Superb local shop! A lot of local products from across Quebec are sold there. Its centralized and so practical for making unique gift baskets. Family business also which serves us with the biggest smile and the most beautiful sincerity in the world in wanting to make our local entrepreneurs shine. Its definitely worth the detour and youll find yourself spending a lot more time there than you expected as soon as you walk through the door!

As always, the sandwiches, soups and salads at Julie and her team are a real delight. :D

Exceptional, courteous service, excellent value for money. I ordered a basket for a friend, she received it the same day. The basket is even more beautiful than in the photos. Its great we find lots of good local food, the legs are great if you want to have a spaghetti legs dinner or At the gigi the sausages are really Well, we find lots of little extras that you cant find in the grocery store and whats more, their coffee is excellent.

The soups are incredible and high quality. Super delicious macaroons. Hot chocolates with unforgettable truffles. Highly recommended bistro.

Not able to serve coffee at the door for a customer who forgot their mask. Bravo for adapting to the poor health measure. Very accommodating. You want to stay in business but you are not able to take a few steps to serve a customer when you have no customers inside or on the terrace to serve.. I wish you what you deserve in these difficult times by being difficult.

An absolutely incredible bistro! In addition to fresh, entirely local food, the service is impeccable. We are always greeted with the biggest smiles, no matter how many customers are in the store. The prices are very affordable for the quality of the products served. Julie Ladouceur and her employees offer a warm experience to her customers and make anyone want to come back daily to enjoy such wonderful service, accompanied by delectable food. Very nice café offering a range of caffeinated drinks, hot chocolate made with real chocolate, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, etc. There is also the sale of local products such as coffee, chocolate, oils, jams, tartina, etc. A beautiful place to come with friends in the afternoon or with your partner for a relaxing break!

I entered the cafe with my laptop and a socket to be able to recharge, as soon as I set foot in the cafe a gentleman greeted me, speaking very loudly, telling me that there is no socket here, since we cant stay for hours... its only for people who use that he tells me... everyone in the room looks at me! A bit of a funny welcome... it was very confusing, but hey I think he thought I was a student and that I was going to spend hours, in short not recommended for those who thought they could go study and drink a good coffee!

Very unwelcome because of the presence of my service dog. Yesterday morning, being late for a medical appointment, I quickly took my dog with me without identifying him with his Service dog bib, collar and leash. However, she still has her tag on her neck which identifies her as a service dog and I always have her identification card with me. However, by law, it is not obligatory to identify your service dog. I hadnt planned on going anywhere else with her after my date. However, I changed my mind by making him stretch his legs and coming across this café whose outdoor terrace was empty. I said to myself, lets go for a good coffee! Knowing that my dog was not identified any more than necessary, I consciously decided to sit on the outdoor terrace to cause as little inconvenience as possible to the customers inside. As I finished setting us up on the terrace, the owner came to see me, telling me that dogs were forbidden even on the terrace and pointing out the sign indicating this. I then told him that my dog was a service dog. She continued to insist, telling me that it didnt appear since he wasnt identified. I then told her that Canadian law does not require that the dog must be identified at all times, but I still showed her that she had her medal identifying her as a service dog on her neck and told her shown. She continued to insist that if people saw me with a dog, they wouldnt understand me, that since he wasnt identified, people wouldnt know and would assume I was just there with a dog. She then added, It s not like you re blind! There I would have left you, even inside we accept dogs like that normally So I understood at that moment the ignorance of this lady concerning service dogs and disabled people, as well as her confusion between dogs -guides for the blind and other service dogs, and therefore, for her, I imagine that given that my heart disability is not physically visible and does not appear, my service dog was therefore not as important and necessary than that of a blind person. At this point, I still finished showing her the identification card of my service dog that I had in my wallet, since she seemed to doubt the veracity of what I was saying about my dog. . However, at this point, we had persisted for a good 5 minutes, she told me that dogs jump on people, I reassured her that mine was well trained and that she would not no such thing, etc.. anyway after showing her the official identification card, she finally realized that my dog was indeed a service dog, telling me that I could stay but maybe if I could sit further away from the front door (on the still and always empty terrace) but after all this persistence, I really didnt feel welcome as a customer and I was already exhausted from persisting and to try to explain to myself. She didnt want my clientele so she wouldnt have it, too bad for the coffee. I decided to leave while she insisted that in the end there was no problem since I had shown her the card, I could stay, but frankly, why would I go and encourage a business that has so many prejudices? facing service dogs and people with non-visible disabilities. I was somewhat frustrated with the situation, I had never been given such a bad welcome before in a business, I understand that in Quebec, some people are in no way aware of the laws regarding service dogs, but when we run a business we must be better informed. So I decided to leave the place.
