New owner seems very motivated to improve the service and quality
Slowest service ever! Just getting 2 drinks is taking forever despite the place being empty. Their ice cap machine is often 'broken', they have issues with their card terminal. The hours are not even reliable. They always put that they're open 24/7 when, more often than not, they are closed well before 10 pm.
If you guys are closing before 10pm why you keep it on google like 24 hours. And the guy is inside but won’t open
Since new admin and team, service is wayyyy better! Had stopped going because it was always unpleasant to just go there! Getting back to be a Tim again!
This is the slowest service ever. Sunday morning crew and manager seem very incompetent. Nothing was prepared in their pastry shelves. Drive through always takes so long, even though there’s no customer inside.
We reserved a Too Good To Go bag there for pickup between 19:00 and 21:00 on April 27. We arrived at 19:30 and the place was closed... Tim Hortons continues its expertise in horrible management.
I came in to order a coffee growler and timber to go. Knowing that it would take some time for them to brew the coffee I decided to order a BLT sandwich which I ate on the spot. It’s what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. The very traditional interior decor, and typical food. They prepared my coffee growler quite quickly and with care. I was happy with my visit.
I love Tim's but over the last while I've been very disappointed. Store hours listed do not match actual open hours (ie they never seem to be open when I go the few minutes out of my way, so why bother). Donut and pastry selection is poor (although this applies to many of the restaurants). I'm only giving 2 stars because my experience with the staff, when they do happen to be open, has been good.
Shitty service. 5 employees last the counter, no customers waiting and no one who comes to serve us before 5 minutes of waiting
Sloooowwwwww.
It doesnt even have the same menu as all the other Tim Hortons.
3 vehicles in front of me, no problem I wait... after 3 to 4 minutes, it was long... but maybe it was the customers... its my turn to order... no one seems to take care of the service at the car... I wait... the 3 tanks wait to pay... 5 minutes later... nothing to move, no one greeted me... let alone took my order... I made a u-turn and I left... Sunday 10:30 a.m./11 a.m. never again
Very good customer service and politeness is there, which is rare today. Well done to the employees!
The employees are very nice, my only problem is that I dont mind paying the right price for my French vanilla but damn lately every time its barely 3/4 full.... Fill them to the brim
As for the service, it was very good, we were served up to standard. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility was very good
always closed and theres always something that doesnt work.
Parking: With ease Wheelchair accessibility: Easy
Very SLOW service something that should take less than five minutes took over 10 minutes.
EXTREMELY long service. Poorly polite and very unwelcoming employees. WORST tim service I have ever seen, we waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for a bagel.
Total waste of time! We went there around 1 p.m. on a Saturday and waited more than 30 minutes in front of the order reception window in the drive-thru. Then we only received half of our order. Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Tim Hortons!
Best morning wrap for the worker in at least seven years. Also the waiter was extremely smiley!
The Tim must be closed on Saturdays at 10:30 p.m. and I arrive at the place it is 7:15 p.m. and it is closed. To be sure of the closing time I even checked their site. It s really ordinary of them, well done! The worst part of all this is that it has been going on for far too long and it can be seen that the team is doing nothing to change! If I could I would give it 0/5
Hair in a bagel
We went by at 7:00 in the morning and it was closed even though it is listed open.
Null they say it s open when it s closed
Beautiful Tim Hortons, very clean.. Kind and efficient staff
Said to be open until 11:00 p.m., my mother and I went there at 7:57 p.m. on June 1, 2024 and it was closed. Awesome.
Very slow service. The employees do not seem to be really trained and they are not attentive, which causes several order errors.
Good service
Not open 24 hours as advertised.
Bad service/very slow and the display at the front is often empty
Dirty on the outside, very very long service, a total reorganization is necessary, a change of ownership.
Often discourteous service and missing items in the morning. A tim no tim bit is not really a tim.
Should shut up your tim
Worst restaurant on the south shore! Always closed, never in stock, so display your opening hours like everyone else, today 4:10 p.m. you were closed YOU ARE HARD!!!!!
Honestly the worst service from Tim I have seen in my entire life. I never do reviews on the internet, but after numerous times where I was made to wait forever to finish and ultimately not even get service, I cant believe it. I say to myself, hey hello does anyone work here?? Sacrifice everyone outside and change me right away! Ive seen enough, never again
The restaurant is closed before 7 p.m. on weekends, even though it says it closes at 11 p.m.
