Decent chinese food with very generous portions, love getting the combos here and they have very reasonable pricing. I never regret ordering here!
I just went there for the first time, I'm so disappointed. This did not compare to Fulan on Jean Talon. This was the worst food ever! The Cantonese style Chowmein, soggy and tasteless. General Tao was the only decent dish of Combo #8. I could not eat anything else....even the wonton soup was cold. Not worth it, sorry :(
Terrible Chinese food the noodles are bland and just disgusting. Low grade Chinese food your better off buying frozen Chinese food at the grocery store. People who have no taste buds will eat here. Never again am I eating there. The ladies at the counter were nice though.

To our shock and disgust, our delivered food from Fu Lam contained maggots. Yes, you read that correctly—maggots. It is both nauseating and alarming to think that such a severe lapse in quality control and hygiene could happen during the preparation and delivery process. Furthermore, the consequences of consuming contaminated food were immediate and severe. My wife fell violently ill shortly after consuming her meal, exhibiting clear symptoms of food poisoning. It was truly distressing to witness her suffering due to the negligence and lack of proper food handling at Fu Lam. The fact that such a grievous oversight occurred in the delivered food from Fu Lam is utterly unacceptable. As customers, we entrust restaurants with our health and well-being when we order food for delivery. However, this trust was egregiously violated by Fu Lam, exposing us to potential health risks and endangering our well-being. I strongly caution anyone contemplating ordering from Fu Lam to reconsider their decision. The utter disregard for basic food safety measures, the presence of maggots in our delivered food, and the subsequent food poisoning have left us deeply traumatized. Fu Lam must undertake urgent and comprehensive measures to ensure the health and safety of its customers. It is essential to note that this review is based on our personal experience with Fu Lam's delivery service and reflects our honest opinion as deeply disappointed customers. It's my third time I order from fulam express st eustache and I am a cook. I cook for 80 children and 20 educators every day. Since I have 4 children myself which they are in their 30's right now. I don't know who are the cooks at fulam, but every time I ordered food from them it was always fresh and excellent. So thank you fulam st eustache for the making me enjoy every last bite. And people don't listen to bad reviews. Try them and be your own judge. I know I'm happy to have found them and the price is very reasonable. I usually order num.3 and Singapore noodles for 2 person, but you could feed 4 person or have leftover food for your lunch or supper the next day.
Went to pick up my order that I placed over the phone. The client in front of me was complaining about them making mistakes all the time on his order, to which the cashier responded you just need to call us next time same day and we'll compensate for the next order. So when I got home and realized they had made a mistake I called, everything is fine, she apologized for the mistake and say I will leave a note so that you can get the same item for free next time since it's our mistake. Once settle I hang up. 1 min later I get a callback, the person on the phone says she checked with the cook and he's 100% sure he didn't make a mistake, she continues to argue with me basically calling me a liar. She argues non-stop and hang up on me. I've never seen that kind of service from a restaurant. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. SCAMMERS!!!!
When I order from a restaurant, it's usually because I'm looking to treat myself. However, the food there tasted bland and I would have got a much better food just cooking for myself. On top of this, when I got there, I gave them my name and they told me that my order wasn't ready, so I waited. I saw them line up bags and never calling the names on them. After 30 minutes I decided to ask again and it turns out that one of those bags was mine and they mever bothered to call out my name.
Extremely disappointed 😞 We ordered through UBER eats and our order was missing food, the food. Also one of the plates was wrong and with already picky kids they ended up not eating any of it. When I called back to let them know instead of fixing the problem they offered us a credit for our missing food. And the lady (manager) was extremely rude not helpful at all and kept saying how busy she was. Hopefully with all these reviews they will stop being busy and start taking care of the customers. We will not be using the credit because we will not be ordering there again, (at least 15$ worth) and truthfully I simply don't trust that she will not spit in my food or anything else.... Zero professionalism and theives ... Save your money or go to Ho-Boun if you want Chinese food in St-Eustache or any other place ...

I was served by the manager, who yelled at me when I placed an order. There was a misunderstanding regarding the egg rolls. The next week she gave me attitude. It must be said that customer service is not for everyone!

I absolutely do not recommend this Fu Lam. This buffet was the worst Ive been to. The onion rings were soft and didnt taste like onions. The sweetbreads, chicken wings and millefeuille cake were extremely dry. The fries were also mushy. Extremely unpleasant service, the waiter always came to refill our glasses of water, it was very intrusive. Returned for paid, debit is accepted if you have the card with you. We didnt tip due to the intrusion, poor service and the judgmental looks our waiter gave us and another waitress. Our server therefore realizes that we had not added anything to the bill and asks us if we were poor???? He then tells us that it is not correct not to offer a 5 to 10% tip since he has to pay his employees. Tipping is not obligatory and is based on the service we received. Very insulting. I dont advise.

