I have always had a great experience at this restaurant... friendly welcome and courteous service. Have I ever waited a long time for my latte... yes, that happened to me. Catering is a job that is sometimes difficult. Lack of staff, dealer with last minute sick leave etc... not a reason to generalize with a single bad experience. We go back, and we encourage them

Best lunch restaurant in the area. The service is always impeccable and friendly. The plates are generous, varied and served with quality products. The price is really very fair. There is a wide choice on the menu, something to satisfy the whole family!

We went to breakfast as a family this morning with a 17 month old baby. Excellent lunch and our waitress too. The only downside was when the child walked towards a window and unfortunately put his two hands there. A waitress other than ours said in a very stupid and curt manner I m going to have to wash it again! . This waitress should be given a course in sociability and customer contact! Welcome families with young children to this restaurant!!!!!

Sophie the waitress and the rest of the staff were really friendly and caring towards all the customers, a very warm atmosphere (especially Sophie) and our lunch was very good

Bad delivery experience you order before 1am and you dont receive your order at the right time and in addition the beef and cold looks like bad service for delivery

Today Poutine with bourbon sauce. Parking: Large parking lot with more than 100 spaces shared with several restaurants and local stores. Entrance and exit directly on 116 west. Shell gas station and convenience store.

I had the aloha smoothie and breakfast BLT. I was surprised that it came with homefries and lots of fresh fruit, too! Yummy crispy homefries and delicious bagel.

J ai signalé la situation on ne m a pas offert de remboursement seulement des histoires de manque de personnel. C est inacceptable, je n y retournerai jamais et je ne le conseillerai pas à personne

A good place for brunch in a small group (2-4-6). The place is quite large with good service (welcoming and available). Like all Ben & Florentine, there is plenty of choice and enough diversity for everyone to find something.

My plate arrived lukewarm, but what made me uncomfortable was the service received. The waitress spoke to me as if I was a child.

Nous y allons peu souvent. Tu ne vas pas là pour relaxer et profiter de ton déjeuner. Nous avons du rappeler la serveuse pour pouvoir donner notre commande. Je n ai jamais recue mon pain multi grains et pour la serveuse c était pas un problème, elle était prête à m en servir à la fin de mon repas. Donc le pain blanc c est bon pour tous le monde.

Correct food, nothing more. The coffee had no taste, no pleasure in drinking it.

Potato was excellent, but I hate to not enjoy the rest of the food on my plate. The eggs were really undercooked and some of the fruits were not very fresh. I really wanted to love it but the food was just disappointing.

I dont know if it was because I hadnt been to a restaurant in over a year but I had a hard time deciding between 3 dishes. The taste was up to par, we all liked it. The staff is very friendly. Andréane is an efficient and friendly waitress.

We had very good service. No waiting. My choice was a fried vegetable dish. Unfortunately there were more potatoes than anything else.

Service un peu lent pcq le restaurant est généralement bondé, mais la nourriture est toujours délicieuse, le menu est varié, les petites patates sont croustillantes et savoureuse à souhait, plein dextras trop top à essayer comme leur smoothies ou leur galette de pomme de terre avec la crème sûre à la ciboulette Miaaam. Did not send the right order at all. Something was missing from every plate. There was no meat in any of the plates we ordered, and no bread at all. The eggs were not made like we asked, either. Unfortunately, this isnt the first time this has happened to us with this restaurant. Very disappointing.

Edit 1 year later: the pandemic was ultimately not an excuse. Service still very very slow. And visibly cut in quantity AND quality: in the healthy duo, we couldnt get any thinner in terms of slice (photo) and the smoothie bowl tasted like water and liquid at the end, I couldnt finish. Anyway after a 2nd try, definitely a big no and it was the last time, no real excuse this time --------------------- Really ordinary experience.... Didnt even want to take photos.: - endless wait (1h:10) with 2 children, we had to point it out to be told that there were not enough cooks (after 1 hour we guessed it.... .)... Not even a juice offered to children who were dying of hunger. - minimum 3 tables arrived after us and were served before us - my smoothie was hot - sandwich from my boyfriend (club sandwich with burger cheese still cold from the fridge) Waiting so much for breakfast basics is frankly unacceptable. At least the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. It is certain that I do not recommend and that I will not return there....

Really surprised with this place, the food was exquisite, but the service in particular was excellent. Our waitress very friendly, smiling and helpful. The place is very nice and well organized, and the location is very good. Five stars is not enough. I definitely plan to return very soon.

The menu looks good (for a chain restaurant). Lots to pick from. Just looking at the waffles and pancakes makes you want to have it. Unfortunately like in many other places is the lack of glutenfree options. They offer glutenfree bread, but if you have celiac you should always grab another option as they use the same toaster or pan as for other bread. The staff was very friendly and despite lots of people fast and helpful.

Worst experience! The waitress probably had better things to do than do her job. Make your requests when taking the order, because you will only send it back for the invoice.

I went there with 4 other people. Safety measures respected. Beautiful plates and very generous and delicious portions. The lack of staff affects the service a little, which makes it a little long. In terms of sound, there is a lot of background noise (cooking and customer conversations amplified by the configuration of the place). Simple bottomless cubes hanging from the ceiling here and there could prevent the echo from spreading.
