Very bad service letting you wait for more than an hour. Pokey bol without sauce and customer service is terrible!
Ordered off their online website and inputed modifications on some item's on the correct items . However arrived at the store and the modifications were on the incorrect items and when informing them presented me with their receipt however on the online basket showed it was on the correct items. Staff then proceeded to blame me for not follow uo with them . When the fault seemed to be due to the information transmitted from their online platform to their shop. First time this has happened where they blamed the customer for not following up when the error was due to their own information transmission between website order and restaurant. HIGHLY recommend to go in store for order or else the staff will blame you for not following up on your own order and keeping an eye on it.
I’ve been a regular customer for many years and honestly was never disappointed by this shop. Every time, the service was excellent and the food quality was amazing. Will definitively continue coming back here.
They messed up my boba order, I was with someone else and we both got the same order yet their tea tasted way better and mine was flat and was missing some kind of sugar ingredient. Had to add caramel syrup in mine back home. It also took a long time like 10 minutes to get our order. The person making ours was multi tasking so it's not surprising the order got messed up. Very disappointing...
Excellent customer service delicious and fresh.
Ordered while I was at the office today: 3 sushi rolls and asked to include the free roll. Went to pick up on my way home: after they had put all 4 rolls in the bag, and they asked for the coupon, I told them the coupon was home so I didn't have it. They removed the roll from the bag and argued with me that it was mandatory to have the coupon. I wish they had told me when I placed the order! They could ave offered for me to pay the "free roll" but they never did. Instead they were shouting at me that it was my fault for not knowing the coupon was mandatory. I even suggested going back with the coupon as I very often order there.... Well now: I won't go back !! (Note: I had a similar order placed 2 weeks ago with a different roll and they never asked for a coupon, suddenly today they have a new process) Yuzu Sushi or Sakura sushi in Saint-Bruno are much better choices.
Ordered with 1.5h notice. They took so many order we were 12 people waiting outside in the cold with the same pick up time. Poor time management. Not the first time I have to wait way pass my pick up time. Update: food wasn't ready when I finally got in 35 minutes after the schedule pick up time. There was also way more people inside than the allowed limit of 4.
I come here 2-3 times a week, the staff members are very friendly to me. It did not take long before getting my order! The food is very fresh and tasty! Would recommend to everyone to try
At other locations, theres definitely mango in the Spicy Tuna and Mango Burrito. They usually look a lot more like the first photo than what I received today unfortunately.
I ordered a tuna and salmon poke bowl. Three quarters of the bowl was salad not iceberg mixed greens!!!! Cucumbers and a little rice. Some time ago I also ordered sushi, almost all with carrots, cucumber and lettuce. When you pay a lot for sushi, I wish you werent served salad, and thats what I was served. They now put carrots, cucumbers and lettuce in all their sushi. When I received my Poke bowl I was sure there was a mistake that I had been served a salad. I told the owner who started stirring it all with a fork to show me that there was rice in the bottom! Ayoye to say that I paid $22 for that!! never again
I always order via Uber and Doordash and the delivery people all take over 30 minutes to wait at the restaurant! I ask them why there is so much waiting and they all told me the same thing: restaurants focus on the customer and they dont mind making delivery people wait without knowing everything that affects these important workers for the community. , as advice if you dont do it You can with the request deactivate the applications and thus not spoil the day of these delivery people
Our favorite sushi restaurant, always fresh and delicious sushi. By placing the order over the phone in advance and placing our orders before rush hour (6 p.m.-7 p.m. = no more waiting), we never wait more than a few minutes! Smiling staff and quality service, nothing to complain about! Very good vegetarian (poke bowl) and gluten-free options! They have gluten-free soy sauce and the Vancouver (GF) ones are delicious. Excellent sushi order: nothing to say: delicious chefs choice BUT: we had ordered via the online site and the waiting time told us it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrive on time and we are told 10 minutes, again, no problem, it happens. But the order was ready 20-25 minutes after the famous in 10 minutes . I understand the rushes and that there can be a lot of orders but lack of transparency or management of waiting time on the take-out applications.. it should have been written on the sites 1 hour: not 30 minutes. Excellent food and we put 4 pieces of fried sushi instead of 2 but I honestly would have preferred just to have the right waiting time. The employees did their best to get the Uber, Doordash and customer orders out as quickly as possible despite everything!
Usually decent sushi, but at exorbitant prices. But then, it cant be that they sent us that. Two slices of tuna or should I say two slices of impossible to eat tuna nerve. Usually it comes apart very easily in the mouth, but not here. This kind of thing just shouldnt happen. Even my dog doesnt want to eat the piece of tuna, that gives you an idea!
How to say . This is the very first time that I have taken the time to write a review about a restaurant or a company on the internet. It must be said that they offered me plenty of time by making me wait 35 minutes for my order, even though it was placed online. Yes it happens! But I can say that it happens every time I go to this place
Sunday evening, my girlfriend and I decided to try this sushi shop . To our surprise, there were a lot of people in line to order takeout , but the dining room was empty . Unfortunately, the fridge was almost empty too, with few ready-to-go options . However, the staff were really courteous and friendly despite the pressure and the many tasks to be carried out . The sushi was varied and fresh , and the classic bubble teas were available with generous portions . Only downside: the prices were rather high . We waited for 25 minutes for our 2 bubble teas, which was a bit long . Overall, a mixed experience, with some good and some bad . Maybe try again at another time to see if the experience is different.

The service is impeccable and the employees are always smiling! Im more than happy to pay for my order because I know the sushi will be delicious. The counter is sometimes a little empty, but this is very understandable because of the numerous orders. This is undeniable proof that the sushi is good and that the customers are loyal. Placing an order in advance, using the website, is a good solution. The employees are fantastic.

I was surprised to see the amount of the bill. The product received did not reflect the amount paid. I had the impression that the owner reduced the quantity of the product to make up for losses from COVID-19. The sushi was good but not extraordinary. The presentation 75%.
Its more of a takeout place. But there are a few tables. I think this is a good place for sushi.

After ordering an hour in advance, they first made us pay and then told us that they had a slight setback, we had been waiting for more than 40 minutes... Before it was covid, now there was a shortage of labor that has a broad back... I will never again be caught paying before having my order in front of me. Thank you for your patience...Very hypocritical strategy on their part!

Usually its okay, but yesterday June 23, 2021, I picked up my order and the sushi was clearly made a long time in advance. Disgusting texture, very soft and the Cherry Blossom was almost out of date. Not eaten. Unacceptable for a sushi counter, it says its fresh. Point.

Very bad experience. Responsible people take endless orders without worrying about the production wait time. When we threaten to cancel the order, ok is told that it will be ready very soon when that is not the case. Very poor management. Avoid on Friday evening.

Ramen Tonkotsu soups should be avoided. Bland broth and hard-boiled egg.

On nous dit que ça sera prêt à 6h20 mais on a du attendre jusquà 7h15 pour avoir enfin nos sushi et quand on sest plein des délai on nous dit que cest notre faute parce que cest complexe due aux allergies de ma conjointe... Très mauvaise réaction de leur par face à des clients réguliers nous iront voir ailleurs la prochaine fois!

Not expensive but you get what you pay for. With the free summer coupons its interesting. They often dont put the fish eggs, the quantities of fish are tiny, a lot of rice and sometimes they put canned tuna (for fried sushi) and pass it off as fresh tuna.
Terrible service... prefer to talk than place orders....
