Update October 2024. In 2023 I gave a 5 star rating for my experience at Bistro Découverte. Today I went back there. It was crowded with people. At least 10 people in line and it was toast but you know what? The staff was still smiling and helpful. Even though they were in a hurry, they were friendly and we didnt seem like a drag. Yes the food is TOP but the service is so important. I arrived like crazy to order 3 dinner boxes and the lady was smiling and friendly. Same thing at the checkout with the gentleman. He asked everyone how their day was going and that s customer service! Congratulations to the whole team, you are incredible and you can be proud, you so deserve your 4.9 and all the success you have. Wow!

As soon as I arrived, I was charmed by the warm and friendly atmosphere that reigned there. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to answer my questions and offer advice.

I recently went to this cafe for the first time not expecting anything special, but honestly. Wow The pistachio latte was amazing, to the point that I wanted to sip it to prolong the experience. I went back for a second coffee. The music and general atmosphere are very relaxed. The employees were incredibly warm and welcoming during this time. I felt comfortable in this environment. However, you have to know the location in advance, which is difficult to locate in my opinion from Arthur-Sauvé. Im curious to see what dishes they have to offer. Very grateful for the good service I received. I cant wait to go back already!

The schedule is not well thought out at all.. we are running to work in the morning, no time to sit and enjoy a coffee. We finish our work day, want a coffee, they are closed... no big deal, lets go there on the weekend! Ha.. no they are closed.. A lot of coffee shops are open on weekends and evenings and they are all very busy... we have nothing in St-Eustache. Students go to the city library to study because they have nowhere else to go. Hoping that the schedule changes, Ive been trying to visit this place for months but never get there... I spend my evenings in coffee shops and this is the first time Ive seen one thats open only when people are at work..

You know this bistro is a well-established business for workers, students and everyone who is active during the day. The two owners work tirelessly to offer us an extraordinary experience! Wonderful place, perfect for a great latte and the food is fantastic. With a varied menu that frequently offers change, from sandwiches, meal salads, burgers (and an excellent macaroni salad ) to more than 20 choices of latte flavors, there is something for everyone All in a great, relaxing location, where we are always well received!

I recommend this café bistro to all lovers of good coffee, plus the food is excellent. Being on the road most of my time, I love going for a good coffee with a good lunch to prepare for my day. Unlike other cafes in the region, this one has a beautiful dining room which allows me to sit down with my computer and work on my files in complete peace and quiet. The service is excellent and people are always very smiling and warm. I recommend this place which is a must for me. Parking: There are spaces reserved for Bistro customers; otherwise, there are plenty of parking spaces.

I love the atmosphere and the decor but above all their food. There is something for everyone as well as alcoholic products like wines and sparkling wines. Very busy at dinner time because of the offices but still fast in service. Wide range of coffees and multitude of latte flavors, lots of choice of sandwiches and hot meals, some only available before 11am. Healthy and unusual food but absolutely everything is delicious!

To think that it took me a while to discover this little gem near my house. This cafe is simply awesome. The coffees are delicious (coffee beans from the local Torefactorie too! What a great partnership ) and their menu is always surprising, original and exquisite; we are not mistaken. They even offer catering service. Its definitely worth supporting a small business like this.

Always great weekly discoveries (they live up to their name), from healthy dishes to less healthy dishes, always fresh, delicious and good portions. One of the rare places where you can eat poutine without regretting it afterwards or feeling guilty. Great team, great service, beautiful place and always clean. Dont take a chance, if something on the menu (see their Facebook page) interests you, dont wait too long, the popular dishes go quickly!
