201B Rte 158, Saint-Esprit, Quebec J0K 2L0, Canada
Rural site with a humble eatery offering housemade meals along with tours of maple syrup production.
Je viens de goûter à votre tarte au sirop acheté au marché de Noël à ste Thérèse elle est trop bonne!!! La pâte est légère et le mélange de sirop est excellent ! Bravo!
Super !!
Belle petite cabane à sucre familiale ! La nourriture est excellente!
Wonderful experience. Family-friendly and a nice small family business...not a huge commercial production. Took the time to explain the maple syrup production process. Good food, friendly staff.
We had a wonderful experience with good food except for the pork cheek ( it was a bit bland )
Best Canane a sucre :)
Small and causy place. The food is great and the service is perfect. The best 30mins north of Montréal.
The best Cabana a sucre food ever!! But it is deep inside the forest and no cellphone signals here
Excellent service and Excellent Sugar Shack!
Beautiful little, intimate and traditional sugar shack.
Very very good. Small cabin, good food and exceptional service. I recommend.
Excellent dinner and great service from Jasmine. Wow
First time at this cabin and we will definitely return. Warm and family atmosphere. Thanks to Clément and his entire team
We go there every year, we have to!
Excellent experience on all fronts: food, service, cleanliness. The price-quality ratio is very good. The cabin is located in the middle of the forest, the setting is magnificent. A must do :) Vegetarian options: There are fruits and vegetables on the menu. Dietary restrictions: Adapted menu Parking: Adapted to the number of people present. Kid-friendliness: Large slide, long, well-cleared paths allowing stroller access. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible trails
SUPERB..... Family business that welcomes families. A huge thank you to your team. We were a group of 65 - Service, impeccable quality....... OUFF and the pies, a dream.
The food is delicious and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Thanks for the great meal!
Delicious, friendly, pleasant! Friendly staff Informative, interesting visit!
Very nice experience! We really liked the menu and everything was very good! I highly recommend, small rustic cabin with warm atmosphere!
What a superb discovery. We wanted to go to a less commercial sugar shack: what a success! The food was delicious and the waitress was smiling and efficient. The sausages served with eggs and ham were simply delicious. Excellent traction on snow too. Not too many people, not too much noise, in short a positive experience from start to finish. We will see each other again next year! Happy sugar season.
If you are looking for a small, authentic cabin deep in the woods with a traditional and tasty menu, a dedicated and friendly team, you have the right place to go. Parking: Near the cabin no idea of the number
Alright
Magnificent family cabin, delicious food and excellent maple syrup, that goes without saying!
Best sugar shack Ive ever been to!!!!
Best sugar shack
Ordinary service and food
Magnificent cabin. Good food. The private road and on-site parking should be reconsidered as it is cut-throat under certain conditions. Dont go there with a small sports car, in any case, group
Unforgettable experience, warm, succulent family food, staff focused on customer service In short, I recommend it, thank you Rachel, the children loved it :)
Exceptional!
Excellent, best pea soup, everything was very good.
Always good to go back to eat at Fendilles Sucree. In my opinion, one of the best cabins in Quebec. Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. The table d hôte is a real delight from start to finish. Thanks to Rachel, Nancy and the whole family. See you again next year
Very nice place, good food, quite copious, no frills
Ive been going there for years, today will be my annual visit. No need to wait to know that I will have 5* service Fantastic sugar shack :)
Small, intimate and inexpensive place. The girl at reception/snow pulling is really nice, waiting to laugh a big wow. As for our waitress, lets just say she must have had a bad day or no customer service potential.
Unfortunately I dont understand the good comments. The bread was hard and not fresh looking so I couldnt eat the cretons, sausage in maple syrup not hot and not cooked, the ham is not a ham on the bone but sliced. Cold sugar tart with a funny color! Very disappointed for what it costs and seems to me that for a small cabin it could use a little more love. Positive point soup, baked beans and egg. For children there is really nothing to see and do.
This is my third visit and as always the welcome is warm and the food is excellent! See you again next year!
Excellent family meal today! Small cabin, not commercial at all. We loved it, from start to finish! Thank you for the welcome and the food!
