Homme à la réception boutique (pour emporter) hors du sympathique. On a toujours l air à le déranger! Peu courtois, si plus d une personne arrive en même temps, te fait sentir comme s il fallait que tu reviennes! Répond bête! Aucun service à la clientèle! Malgré la bonne nourriture, on s ennuie du bon personnel d il y a 5 ans! Aujourd hui était la dernière fois!

Everything was excellent!

First visit to this restaurant. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the food. And the restaurant is absolutely superb. I highly recommend.

Poor customer service. We went for my fathers birthday. I ordered a veal chop. When it arrived at the table it was more than overcooked and the piece of meat looked like a pork chop because it was so thin. I then turn the veal chop over since it should be pink and not extra well cooked. The waitress gave me my empty assistant containing a stuffed potato and carrots so that I could share a steak with my brother since she informed me that they no longer had any veal chops To my greatest surprise, When I receive my invoice I am charged for the vegetables and the potato. I mention to the waiter that this is really strange and cheap. He says go ask the owner and comes back telling me that I have to pay for my potato and carrots. I have rarely been so insulted in a restaurant. WOW how to lose a table of 5 customers for 15 dollars. Do not encourage this type of restaurant owner, this is an insult to the restaurant industry.

Customer service by far one of the worst I have encountered in a restaurant.

A little noisy We were placed near a festive group when we were in the mood for sweet words. Despite everything, the general appreciation is excellent! What can we say about the tuna rice cake starter, killer!

So, my first time at this restaurant, and I was charmed! I tend to want to try new restaurants every time I go out, but I will definitely go back to this one! The service was great, the atmosphere pleasant (a little noisy, but that doesnt bother me). I noticed that there seems to be a reserved (or at least isolated) space for tables of two, near a large window overlooking their terrace (inert at the moment, due to the temperature). I might have preferred to be more in the thick of things, at another table, but this location is perfect for a date or for those looking for privacy. Meal-wise: wow, I m still salivating! The grilled octopus with melted cheese was perfect, I almost licked the plate, and the beef tartare, impeccable: super tasty! (Which is essential, but unfortunately, not all restaurants master the seasoning of a good tartare.) As for the filet mignon and its accompaniments, the mushrooms were delicious and cooked perfectly. That said, it was a classic plate. Frankly, this restaurant deserves its great reputation. A superb discovery!

My wife and I went to celebrate our 15th anniversary since our first date. We were served like a king and queen! Our three tartars and the caramel reversal were delicious! THANKS!

My wife ordered a takeout tartare online for 4:15 p.m. because they say they can do it at that time. When we arrive, the doors are closed and there are workers inside and everyone ignores them. My wife had our baby with her, she had to wait 45 minutes doing nothing. To be told that it was not supposed and that the door would have said to be open to him . The owner of the restaurant doesnt even have the respect to come and apologize. There is a lack of professionalism in the management of this restaurant and the quality of service has only deteriorated in recent years. I have always loved this place but now they have just lost my respect.

Very noisy, very slow service, dish received at 7:45 p.m. and had to leave the restaurant no later than 8:15 p.m., because of the second service. We had not finished the coffee dessert and the waiter advised us to leave the restaurant. There were 9 people. $$$, yet we paid!! I will never go back there!!

We were a group of almost 20. Very good service. The meats were well cooked and it was very pleasant. I had the ribeye and my partner had the deer steak. Restaurant of choice for a special occasion.

Recently I went back to this place with family since COVID and I found the food to be okay. I had the dry aged steak and I found it to be on the salty side. My father in law had the same thing but his cut was smaller thinner than mine. It s not a kid friendly restaurant. I was looking for a changing table in the washroom but not existing. I understand it s not the clientele they have but you would think that by 2024 it would be common All in all it s a nice place, the staff and the food were good

This evening, I tasted the Carcass, A restaurant nestled in an old building, With a rustic and warm decor, Where the staff is attentive and generous. Our server Olivier recommended the menu to us, And we chose as starters, Gratinated duck confit tartlets, A melting and tasty delight. For the main course we opted for A ribeye with homemade spices, tender and juicy, Served with vegetables of the moment, crunchy and fresh, And crunchy fries, accompanied by homemade mayo. For the second course, there were Carcass ribs, A specialty of the house, melting and fragrant, Served with coleslaw and bacon vinaigrette, And fries that we replaced with a Caesar salad. For dessert, we succumbed to the crème brûlée, with apple pie, crispy and golden, a classic revisited brilliantly, Which delighted our taste buds and our eyes. A big thank you to our server, who was perfect, And who gave us an unforgettable and delicious moment, We will return without hesitation to the Carcass, To discover other dishes and other delights.

A pleasant and warm little restaurant. The place is sometimes busy and therefore cramped, but the food is quite interesting. The menu choice varies, but depending on your taste, you may find things more or less to your personal taste. The food is very good, I didnt know that there was salmon/red fish in my dish and I ate it without knowing it and to my great surprise, it didnt taste like fish at all! So the meals are very well prepared and cooked. I went there for a work dinner, so I dont really know the prices. Parking: The moment I was there with the job, we parked in the parking lot of the building across the street and on the street.