They treat delivery guys like slaves & beggars. Delivery guys need to wait more than usual to receive a delivery & they are not bothered about the time the delivery guys spent over there.

shrimp not cleaned well, order over the phone not noted correctly on several occasions, service not courteous. I absolutely do not recommend. I pay 15% Tips (for nothing) then she asks me to pay 25 cents for the utensils that she forgot to note when she took the order!!! This is not a first, it is recurring.

A star without more. Small portions that lack taste. My boy shows up at the appointed time and we tell him its not ready 20 minutes later still no call so he goes into the restaurant to find out whats going on and we tell him that The order has been ready for 15 minutes. To try it is to forget it.

I ordered for $100 there in my rice there was a fried ladybug, in my egg roll there was a piece of plastic and everything was cold we called for a refund or whatever and he told us that we would I credit $30 for the next order, $30 on $100 for having ladybugs and pieces of plastic in my dishes?! no thank you, I dont recommend it at all! In addition, a refund is not made, the staff is very unpleasant and wants me to drive 45 minutes to bring the food back to have $30 credit, not reimburse the credit on my next order but I will never order there again! Dont go there!

I enjoyed Fu Lam Express, everything we ordered was tasty except I was let down with the general tao, tasted a little sour. Little expensive but was worth it, we hadnt had a good Chinese/Oriental meal for a long time. I recommend Fu Lam Express.

First order at Fu Lam South Shore and there are no vegetables in the dishes. Very little meat and very fatty. Really disappointed, had been recommended.
It was our first time at the Fu Lam Express restaurant in St Eustache but I doubt we will return there. Very warm welcome, fast and courteous service, unfortunately, it was the food that left a lot to be desired. We ordered combo #2 and two add-ons. Comments: A- Won Ton soup, passable nothing more 3 out of 5; B- Pork rolls, very dry, very little stuffing 2 out of 5; C- Sweet Garlic Spareribs, the best dish of all, 5 out of 5; D- Chicken with pineapples, we found no pieces or even twigs of chicken, only paste, inedible 0 out of 5; E- Chicken chow mein, only sprouted beans, nothing else, no trace of chicken or anything else, inedible 0 out of 5; F- Chicken fried rice, no trace of chicken, just rice 1 out of 5; First addition G- Hunan Ravioli with peanut sauce, excellent sauce well balanced, the ravioli were stuffed with the same stuffing as the pork rolls and were doughy 3 out of 5; Second addition H- Cantonese Chicken and Shrimp Chow Mein, generous portion of chicken and shrimp but the sauce was a tasteless broth and the noodles were unedible white and rubber like. Did we forget to cook them? 2 out of 5. TOTAL 16 points out of a possible 40 points. Cost: $35.00 Fail, not a passing grade
Bad customer service
Extremely disappointed . We typically love Fu Lam but Fu Lam Express in St-Eustache leaves much to be wanted. Our order was missing food, the food tasted overly of frying oil and after the food cooled slightly it was not appetizing at all. We were offered a credit for our missing food. We will not be using the credit because we will not be ordering there again. Save your money or go to Ho-Boun if you want chinese food in St-Eustache.
Fast service, reasonable portions, product quality far better than the local competition (Ho....) Lets give them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened on October 15 and like any business they need a turnover period. 4/5 because the spareribs were not edible, too much fat.
Very disappointed for the price because the portions are small, they forgot the cherry sauce for the soo guy chicken. Almost no sauce in the spareribs. And were suppose to get 4 free egg rolls, as indicated on the menu. But no one insists that they are imperial rolls. First and last time.

The food is very good.. I am trying the 3 Combo specials for 1 person first to determine my favorite foods. I can order a la carte for a main meal too.
Very disappointing. I live 10 minutes away 6.8 kilometres. And this establishment doesn t what to offer delivery service . I tried to explain that I live close by ! But they are not open to listen . I live in st.Joseph du lac not Gaspésie! I was going to order food for 4 adultes 3 kids and 2 teenagers. For sure somebody will be open to take my money !
Fast service
We went Friday November 6th and we got food poisoning. My partners poisoning turned into an infection and he had to be treated in hospital. Never again in our lives will we eat Fulam.

I received my order 2 hours after placing it, but thats understandable with all the traffic on this Saturday evening. I ordered beef with broccoli and very disappointed when I opened it I only had broccoli with 2 pieces of beef without counting which had no taste and was filled with water! Didnt want to deliver another beef and broccoli dish to me because they dont deliver to my area (receptionists mistake) and the chefs mistake. Very disappointed I do not recommend they only make order errors. Not recommended + unpleasant staff. First and last time.

Jai commandé le combo #4 pour 2 personnes et une chance que jai ajouté une soupe wonton spécial car il a fallu rationné avec les 2 enfants mais dans le temps pour le même combo tu pouvais manger 2 familles presque dessus. Les portions et grosseur sont très très petites. Jai fait préparer pour 17h et on était assis à 17h20 et tout était tiède/froid.