There is a blatant lack of cleanliness.
It was closed 2 hours before the time its said it was open ! I went there for nothing, the door was locked ! Waste of my time!
Listed open 24 hours on Google but closed at night
Extremely slow service (20 minutes waiting at the front without being answered) in addition to being extremely stupid. Strongly advise against. Wont go back there again...
Very disappointed, the staff is not at all welcoming and does not respond to the terminal, the wrong order and the food is dry. Is there a positive point??? No. I dont even understand that Tim Horton still leaves you with a license to operate in their name. It must also come from above, this lack of work. I wasnt even served and I wasted my time
Whats happening at the Tim Hortons in St-Basile-le-grand? The tables, benches, windows and floors are extremely dirty. This is unheard of. I imagine the kitchens. Please! Make an effort.
Very bad attitude at the drive-thru. Very stupid. Little advice: listen, smile or change jobs for one you will like.
Long, dry, bad. A constant on my last visits. This restaurant should be closed.
Slow service (customers have left), dirty and empty place, not good food DRACONIAN change necessary or closure. This is clearly not up to Tim Hortons standards. And don t tell me there is a lack of staff please. St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil (near Highway 20) and Beloeil (on 116) work very well and nothing to say about the service and cleanliness.
Cold brewed coffee is not complicated, but there is still a way to make it not good... to replace the espresso foam with lumpy and questionable whipped cream. I wasted money, last time Tim Hortons...
I cant believe it. I just went to the Tim Hortons in Saint-Basile-Le-Grand to buy a sandwich at 8:25 p.m. The person tells me that there are no more sandwiches and nothing they can do because all the machines are washed for closing. So I ask what time do you close? She answers me at 9:30 p.m. So more than an hour before closing, nothing left to eat except a few donuts and coffee! Not sure if the Tim Hortons owner is aware of this policy!
MB
Slowest Tim Hortons Ive ever been to
Easy comes easy Go. Best choice for your friends and family gatherings. Fresh as usual.
24/24 7/7 there is a blatant lack of staff who do not text and do not count their weekend for 1 hour. while you wait.
Often closed, even in broad daylight
Perfect for special occasions, weddings, group receptions, conferences, etc., but provided you have a large car for the drive-thru!
I like to eat my very delicious*5*
Sunday February 18 around 1 p.m., I went to pick up a morning wrap from the worker. I am told that there is no more chipotle sauce and I am offered mayonnaise instead. I say no since the wrap is oven safe. Once I pay at the window, the guy tells me that they are out of gloves and that I have to go park and wait because he doesnt know how long it will take. I was already tight on time so if he had told me before I paid I would have left and not arrived late. 15 minutes later in the parking lot I go back myself to pick up my order because I was forgotten. All in all, there was mayonnaise in my wrap that had been in the oven so I got sick. To honestly avoid this Tim....
4 personnel and nos body is able to serve anyone inside. We had outage at home and really wanted to eat somewhere in the warm. The old lady working is not able to under pressure and is managing the staff in a very bad way. I would of like to just be able to enjoy the dine in. But they always close one service because they are incompetent.
Anyways. Mennuie de Gilbert. Keep it up guys.
Ive been in line at the drive-thru order for 2 coffees for 20 minutes...
Just waited 30 min to get 3 cold breakfast sandwiches. The boy at the window who was super nice and polite is the only reason to give it a star.
Fast and friendly service although exclusively in English... which is surprising to say the least. But hey, the cashier is learning the language. Otherwise, its a typical Tim Hortons. So basic.
Disappointing visit Wednesday afternoon with my girlfriend. After waiting for more than 5 minutes , an employee, who was smoking outside, welcomed us in English! As French-speaking customers, we expected to be served in our language, especially in Quebec. The employee didnt even know his menu and made no effort to communicate in French. Despite there being 3 employees and no other customers, the service was extremely slow. It is with regret that I cannot recommend this restaurant. Think twice before visiting!
Ive been going to Tim Hortons for 6 months and half the time I have an error in my order. this morning my toast is dry and my rap too. I ask for two coffees and I only receive one. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons.
Have a coffee to bring
ok my bunch of raisins, Im going to teach you what... a B.L.T means BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO if there isnt, its 3 cases there well its not a BLT!
