I don’t know what happened the service used to be really really good but the new staff doesn't seem to be properly trained. I ordered on the mobile app and I still had to wait like 10 minutes while they served the whole line before getting my order that was already paid for. The food isn’t properly made either :((( The staff is still nice but the quality of the service has declined a lot for a while now.
Some of the employees are very nice but it’s dirty and the owners are rude to their staff and often tell them that they could all be replaced overnight in front of everyone
Completely Canadian and Québecer. Totally national aesthetic and very chill. The food is good and this is the perfect place to relax or work accompanied by some friends or a fresh coffee.

I bought chicken soup, but there was no chicken in it!!!
Unfortunately not all tim hortons have the same skill as lets say Starbucks, out of 10 starbucks maybe one will make your coffee different. Out of 10 tims literally on my trip to canada been to 15-18 tims. And only 2 made good coffee and had fresh produce. Sad(
The service was horrible. They couldn’t understand our order we had to repeat 3 times. Then they refused to give us what was missing, the young guy at the drive thru asked us to go back through the drive thru instead of just having us pay. We asked if we could just pay instead of going back through but he refused. We had two young kids with as well that were in a bad mood. I would not recommend this tim hortons to anyone. Save your money and your time before going here.
don't believe the hours written if you don't have a car. usually opens the kitchen 1 hour later and you probably made your way there for nothing

Honestly the worst tims in the region, every time I go there the sandwiches are always poorly made or they only tell us after payment that items are missing and they give us crap instead I advise everyone not to go there since they have changed managers this branch has become mediocre.

Arriving at the drive-thru at 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday and being told that they no longer have lunch when the FDS is 24 hours.... Being laughed in the face as if they can make my worker wrap with everything in but without egg!!!!!!!! Woowwww Tim St-Pierre is making you hard... Forgetting to give 1 star unfortunately as long as its zero for me..... Pitiful service

the worst in Quebec! errors in the order, endless waiting, a man with a shaved head at the checkout was also welcoming as a prison door.. lots of employees all disorganized, I am made to pay with a 15 minute wait for a lemonade! go to Marche de Véro instead, sandwiches and fresh produce, we threw all our Tim Hortons products in the trash because they were inedible, since when do we put BBQ sauce in a salad!!!!! I would change all the staff or close the place given the reviews and note I would not be proud to run a restaurant like this!
In broad daylight, no donuts glazed with chocolate or candy or cherry or even cherry. No puffs either. Whats the point of having a Tim Horton banner if you have nothing?

The always endless wait...dont go with children in the car, you cant change your mind..no way out except waiting..I certainly understand the lack of staff but there is no improvement for several months. If we want different results, we have to do things differently, it takes changes, I waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru... no sense!
They don t have any plugs in case you were planning to study/work with your laptop here. Also, ordering a coffee take about 20m

In my opinion, this place prioritizes drive-thru service much more than restaurant service, which is a shame. Additionally, at the drive-thru, there is no way out of the queue if we ever want to get out. We have to wait, which is quite problematic in an emergency. Suggestion: All Tim Hortons should start having 2 types of queue (for inside). Line #1 = cafes only And Line #2 = for everything else (lunch, dinner, extras, donuts, muffins, etc.) This alternative would allow people who simply want a coffee before work, would not have to wait more than 20 minutes for simply receive their coffee. Despite the lack of staff, the employees are doing their best and it shows. Very courteous despite the situation.

The owner should take his fingers off his nose and realize that his restaurant is doing badly... I dont know if its the lack of employees or just bad management but 35 minutes at the drive-thru for 6 cars is is not what I call good service.
Disastrous, I pre-ordered 8 dozen donuts for a funeral, I paid in advance, I spoke to the owner, the manager, everything was correct by Saturday morning 9 am. I showed up to pick up my order. No one seems to know and no donuts for me. Thanks again me and my family will now be cheering for another tim hortons.

I bought 2 cream of broccoli soups, last Wednesday November 8, the 2 cream of broccoli was super liquid and tasteless, going to Tim Hortons is like playing Charlie, finding a good Tim Hortons... Good luck

Young girl at the car service EXTREMELY unpleasant and takes herself above the world. I ask for a bagel that is not too toasted because it has been 5-6 times that they have given us literally black bagels and my baby refuses to eat it (1/2 toasted) as they say in all the other tims in Quebec but she answers that she will try...do her best (very stupid and haughty)... yet no matter where else they say yes and do it with a smile... too bad because the rest of the team is friendly. Take the 2-3 minute drive and go to the one in Delson or the other on the 132

Missing ingredients in the wraps. They never have soup at any given time. And if you are lucky it will be the one kind chicken noodle. I showed up once around 17h00 asking for a chicken wrap.....The delivery truck of Tim hortons had just been there.....Delivering supplies.....And somehow....they still couldnt make that wrap. Overall bad quality of food and Very bad service. Staff just kinda decides what they feel like making on any given day ...

Its hard... Always lots of errors in orders (bad muffins, bad wraps, bad coffee....) I understand that there is a lack of staff but to be told no time to redo it when I paid for something and he doesnt give me the right one... More than ordinary!! Could given 0 stars I would.

Nice and easy. Always quick enough and the staff is great. Probably the best Tim in the area. I prefer taking a 5min detour to go there instead of going to another. I recommend and Ill definetely come back soon.
