The service is good and the staff polite and courteous, however in terms of food it is very ordinary. the salad bar is mediocre in terms of the freshness of the food and the variety leaves something to be desired. Dorval Brossard and Ste Julie are by far superior. However, the restaurant is clean and the potential is there. So from now on we will remain faithful to Dorval and Brossard! Another mention: the kitchen closes at 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening!? ......

First time with constant st score and the last very disappointed mediocre waitress I ordered a leg and it was not well cooked to inform the waitress I returned the entire leg she asked me if I wanted to take it away I replied I dont want it its not cooked she replied that the manager told her it was well cooked when I wanted to take a butcher there was pink like there was a lack of cooking yes there were 6 of us no one more he was 6 p.m. and I wanted to have the cream of chicken soup only to be told there are more

We encountered problems several times with our reservations. For example, it happened to us that our table was given to other customers while we were waiting right behind them. On our last reservation for 7 adults, we were placed on a bench seat for 4 with an extension for 2, but that didnt solve the problem: where was the 7th person supposed to sit? In addition, the manager, very defensive, replied that he could not work miracles. So I do not recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service, the staff are very friendly and attentive. At lunchtime its busy and the atmosphere is very good. The restaurant is accessible so there are often elderly or disabled people who go there. The restaurant is also very well located, close to stores and gas stations. I paid a visit to the dining room! Justines service needs to be reviewed! I arrived before the customers at the next table served by Emeric! They had already received their drink before ordering the main meal! I received my drink after going to the soup bar which was cold! While Justine prioritized cleaning tables, blah blah blah! And telling me this will be short-lived... In addition, be CAREFUL there was a bone in the soup, which would have been very dangerous! Then I went to see Spiro the manager to get some service! And make me answer! A bone, this happens, we apologize! I think the manager should come see the customers at the tables to follow up on the service! The service is better when there are fewer customers! For drive-thru or delivery service it s satisfactory! But at Scores LASALLE the service in the dining room is excellent....

Unpleasant experience. Arrogant and rude experienced waitress. The food was lukewarm and the chicken dry. The chicken fingers tasted like fish. In short, we will not return to this branch again. Additionally, this was not a unique situation.

Really disappointed. Scores saint-constant is no longer at all like before. The chicken was undercooked (really almost raw in places). Only one slice of tomato and so thick in my club sandwich. A dry cabbage salad. Green fries... Ill never order there. I was already disappointed with my last take-out order because the size had gotten smaller, but now this order was a cool $20 at the end! Dont waste your money there.

We eat well at Scores. Family restaurant with excellent service. The waitresses are attentive. The chicken is excellent. Big salad bar. Nice atmosphere. Good portion with reasonable price.

We ran into a very bad waitress since she saw that we were a group of young boys. She disrespected us and then she FORCED us to pay her tip (15%) and when one of us refused she said: Im paying the government to serve you. Her name was Trycia.

we went to eat as a family for a birthday and we were very disappointed because there was a mistake in the orders and the waitress took 20 minutes before correcting the problem in the end the whole table had time to eat before we received our aciette thank you very much for this beautiful festive dinner!!

Les enfants n ont pas le droit de se servir eux-mêmes au bar à salade, mais je pense que c est un mal pour un bien. Propre, bonne nourriture, bar à salade avec une belle variété. Les portions des repas étaient bien.

Feb 18 2024. We were a group of 8, we ate, had deserts, drinks, tipped well. We were there for about an hour and a half and at the end the a guy who didn t even serve us came to our table and spoke aloud so everyone beside could hear us said you have to leave we have a reservation for this table. So cowboy.

Decent food at a reasonable price. Chicken fingers and wings were excellent. Fried cheese sticks and onion rings were really good. Post holiday salad bar was pretty stale. Dont recommend it today at all.

I received my dinner as planned on time. Vegetarian options: Scores offers you a good variety of meals for a vegetarian meal with the popular salad bar. Parking: The parking lot is very easy to access and is rather large. You can easily access parking for disabled people.

Poor gluten-free menu. It includes chicken without seasonings, ribs without sauce. There are gluten-free sauces, you just have to take the trouble. Some of your competitors offer it. Several normal burgers were served cold. Otherwise service was good.

Went in tonight with my husband. The waitress came to us and asked if we were ready to order. I was trying to decide if I wanted the chicken crispy or grilled but the waitress just walked away after I didnt respond right away. She also never came to ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks. My husband paid and she took the debit machine only to come back and say to my husband he needs to tip her 15%. He did give her a tip but I guess it wasnt enough for her. Not impressed with the poor service .

The waitress who served us is a real gem. Constantly present we lacked nothing. Our meal arrived hot and almost unexpectedly... Plus the fact that she called my children my cheris made my evening a real pleasure. Felt like home.

One of the most poor and insulting services ever! I call for an order to be picked up, I have a chicken fillet meal and I have the poutine with it ($4 extra). Once home, I realize that I dont have poutine... So I call to first speak to the person at reception who refuses to have the missing poutine delivered to me or to give me a free one another time. I have to go back to get it right away or get a bag of cheese another day! A BAG OF CHEESE!? I then speak to a person in charge who tells me the same thing! All with a lot of arrogance and trying to minimize everything by putting a lot of emphasis on Im just missing a SMALL bag of cheese.... No sense Follow-up, they write here that they want to follow up but radio silence immediately afterwards.... they dont care...

The service was very good. I have been eating at Scores for years. But they must have changed or they are taking their chicken because the consistency of the traditional skewer is horrible. It tastes like rubber...last time I went there...

I ordered yesterday around 12:15 and had excellent service! The person who was in charge of taking my order was very polite, attentive and kind Not to mention the delivery which was very fast and the delivery man was super nice.

Made an online order to be delivered the next day to find that they didnt even complete the order. When I called they said the order was with the driver and that it would arrive soon. I waited 30 minutes and still nobody showed up. I called multiple times and they kept telling me it was coming. Finally, they realized that the order was never complete and that they would cancel and make a refund. 1 week later they still havent issued the refund. Horrible.

I love this restaurant. Good service. Good food. The only downside is the coleslaw and frozen kiwi salad bar but I dont count it in my notes because it happened to me once and I always ate well otherwise. The Quebec chicken skewer wow! A delight!

Very poor customer service. He ordered the wrong order. Come back 45 minutes later. Extras are missing at a very high price. And they say theres nothing they can do about it. I strongly advise against an establishment that is crazy about these customers