Very long wait, there are Tims who are reasonable and there is the other category which is very very long.
Extremely rude staff when welcoming us. Were more pushed away than welcomed. Lack of trained employees. Machines always broken or out of service. Worst Tims around. Its been like this for the past couple weeks.
The waitress served me in English... I dont speak English..
Rotten experience! 2 drive-thru customers: 20 minutes wait! To tell me that the Ice Capp machine is broken!!!!
I was really surprised to be obliged to be served in English at Tim in Saint-Basile!! None of the staff made an effort to speak French... They were unable to take our order from the location indicated and even when we got to the window to put it back, there were errors in our bagels. Very disappointed with the service received!!! ***Place to avoid if you do not speak English.**
You ask for a B.L.T. and 2 out of 3 ingredients are missing. Honestly, its tough.
Unmotivated employees Owner only speaks English Equipment closed 1 hour before closing So food not well cooked Dont go there!
Excellent Kid-friendliness: Good
Its Tims They are all the same, you know what you are getting Food
He has Wi-Fi to order and pay with his cell phone. But he no longer has internet to browse the net and updates WHY???
Beautiful, good and inexpensive! Parking: Good number of locations Kid-friendliness: Bench not too high!
Write it down that you are firm inside. One arrives at the gate but not the other. Go around to rain to say that you are closed inside. Arrived at the auto order, the line was long. No thanks!
Staff seemed nice. This location has got to be the slowest service in Canada!! 3 days in a row, 15 min + for a coffee. McDonalds here I come. Edit: forgot to mention the garbage out back. Keep your windows up, lots of yellow jackets and seagulls. Food
I have been going to this Tim for 20 years, it was a clean and welcoming place, with G. DELORME.... For several months, the place has been very dirty, where meals are prepared, cooking accessories, bathroom, overflowing trash can, uncleaned tables and soiled floors. I only have my coffee there when its open......
Service in French please!!!
Meets expectations
Long drive-thru Put on a good CD and wait
It would be nice to rate it if I could enter the building. Why is it always locked outside like unlock it bro it s not that hard
Staff, not at all welcoming, I was going to get the new Bailey donuts. They didnt have any, no choice of donuts. I dont understand why its still open theres never a choice in this Tim
Since it was sold it has been catastrophic! The croissants are still hard from the day before! Coffee always lacks sugar! I ask for 2c 4s and I have a 4c 2s I tell her she tells me I was wrong in what I wrote when I get into the car the coffee is white and just tastes like cream its difficult to press one button?? Just the drive-thru open in the morning so endless waiting! I go there every morning never had a problem before the sale of the tim!
My partner needed a coffee-donut
I went and ordered a sesame bagel BLT this morning; when I went to the window to get my food I heard the girl who just took my order was imitating my accent to others, I asked her to her face and she quibbled that it was to teach others. I feel like I m offended. i am curious that she is not well educated how come she could teach others. lol. Three stars for other employees.
20 minutes before being answered at the checkout. Only. 2 customers before us. Often short of employees. Its a shame. Several in the line after us left after 10 minutes.
Its a good fast food
Fast service
We passed this Tim this morning using the steering wheel controls. The women who work there saw our 2 little Westies in the car and they gave them nice treats. Thank you for your kindness and your beautiful smiles.
Empty donut counter
Lack of employees
Longest wait Ive seen at a Tim Hortons. If you lack employees, close and dont leave two new young people alone!!!
Very helpful
15 minutes in the drive-thru every morning, room closed, you cant even go in just to have a coffee then leave to avoid waiting for the drive-thru...
Always close and respect not even their own hours which they themselves wrote in the window discourage their business
0 stars if I could. Available only to drive-thru pickup but dont assume they will give you your food 90% chance they just close early and just ignore you
I got rejected from the restaurant for no good reason and it was just 1 p.m.
Courteous, kind and welcoming staff...well done!!!
Closed room, druve thru only. Really practical for stopping something on a motorbike.
This means we are open but the door is blocked in the evening
Correct , correct!!
I asked for grilled on each side and it was barely grilled and not completely cut. Would it be possible to apply for your customers and take their time to come and spend with you?
