We feel disconnected from time. The decor is vintage. The cuisine is correct. The family atmosphere. However, the lighting is strong and causes discomfort. Please review.

Excellent and affordable pork roast before 9 a.m. on weekdays.

72$ pour 2 grandes poutines, 2 demi-poutines, un coke, un thé glacé et un lait! Sérieusement? La demi poutine est minuscule et coûte 10$, le format grande poutine qui équivaut à environ 4 fois la demie coûte 14,50$ aucun bon sens. Le service était impeccable , mais 72$ pour si peu nous n irons plus la. C est de l abus tout simplement.

We ordered at 6:50 p.m. online and I received an order confirmation email... at 8:12 p.m. I called to say that we still had not received the order.. I was informed that the system had stopped working so my order was not not been processed and I have to redo it by phone with 45 minutes of waiting... I agree to redo it... after 1h15 the delivery man calls me to ask for my address because the address was not entered correctly by the employee... in short we received our dishes at 9:25 p.m. and everything was a lukewarm club sandwich and cold fries... in short a disaster and no compensation... unfortunately they have just lost a customer!

$65 for 2 poutines, 1 regular poutine and a 6-croquette meal on delivery. No childrens menu available for delivery, and the portions are very small for the price, I even think the portions have decreased. I am very disappointed with my experience and I will unfortunately not be ordering again.

We have been coming here regularly for almost 50 years. In recent years, many things have changed. We have always accepted deviations by saying staff shortages or catering is not easy, given that we had had so much good service over the years.. but thats enough, its Sunday we arrive at 10:30 we sit where we can, 20 minutes before having a fresh coffee, and 45 minutes yes yes 45 minutes before having our lunch, not complete: dry, Its going to be cold, Im mourning Henris, there are other more professional restaurants, the weather changes but not always for the better, too bad!!!

Absolutely all the customers seemed overwhelmed by the waiting time and in the end the food was more than ordinary. To make matters worse, they made a mistake on our order.

Best restaurant! The dishes are just DELICIOUS!! The toilets are clean and there is still the trailer where the old Henri was. The tables are almost always clean. Lots of space to sit and you can sit outside too. I recommend it to everyone who passes through Joliette. If you ever want a poutine during your visit to Joliette, go to this restaurant. Its worth the detour! (2010) UPDATE (2024): The Mammouth trio with their poutine with BBQ sauce! Really excellent: golden fries, tastefully made BBQ sauce and fresh daily cheese curds that go sqouich couich! It s so worth the detour! 9/10 for the quality of the food and 9.5/10 for the friendly and personalized service (thank you Arianne for your service)! A true gastronomic institution recognized in the Lanaudière region since 1957!

First time at Henris. We ordered a Special pizza with bacon and onions. Very good pizza. A little expensive, but lots of toppings. In short we should have taken a smaller one because we wasted half because it filled our stomachs so much. Beer on tap at a very reasonable price. Comfortable benches, good service.
