had dinner guests, we spent our evening watching the pizza preparation progress bar. I had to improvise a dinner with leftovers for my young children because they cant wait for dinner at 8 p.m. I absolutely do not recommend delivery. If you want to eat pizza, go get it locally, the delivery time just doesnt make sense! The pizza was excellent, though!
Great service, efficient employees, clean environment. I received my order and I was not disappointed at all! Beautiful generosity in the portion and in the condiments of my poutine!

The employee was drinking his liquor and didnt give me any utensils with my poutine. If I had not mentioned to him that my order was not paid I could have left without paying. The food was good.

I ordered 5 times from 9 a.m. until 3 a.m., no one ever came to deliver my order, I can never speak to the restaurant employee, its always the bad customer service agent who answers and who answers me transfer to the restaurant which never answers, I lost 5 different discounts because although they never came to bring me my orders they took away all the discounts and the next day when I call it takes 3 hours without any response, at the hour Currently no one has answered me, Salvatore is one of the hardest fast food restaurants in Canada

Je suis allée chercher une commande ce midi pour un groupe de 30 personnes. J avais ma coquille avec mon bébé de 3 mois avec moi et il pleuvait énormément. Après quelques aller-retour pour transporter les pizzas à ma voiture, un cuisinier, Omar est venu m aider à transporter les boîtes! Son service courtois n est pas passé inaperçu. Merci beaucoup de ton aide!

We chose this Salvatore restaurant to order from since the reviews were pretty good. We were disappointed with the dishes received. The trays were very lightly filled and had very few pieces of cheese. For me it is not worth the asking price. I still gave it two stars since the order was prepared quickly.
