Every wednesday I pick my kids at school and go to this mcdonald on my way home, over the last 4 weeks (4 orders in total) I have had missing items in 3 orders, and off course I only notice it when I get home. When you have order for many people I can understand there could be a mix up, when it’s 3 burgers and 3 cookies, no fries and no drinks how can you mess up the order!?!
How you permit yourselves to place a verified stamp on the bill and be missing half the order is completely mind blowing. No other restaurant would get away with the complete lack of quality control in this restaurant. Last time.
Im gonna leave this review as an ex-employee, very bad management and communication and nothing is done to fix the problems in the back, if you're wondering why you're waiting so long for your food or why some things may be missing, it all goes down to severe lack of competence and leadership. The crew members are just suffering because of how bad things run overall.
To sum up most of the reviews and my own; There are mistakes in your orders often, The food is often cold or wrong, The staff is mean and doesn't speak english often or ignores english speakers. A lot of the staff changed to employees who are slow, don't speak english nor french and it is ruining this restaurent
I am so disappointed with this store. I originally chose the grilled chicken burger. A simple set meal cost 19, which contained a beef burger. When I took the burger to confirm with the staff, they told me that it was chicken. The poutine sauce that came with the set meal was almost gone, so I had to eat it as fries. If McDonald's treats customers like this now, I believe I will never come to this store again.
Was there Sunday 25 at abt 11h. Very clean and cozy. Quick eat-in service. One of the best McD I've been to.
Never ordered from there. They get the orders wrong or just forget what's really supposed to be there. Example Take a look at these pictures that's just a part of what can tell you. Better yet 1hr15mins late or when you say no ketchup they put extra take a look at an example I could put more pictures but am sure you all know where am coming from right. As of today NO MORE MACDONALDS taking all my points out and that's it.
Its McD. Ordered cheeseburger with no ketchup, extra mustard, extra onions, extra pickles... See photo to see what I got. Hence the appropriate star level on getting the order right. This restaurant is the only one that refuses to honour monopoly small hot mcCafe for hot chocolate. Every single other McDo honours them. Want tastier food? Go across the street and use their website to get a discount.
The employees are nice
Terribly slow service. Lots of errors in the orders. Dont give the invoices. Go to another one if you can.

I went to the drive-thru and as usual the person doesnt understand me well, whether its the microphone or a language problem given that the girl has an accent. She was friendly but when you have to repeat 3 times it becomes difficult to order. I asked for a McCustillant Cajun ranch, the attendant told me that there was no this sandwich on the menu and that she only had the spicy one.. I thought it was the same thing but unfortunately no. Furthermore, no invoice was given. Also, the sandwich salad was all out in the box like in the photo. The iced coffee only had 2 or 3 mini ice cubes inside and not at all cold and not brewing because the sugar was at the bottom. The only positive point was that the fries were hot and not too salty.
In addition to having waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru line this morning I found myself with a muffin with the top torn off and the paper started to unravel?? Ark!! I miss Marie-Noëlle! Every time shes away its HELL
Disappointed with the service, me and my family waited 40 minutes for breakfast. He had forgotten to prepare our order. 11 people after us and got their order before us. They asked us for our invoice to prepare the order, in the end they gave us the order incomplete and poorly done. They tell us that they gave us slippers . Worst McDonalds

This McDonalds is not going to obtain ISO certification! We didnt get the right sandwiches and the promotional drink was missing. The cooking was good though. They make so many mistakes and on all orders. Thank you McDonalds for encouraging us to cook at home.

I ordered to be delivered and there were 3 errors in my order I went back to have them corrected. During my visit a customer told an employee that his coffee was cold and wanted another one she walked past him 3 times without speaking to him when she served me I told her the gentleman said his coffee was cold she told me said to me well we are in the process of making it again... OK but tell him to his face.. I turned to the customer and said sorry for that sir good fresh & hot coffee to envy.. I looked at the cashier and said if you explain to him he will stop getting angry the less you explain to a customer what is happening the more it will irritate his nerves. Thank you for the corrections to my order. In short, several unsatisfied customers present and very long to be served.

I waited 30 minutes for fries, a McFlurry and a couple apple pies. The employees waited until the line was to the door before someone begrudgingly came to take orders. No one smiled or even said hello. No apologies for the ridiculously long wait time. Please train the weekend staff better.

I stopped by on a Saturday evening at 9:30pm. First, the drive-thru never responded to the order terminal. I finally went in to place my order. A bunch of young people with unsavory language for a clientele. They didnt respond to the customer, he denied it to each other. ZERO professionalism, I felt like I was in a high school playground. I went to the drive-thru on Sunday, I waited 20 minutes, no one took my order, I called twice from my vehicle, no answer then, I left the drive-thru, I went inside and there were only 2 customers!! I dont understand how its possible to ignore everyone when they dont serve anyone! ; I make my order by machine alone; NO PAPER in the printer, I notify an employee and they do nothing; leaves the printer without paper while seeing that customers continue to go there incredible! I receive my order, of course an error. In short, dont go there, this McDonald stands out for its total lack of competence. Usually I go to Curé-Labelle near Dagenais, so much better.

Seriously not even able to make coffee like everyone else... I work nights and the option I have is your restaurant, really not lucky... At least once a week the coffee is not correct, cold, seeds in it , wrong format, no sugar, not brewed 3 times this week. If you need training let me know. Worst restaurant ever without service. Update after having boycotted McDo for months I tried my luck again with a luxury crispy McDo with bacon, according to me they were informed to cut out the bacon. At the price it costs I expect to taste bacon .ADIOS restaurant that cares about its customers!
Takeout order for 5 people, no errors..
Im a fan of strong coffees, as the Americano takes longer to brew, I ordered on my phone 8 minutes before arriving at the store (in the morning, Im in a hurry). When I arrive, the cashier insists that I did not place my order, I give her the confirmation number, she tells me that she did not accept it, that she is sorry. 40 seconds later she served me a regular coffee, telling me it was an Americano. It tasted like dishwater, like diluted coffee. I confront her by telling her that its not an Americano, she tells me that yes it is, but I feel the guilt in her eyes. All this to say that they lost a customer for $3.78. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, they have questionable practices.

McDonalds are no longer what they used to be. I already waited 40 minutes for my meal and once received fries not cold but very cold large smoothie half filled but paying for a large one of course. I ordered a bacon mcmuffin sandwich with egg and extra sausage. On the label of the sandwich it is clearly written extra sausage, on the invoice it is clearly written, so I paid for it. But guess what? No sausage inside the sandwich. Its very disappointing.
McDonald is a McDonald. Food quality and taste is consistent. It was clean and quiet for the upper split level seating area. The lower level seating area was noisy as kids were running around. Most customers ordered take out. Drive thru was busy.
This McDonalds staff cannot get an order right. I always specify I want a hamburger, and not a cheeseburger because of allergies. They ALWAYS mess it up, its a farce at this point.
The girl who answered the phone, very accommodating... but the kitchen service, the quality, and honestly just the lack of respect for the customers on the food side, is horrible. I asked for a quarter pound double BLT, received just one patty, and sauce on the side, not even sauce. I extra extra extra mayo (?) Coming from someone who worked at McDonalds, this does not represent the quality standard of the company.