Wooow coffee ....good coffe......excellent job every time I stop ...it perfect
The order was good and quick, but the old woman shouted at the sandwiches, shouted at the young employees in front of all the customers and she did not pull any punches, then we wonder why the young people dont want to work anymore, its up to because of people like her. Message for young people, never let a person like her ruin your day, keep your head up!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would have. There is a huge shortage of staff, every time I go there, 90% of the time, it is closed. However in previous years, I finished work at midnight and there was always service, your Tim is supposed to be able to serve customers 24/7. Sometimes I go there at 1:00 p.m., and the counter service is still closed. For people wanting to get Tim and they cant go to the drive-thru because they dont have a car, its really frustrating. One day when I wanted to go there, it was marked on the door that they reopened at 2 p.m. and when I came back at that time because I really wanted to eat tim, it was still closed! When you put a reopening note, dont say things you wouldnt do. I know that due to the pandemic, there is a shortage of employees, but if you are able to open the drive-thru service on a daily basis, you can do the same for counter service. In short, I am very very disappointed, change your ways, because there you are losing a lot of customers.
does not respect opening hours.
Service is excellent!
Waited in the drive through line only to realize it was closed
Its slow
Hilarious conversation this morning at Tim Hortons -Hello I can take your order - Hello, an order of white bread, cheddar and bacon toast - Do you want some jam? - No, I want ched/ -Sir I understood the rest no need to repeat I received toast with butter and only bacon. Exceptional listening lol
They dont serve eggs due to lack of staff... cmon Tim Horton... you can do better...
I used the drive through so no comment on atmosphere. Everything was fine until I got home. My muffin was missing. No I didnt feel like going back. He obviously didnt deserve the 20% tip I left. Food
The restaurant doesnt serve blt lunch sandwiches, nor do they hv mustard. The clerk got the order wrong 3×s...order coffee if you must, but anything else...good luck.
It was early Saturday. Coffees to bring. Very good service, smiling!
Its unfortunate that its not open on a Sunday morning at 8am. No matter which Tim I go to, its more and more disappointing, either its closed or its not what I want.
This Tim is the best of all!!!!
I dont understand how they can just decide to close at 2pm. It took me 20 minutes to get there just to see the review! Amazing! They cannot be trusted to respect their opening hours.
Nice place to cool down with an Ice cap
In the morning of the week, the services (steering wheel and counter) are impeccable. On the other hand, from 12 p.m., the service is pitiful. Lots of mistake on the order and we have to repeat at least 3 times. Concerning cleanliness, the floors behind the counter are very dirty. I saw trash that had been there for a long time. Its not really suitable for a restaurant.
never had a problem
Bad customer service, locked the front door in my face in the middle of the afternoon asking me to go through the drove through while I was on foot
I go there several times a week, I dont get anything complicated, but I do only get almond milk. So far they have never used cows milk by accident, so for me that deserves 5 stars considering how busy they are.
All its branches see cleanliness, delicious meals and good drinks
Its excellent.
Many times they do not have the requested products
When the restaurant is not closed at 2 p.m., the Interac machine does not work! And theres no way to know BEFORE waiting on line for 10 minutes. Customer service is more than deficient.
Nice place, clean and fast service
Good service
Bos works
Well served. Loved being able to sit at the table and return the box before I left to have it cleaned.
Blatant lack of manager there is not a lack of employees there is a big lack of management too bad we are completely ignored when we go to the counter. rectify the situation as quickly as possible you will lose customers.
Great coffee.
It closes before the requested time
The hours are always different, I have been living in St Basile le Grand for 2 years and I have never had an exact order, something is always missing. When its not potatoes, its donuts that are missing at 8 a.m. I have to open my wrap every time and its never good. I strongly advise against the Tim Horton s from St Basil the Great.
Rotten, he doesnt respect opening hours at all!! Instead of opening the restaurant they went around in circles for 30 minutes I had to wait 20 minutes so that in the end they didnt have any of the questions I wanted while they spent 30 minutes laughing, running around round and talk. A lack of management!! Disappointed I will avoid this tim..
Food in the establishment?
Closed rooms, lack of staff, lack of ingredients. We visited 4 different Tim Hortons on the road to find one open on a Saturday afternoon. Are there too many deductibles?
Can someone please explain the hours of operation?! It s so unreliable that I don t even want to go anymore. Are there any fixed hours or is it always subject to staff availability? Owners the franchise name isn t even strong enough to support this unreliability.
There was egg shell in the breakfast sandwich and the presentation was terrible very sloppy the bread was not cut properly
