Super friendly staff , always good, always clean!!
my experience with the falafel plate from this restaurant was less than satisfactory. Not only did I have to endure a 30-minute wait, but the taste of the falafel itself was disappointing.
Looks like the owner has giving up. Food not super fresh especially the potatoes, portions get smaller . The place need a refresh, looks old and dirty. Doesn’t worth the money anymore. I go Boustan since a year , i came back to Amir , i notice the big difference, Boustan way better in anyway
On my last visit, the cashier told me that to avoid waiting for the shish kebabs to cook, I should call ahead to have them prepared. Today I phone, and Ms José who answered hastens to tell me that she won't take my order as the restaurant is empty and it will only take me 2 minutes to prepare, and she hangs up on me (our calls are recorded!). Once at the restaurant, the manager says that my plate will take 15 minutes to prepare. Dogs in the car, no time to wait. POOR SERVICE FROM MRS JOSÉ! No wonder your restaurant is empty.... The manager apologized for José's actions while Madame smiled from afar! Off to the Boustan! ❤
The service was good, but the food wasn't great. It was below expectations. I hadn't been in maybe 15 years and the quality just wasn't at the same level.
Nothing about the taste is Lebanese or Mediterranean. Portion size not worth the money. You will be disappointed.
IMAGINE Mc Tastes better. this place socks buttom line. Service is bad specially staff treating people differently. Food tastless chicken not well cooked. watch how they r touching your food. That guy with the glasses didn’t like the way Im looking to his work. Adios
No coordination of staff. I asked for garlic sauce they wanted to charge me for it. Which it is part of the meal. Then I got home with no pita in my meal. The guy with the long hair was not wearing a hair net nor the cashier. The cashier did not even ask if I wanted a drink. Bought my food and got out. Not the best Amir's I have tasted either.

The employees and the food are excellent. Correct cleanliness. Price-wise its spoiled. For sauce on the side (not extra) $1.25 for the small plastic pot, so I buy two plates with the sauce on one of the two plates. $1.25!??! Whats more!?!?They explained to me that they consider it an extra sauce. They dont take away $1.25 if I dont want sauce on the first plate. I wonder if this is even legal. Ill make a detour to Candiac just so I dont feel like Im being taken advantage of by a greedy owner. Frustrating. I do not recommend it unless you like having extra costs. I wonder what the answer would be if I brought my own separate pot. To be continued

Have it delivered by door dash asking for sauce on the side but they just dont put sauce pentoute its very dry without sauce its so hard to follow an order
When you spend $50 worth of food and they ask you for the sauce on the side, thats fine... but when you arrive to eat and theres no sauce, its pretty ordinary, the meal then becomes very dry. We are quite disappointed with our experience

The cheapest Amir I ve ever seen.. And I eat it every week (I know, I know, but I love Amir..!!) Honestly, I advise you to move to Candiac rather than going to this one (I live there Next street and Ill never go back there again).

Very cheap! The sauce has a strange taste compared to the other amir (my favorite restaurant I go there all the time) when we ask for a fried potato the gentleman seems annoyed and asks several times if I dont want the small potatoes with the sauce I answer no and to my great surprise it freezes my fried potatoes in the microwave really above the service go to that of Candiac much better served!!!

Tastes okay (already tasted a lot better in another Amir). Sauce actually tastes sour. Quantity to take away small and disappointing for the price. Seems to want to save on meat and potatoes. In short, ordinary.
worst Amir I have eaten at. the garlic sauce tastes nothing like garlic and super sour (never seen a garlic sauce like this); the pieces of meat, the pickles, the slices of tomatoes, the onions can be counted on your fingertips, basically you just pay for a dish of lettuce and white rice. Worst experience ever, too bad we cant put zero otherwise I would have done it.

Amir from St-Constant/Ste-Catherine is the best Amir I have tried, the sauce looks exceptional and everyone has good taste and good service.
This is okay and normal by Amirs standards. To innovate like that of Candiac and could increase the score.

The dishes are not as good as in most Amir restaurants. In addition, the employees, although nice, seem inexperienced, left to their own devices. As a result, the food is not as good as it should be and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. I wont go back there. I think the owner should raise the bar on quality.