I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time this Thursday and I ordered the Thursday special plate of filet mignon for $30 instead of $40 plus an extra of $9 I think for the popcorn shrimp, which was one of the best restaurants Ive been to I would go back anytime I found my experience quite stupid the cooking was excellent I couldnt have asked for better & very pleasant server Thank you! Parking: It is often full but on the other side of the street there is another large parking lot so you will find some because there is no shortage of them

The Caesar salad starter and the main meal of fillet mignon with vegetables and with a supplement for popcorn shrimp was really delicious for a first experience I will definitely return, plus you can bring your own wine

We went on a Thursday evening, filet mignon special. All filet mignon dishes are reduced by $10 ($30 for 6oz). The tuna tartare as a starter was sublime. The filet mignons were cooked perfectly, although a little cold, as was the case with the accompanying sauce. The cinnamon creme brulee was excellent. A great bring your own wine restaurant. I will definitely return.

A surprise party for my birthday, exquisite Caesar salad, perfect filet mignon with vegetables, and what can I say about the breathtaking crème brulé, the staff is also exceptional. I loved my experience.

According to our server the ambiance of piston music is the norm combined with what seems a location in the dining room made the experience of hearing a person in front of me impossible. Having been located elsewhere other times on evenings other than Friday the sound experience was easy. The cuisine is excellent. Parking: Luckily the car was parked near the restaurant. (Important for elderly people) otherwise it is on the other side of the street there may be some space. (2 minutes walk)

One of the good restaurants on the south shore. Several dishes were amazing. A little expensive, but thats common with the bring your own wine concept. Favorite for the entry of Crab Cakes.

Very nice discovery! Warm atmosphere and different from typical restaurant chains. We were on the 2nd floor (our reservation was for 10 people) and despite the heat outside, we were very comfortable. The music wasnt too loud and we were able to converse without having to shout at each other at the top of our lungs or come out with a headache. The context of the dishes served this evening is well detailed by the servers and the food is decadent! Only downside: they have a limited quantity of food and therefore it is possible that the dish you choose on the menu is no longer available when you take your order.

My review today is to talk about the experience and service with the host you received during our last visit a week ago. We made a reservation at 5 p.m. to go to dinner for 4 people, the restaurant was literally empty. We are told that our table is on the 2nd floor, but we ask to be on the 1st floor because my 79 year old grandmother is with us and she has difficulty climbing stairs. The young man who serves as host tells us that it is impossible for him to change table reservations and that the entire first floor will be full at 6 p.m. and that it was going to take us too long to eat dinner in a very arrogant tone. The waitress seemed uncomfortable with his decision and the way he treated the customers. We finished dinner at 6:45 p.m. and when we went back down to leave, the restaurant was still empty!! I can tell you that we were really not happy. This is the last time we went there and we dont recommend this restaurant at all.

filet mignon...horrible...taste and texture of category A meat very far from AAA...ribs in breading??? probably to make them look bigger? stuffed potatoes had a taste that I didnt like at all!!! all in all very disappointing... if you liked it I advise you to look elsewhere despite the fact that the restoration in 2023 has lost a lot of feathers because of the declining quality to pay less and sell more. and the lack of competent personnel is so obvious... having studied (ITHQ) and worked in the field, it is far better at home!!! the next filet mignon I will take care of personally with my sous vide cooking...

Great restaurant bring your own wine, we loved our dinner. We took the tomahawk plate to share ($140) with a beef tartare starter ($20). Good portions, the tartare was succulent and just spicy enough and the cooking of the piece of meat was perfect. The employees are professional and friendly. In addition, there is a good distance between the tables, we do not have the impression of sharing our dinner with neighboring tables.

Very nice restaurant. The Thursday specials - filet mignon - are very interesting. Price within the norm. Everything was delicious. The only point that could be corrected is the lighting which is a little intense in the early evening but they adjust around 7:30 p.m.

We were a group of 24. I m always worried with a large group. Long wait for food messed up orders something is never right. But let me tell you! Amazing service. Amazing food. Not a single mistake on any order. Every desired cook of beef done to perfection. Honestly blown away. This place deserves every positive review it has earned.

One of the best restaurants on the south shore. Absolutely delicious.

For the cuisine, its difficult to judge because we were a group and they were dishes to share. Everything was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The service was friendly but I was less pleased that we had booked in advance for a room on the 2nd floor but were seated in the regular dining room at separate tables. The atmosphere was still pleasant and we see that the people who frequent the place come in groups a lot. Its a BYOB, which is always a winner for me. Maybe try again so I can pick something off the menu to get a better idea.

We couldnt have found a better place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The tartares are a real delight and the candied pear salad is succulent. All topped off by courteous and attentive service. A great experience from start to finish. We will return. Many thanks!
