Ordered 2 lates to go. While waiting, people kept coming up to the counter, complaining of wrong or incomplete orders. My coffees were cold and tasted so awful, I ended up dumping them out. Worst Timmies, ever.

Got here at 9:45 p.m. Google says it's open 24 hours but when I went the doors were locked. The very least you can do is update your hours so that people don't waste their time for nothing thinking the place is open.
Got there at 5 am and paid for my breakfast. Unfortunately the power went out (nobody’s fault) and they couldn’t make my breakfast at that time but when I came back a few hours later they recognized me and made my breakfast right away. 10/10 for the early morning crew.
The staff is unfriendly. If the order is given in english, there is a very slight chance that they will get it right. Any modification in any of the eatables or beverages will result in a mess.
As a human i forgot to ask for extra sauce on the side, as i pulled up to the window i told them it was my fault and forgot to ask but if they could add extra sauce that would be great. I got the biggest eye roll from the cashier and then the guy taking orders also started giving attitude all over sauce. I've worked at timmies before, and it really isn't a big deal. The kicker was the forced fakeness at the end. The GTFO fake smile. Like damn my bad, i was tired, and it slipped my mind.

Very bad service employees are not good this is what they give after asking them for 3 times 1 time cheese on the top of grill cheese was not melt second time is burnt it whole and 3 time she gave me this. Very poor service no customer service at all

My order, although simple (a coffee and a bagel), turned into a surprising adventure. Fifteen minutes later, I was served tea and a donut, a bold choice I hadnt considered. During my attempts to clarify the situation, the team looked at me with contemplative calm, as if I were offering them a philosophical challenge. In short, this establishment is perfect for those who wish to savor not only their meal, but also the mystery of the service. For a more conventional experience, I recommend exploring other branches. One star out of five, with a special mention for originality.
Always good, fast service and the employees are smiling, it s very pleasant to have this Tim serve! Vegetarian options: I love Tim products! And when I don t eat meat I have several choices and I like it.
Zero car services no respect for customers and the supervisor doesnt want to take my order so I took 10 seconds to think about what sauce to have with my pizza
0 for cleanliness Not very pleasant to sit surrounded by tables that are not even cleaned. People around you talk about it but no one says anything, I dont understand. We arrive to consume and not to be fed for free, the minimum would be to offer a clean environment to customers.

Since several weeks. I can see that the service is no longer what it used to be. Many new employees who are left to their own devices. Even children who dont have to be there are walking around with coffee and other things that are in the employees legs. You order a tim morning blt I have a slice of bacon and the salad is really not fresh, you have a slogan heat fresh Well thats really not the case 3 times they made me my tim ice cream with espresso foam because the employee did not notice that the milk was curdled. I really believe that you have a huge amount of work to do at all levels!!!!
I had the worst experience in this tim, I told 3 times to make my sandwich, they didnt know, finally they did it but it was cold and the wrap was all broken
No atmosphere like before. Prices have increased too much. In the evening it is difficult to have variety in the products. The service is good but the employees do not do the little extra to provide adequate service with the changes

On June 22, 2024 at 3 a.m. I ordered a wrap from the worker and the person who made my wrap didnt have a glove and kept wiping on his jeans, I explained to him that it was a bit disgusting and left without saying anything, bon appetit!

We order trios for dinner, but we only get drinks and sandwiches. So we ask the girl at the window to have our potatoes quartered. She brings us lunch potatoes So we point out that they are not the right potatoes. We hear the manager complaining that it s stupid and that we only want free potatoes . Weve already paid for these potatoes, plus were being insulted for no reason. Thats not customer service. Vegetarian options: Veggie wraps and bowls

Im sorry but the speed, the friendliness of the staff, the interpersonal skills, not really any of these qualities at this place. They look like theyre zombies...
One star is already too many for this Tim Hortons branch. The last 12 years I had nothing to say about this establishment. But in recent months the quality in general has left something to be desired. The employees seem like they dont care about their jobs and the quality of the food is questionable. We order a simple iced cappuccino and it contains ice that is not even mixed enough. Im sorry, its over for us. This branch will be forgotten by us. A message for the owner: know how to hire and train your staff adequately to avoid this type of problem. If youre losing staff, youre simply not an employer of choice. Thats all. Im telling you this because your employees roll their eyes when we ask them for something politely and its too much to ask for them to just give us a sleeve for the coffee thats a little hot. In short, Im talking about incompetent employees and completely poor customer service. In another era, the staff would be met and spoken with confidence if comments like mine or others came to the ears of managers.

When you order you feel like youre disturbing. No interpersonal skills. The person on duty this Thursday, September 7 at the internal checkout looks at me when I order a BLT without meat, as if I have committed a crime and at the end I receive the BLT with meat. Very poor service, my next time I will go a little further to the other tim on the 132. Since opening after Reno it lacks quality of service! Maybe change of owner who doesnt check their belongings

Message for the owner Change the manager who says who your sister is, she is very mean and very frustrated never seen that Big lack of respect and professionalism towards young people who are managed by a clumsy person I would even say crazy who shouts at her employees, This is pure intimidation and mistreatment. Tim Hortons isnt the best place to eat fresh food. When we talk about freshness it means that everything that is consumed must be made on site and the same day......sorry this is not your case since everything that you sell for consumption is made industrially and frozen then distributed to your branches to be defrosted and finished..........like all your donuts. Too bad Dunkin Donut is no longer here in Quebec. Because they had excellent fresh donuts made on site. Not exemplary and slow service at this Tim.

8:35 p.m. - We arrive at the drive-thru, we order a sandwich, but the employee tells us that he only serves muffins and donuts until the restaurant closes, which according to him, is planned in 1 hour. We subsequently notice that the closing time of the restaurant is scheduled for 10 p.m. and not 9:30 p.m., according to the data provided by Maps. We would like to point out that the employee remained respectful throughout the communication. We are disappointed with our experience at this location and probably wont return anytime soon.
Maybe turn off your drive-thru sign when its closed. This will prevent people from waiting at the control panel for nothing.