Discovered almost by chance, on the last Sunday of its seasonal opening, this family sugar shack is far from the overly commercial shacks. 80 seats in total, bring your own beer and wine, reasonable price and a real sugar shack meal, including 3 desserts plus taffy on snow. Well come out with a sweet tooth, thats for sure! Were going back next year!
Excellent sugar shack, delicious food, good service
pleasant atmosphere to spend quality time with family. Quality food and for the stars the maple fondue. See you soon.
Really a very beautiful place! A family sugar shack, where the food is really good and the service is impeccable! Plus, you can see the evaporator in operation! The owners are really nice! We asked lots of questions about boiling and they took the time to explain it to us!
Very beautiful traditional maple grove. Not too big or commercial. Syrup reduced over a wood fire. Very good homemade food and generous portions.
Slow service, ridiculous portion... I think there is work to be done.
Really delicious. The dining room is warm and the forest is superb.
Always a treat and the friendly, kind staff! Big thank you for the welcome!!
Very good, beautiful atmosphere and good sugar shack, as the small shacks do so well.
Great family business! Good food but the traditional maple menu could change...!
Fantastic place, friendly waitresses, great food, great weather and absolute tranquility. Whats better for a sugar party?
Good traditional sugar shack with dishes made on site
Simply amazing, the price is reasonable, the food is excellent and the syrup is absolutely delicious. A must-see in the region! a real sugar shack from yesteryear.
I come to see my children every year, they live in Montreal I am French this is the third time we come to Les Fenilles it is always a moment of happiness for the setting, the welcome, the treat and the smile on everyone the faces. THANKS
Very good food
Best cabin wow
Wow fabulous foods with great family style
Very friendly and warm, very authentic sugar shack. The sugar tart was to die for as well as the traditional meal which was just as good I highly recommend it as a change from the overloaded and commercial cabins
I have been going to this cabin for 15 years delicious a very good service small family cabin delicious very good quality thanks to Clément and his wife who is in the kitchen and Rachel thank you to you and congratulations on the baby
Super beautiful sugar canbane! very good service and family, ideal for families and small groups!
Excellent little sugar shack, favorite for their bacon and desserts, there is even a maple butter fondue.
Excellent service and exquisite food.
Traditional and family
Very good traditional food + veal cheeks + maple fondue. friendly staff, a REAL sugar shack! To do when you want a GOOD SUGAR Shack
The best sugar shack in Quebec! Small, intimate and family sugar shack. The food is extraordinary and the service is very good. Several products on sale to take home at very fair prices. This is not the typical commercial cabin with childrens games and a mini farm. We go there for the quality of the dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. You can bring your own alcohol and save room for the desserts which taste heavenly!
The team is dynamic and so is the service. Its far from any distractions so we are in the woods which is peaceful. The food is delicious and well prepared. I particularly liked the maple fondue. People are smiling. For people who want to experience without wi fi and close to nature I recommend. Quality, price and food is excellent. I will return anytime! Well done to the whole team.
Great meal, very very good, good location in the forest
Good, intimate and family hut, the dishes are good, the service is friendly, we are far from the big commercial sugar shacks
Wonderful family sugar shack!
Very good value for money.
The best sugar shack in Quebec
Excellent sugar shack with good service. Its a BYOB
Too bad we couldnt have taffy. The taffy attendant was too busy teaching customers about syrup. We were very disappointed The meal was very good and the service excellent.
Really ordinary service, it took a good 20-25 minutes before they brought us just the soup, the peas were hard and not cooked. Then they brought us the bacon and ears of criss only, the ham/omelette/sausage followed only after 20 minutes of waiting.... (The quantity of food on the plate for the group we were in was insufficient) the ham was dry, the potatoes lacked taste, then the desserts were so-so...the waitress was stupid and not present. We always had to wait for each dish, which lost the interest of many in the long run. We had to wait for the taffy outside, and literally fighting for the little that was poured on the snow, there was only a taffy service and then nothing. There are better ones around, dont waste your time here.
EXCELLENT sugar shack! We loved it!!
