1h30 into delivery. No call answer, no pizza… sure they had a rough Friday night but still, not very professional.

The pizza was decent at first, I have tasted better but I've tasted worst as well in other restaurants. Unfortunately, we order there a few weeks back and they might have change cook. Because, the pizza tasted nothing, basically feeling like I was eating cardboard and the poutine was practically only fries and cheese, not enough gravy. I won't order back there.
Worst customer service ever met. Rude person over the phone uopn ordering. You lost a good customer. Never again.

1st time ordering there. Pizza was average at best. Too much cheese and dough was blend but there was a lot of topping and the price is good. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. the delivery guy was quick and polite.

First and last time I am ordering at this place. It is currently taking over 1h30 for a 2 small pizza + fries order and we live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Never again.

I went to pick up my pizza for dinner and Ive been ordering there for over 10 years, this evening for the first time in 10 years I had more than mediocre service... My pizza wasnt cooked enough! I called to get some information and the lady on the phone told me that I had to come back and bring her my pizza so she could judge it for herself (20 min drive)! Customer service level is very disappointing! It really makes you want to try your design first!
I really liked their service, they are all very friendly. I tried their poutine for the first time 2 days ago and I loved it!!! I suggest you form!!!
We just ordered for delivery, first time at this restaurant. Submarine (2) and poutine. (Flood Friday). Result: WOW everything arrived hot, sub more than generously garnished and poutine with almost too much cheese!! Nice discovery thank you

We order often and the pizza is always very good. Today the crust was all wet. I called to tell them my dissatisfaction for the first time, and the receptionist replied that there wasnt much she could do and that it was impossible for the pizza to be soggy. They practically call me a liar. The receptionist treats me informally and speaks to me without respect. Never again!!!
I ordered a pizza, I didnt receive the right one, I called back and they told me they would refund me and they would change it. Upon delivery, the deliveryman did not reimburse me. I called back to be told to call the manager the next day. What I did and totally disrespected, dont talk, hang up in your face, Ive been ordering from this place for a long time. You have just lost a good customer, there are ways to talk to customers.

The pizza for me is the best in the area. The only thing is that the restaurant needs a little pick-me-up but nothing major.

The old cashier who answers the phone in the evening is really rude. She refused to serve us because the restaurant closed in 45 minutes and spoke to us extremely stupidly.
Fairly ordinary service, the lady at the counter as stupid as her feet, we waited 1 hour for 2 poutines. When we asked to put the sauce on the side a charge of $4 was added.
Fries and seafood taste, I called promo #6, it is not exact, the third liqueur is missing. Very poor telephone service

Ive been coming here for 15 years. Always had good service. 2 for 1 pizza. The pizza is very good and above all much cheaper than the competitor across the street (Jennina) who charges $60 for 2 pizzas

I call for the first time at the restaurant the girl on the phone gets angry because I ask her for the special number H as indicated in her menu, I apologize and tell her that I didnt know that you should NOT order with the letters. So I tell him what I want and ask him how much it s because it pays in cash. She whines at me again afterwards because shes not in front of her cash register, I tell her to let her order go and Ill call somewhere else, she calls me touchy and fat, I dont know what because I had to hang up on her nose so as not to hear all the rudeness coming out of his mouth!
Very poor service. Unpleasant customer service, you have to order very quickly if you hesitate a little on the phone you wont have time to finish ordering that its going to be hung up. Dont even wait for advice.

The delivery people are super rude and the service is bad. Every time me and my friends ordered (they gave tip) the delivery people asked for more. I order more even if the food is affordable, big lack of respect from the employees.

The subs are delicious. They have just enough filling, and the bread is fresh, never soggy. On the other hand, the fries are passable, at most. The pizzas are good, but not the best around. The decor of the restaurant could be refreshed a little.

Extremely long delivery 1h45 really disappointed
The waiting time on site was reasonable. About fifteen minutes for medium pizza. Where I have a problem is that it is displayed 2 for 1 everywhere. When the waitress brought only one pizza. I asked for the second one and they answered me. Ahhhhh it had to be said that you wanted the 2 for 1 because its a little more expensive!!! False advertising my dear lady because if it is a little more expensive then it is not at all 2 for 1...

The pizza is really good and inexpensive and the service is fast. Take into account that its a Fast Food restaurant, so the dining room is small, but there are no benches, its all banquettes and it has just been renovated!
